I bought 4 chicks (2 Silkie Bantams, 2 White Crested Polish Blacks) on 3/8 and by the morning of 3/11, all 4 were dead. They came with Coccidiosis. Lucky, I was able to keep the other chicks I got elsewhere from contracting it. When I alerted the manager about it, he pretty much shrugged his shoulders and said that happens. They weren't able to do any sort of refund/exchange even though the 1st one died before we went to sleep that night. Unacceptable. If this is a common thing, they should be feeding these birds medicated food while in the store to mitigate disease

The Grange service yard is always prompt! And I love that the Grants Pass location also allows you to pay outside at the service yard. Looking forward to more locations adapting this!

I wanted to support a local small business when sending a sympathy gift to a friend who lives in Grants Pass. When I called I got top notch, above and beyond service from Nikki and Kim! Their kindness meant so much at this time. A company is only as good as their people…and the people here are AMAZING!

My brother who has been a regular customer for the past 3 years had the cops called on him for a suspected " theft." He went in to find medicine for his dog and had placed a tube of medicine worth 8.99 in his pocket and forgot about it. After being approached, he admitted his mistake and asked to go back and pay. The lady in charge of "theft prevention" said no and called the police on him. Even the police asked if he can go back in and pay for it but again she refused. Now they're saying there will be a fine of a minimum $150 plus the 8.99 that he tried to go back in and buy. I'd expect this type of customer service at a walmart. Such a shame for it to happen here. Save yourself the headache and go to the farmer's store across the street.

I recently had my first experience at the Grange Co-op, and unfortunately, it was far from positive. From the moment I walked in, I felt as though I was being stalked by the staff.As I perused the aisle and inspected the clothes I was approached by staff telling me I was deliberately messing up the departments and that "If I wasn't going to make a purchase I need to leave" from an older lady who works there, who looks like she's never smiled a day in her life.After telling her I do plan on making a purchase she scowled and just proceeded to follow me around the store my entire time and even staying by the fitting rooms waiting for me to leave, which I do believe should be an invasion of my privacy. I even went to the complete opposite side of the store just to see if she would follow me over there and low and behold she was.Customer service is a vital aspect of any retail establishment, and the lack of it during my visit has deterred me from considering this co-op for future shopping needs. I hope that the management takes customer feedback seriously and addresses the apparent issues with staff behavior. A welcoming and respectful environment is crucial for the success of any business, and the Grange Co-op fell short in providing that during my visit.

They carry everything you need for farm, ranch and garden. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. They support youth programs like 4H and FFA.

I asked one question, if they had anything to help with congestion in cats, the lady laughed and said no. I go look and there is plenty of options. I recommend not asking for help I guess?

I don’t suggest going into the Grange at 5:45 PM. The staff is more interested in bringing in the carts than they are, and ringing up any customers in the store. The current staff doesn’t seem to know what items they also have in stock and don’t have in stock either.

Always clean and always helpful. If you are going there for a specific item they normally carry, you can almost guarantee they will have it in stock.

I would like to thank the staff working on 6/23/23 closing hours. I work for a retirement village that also houses dementia patients, we had a bird fly into our facility and was stressing our residents. They were kind enough to let me in at closing time so I could purchase a net. Thank you all from myself and Countryside village

This is a regular stop for our family. We get out Oxbow bunny food here, dog food and horse supplies. They also always have an amazing assortment of healthy indoor plants.

Love the Grange! They truly try to accommodate every customers needs. I think there prices are a bit too high, but it seems every business is catching up to them. The store is always neat and clean. The employees are all very personable and helpful. I wish there were another one on the North end of town, or closer to Merlin.

The young woman that waited on me was so nice. I ask for ariet socks and we looked on the computer to see what was available and she suggested that she could talk to her buyer to see if they would have year round stock on women's socks. She was very knowledgeable and very delightful to work with.

This store always promises a great experience. From cute baby animals for sale, to nice clothing and shoes, to lots of great gift ideas..it's a fun opportunity for general browsing. They also have a nice outdoor nursery section. The staff is helpful and friendly.

I had not been in for a while and they had remodeled A LOT! It seemed way too "busy" as far as how it was set up! So much all over the place without much organization. I would call it an unorganized mess! Made me feel exhausted and confusing to try to figure it out, where everything was. Made me uncomfortable! That farm-like country feel was gone!😢Looked more like a Hallmark store! I get what they tried to achieve but whoever designed the decor, didn't really get it! Probably won't go in there much at all. Sorry Grange, can't help it!💔

I depend on the Grange Coop for all my gardening and pet food needs. So nice to be able to "shop local" for these supplies. I support all the Grange locations, but I especially appreciate Rosanna at the Grants Pass gardening department where you're most likely to find me!

This place is great, they did me a huge solid! I needed boots the same day. They didn't have them in stock but they were able to get some transferred in, short amount of time and really helped out my situation. Thanks so much Tony!!! I would definitely look into this store if you need farming stuff.

Never seem to have enough available staff.And as far as men’s works clothes ,all the popular items are never restocked .Good luck trying to try something on.Racks are full of giant triple XL’s and that’s about it. I used to be able to pop in there for something I need now I’ll just go online and wait. Staff at the store doesn’t seem very helpful or interested in the people that are actually in the store but they’ll sure hang on the phone for a long time.

We drove 3 hours and we really like the selection at Grange Co-op our neighbor told us about it. I myself like the women's clothes & boots selection and the reasonable prices! My husband came for the weed sprays and yard stuff🦌

Last year the clerk spent alot of time helping diagnose and suggest "bait" for our outdoor critter and ground squirrel problem. We even bought a wire cage trap and got a squirrel (last one figured out how to get out and was MIA when we got back to terminate it) and then a skunk!! Going back for more product this year. They were great on prices and problem solving our outdoor fountain. Wonderful staff, helpful, great customer service and advice.

Unfortunately, I have to change my review. I'm very unhappy and probably won't be back. First, the checkout line is now long, inconvenient and impersonal. I was in 5 days ago and was repeatedly left by my cashier as she helped other people, left me alone at the register while she went to get boxes for other cashier's. I had 3 very small items. Then today, the cashier again left me at the register, after starting my transaction, to solve someone else's issues. I've been in customer service for over 30 years and I'm very sad to say that yours has gone completely downhill.
