The Goodwill is such an awesome place. Especially this one. Plain and simple. From the employees, to the prices and items, all the way down to their mission. You can't beat a place like the Goodwill, and making a visit to this location wouldn't be a mistake.

I bought two blouses on Monday the 6th, today the 9th, Thursday, I went to change one of the blouses, the attendant said she couldn't change it because the item was 50% off. I told her if I could exchange it using the reduced value and making the complement in cash. The blouses were labeled, and I had the receipt. The answer was no. Result: a totally dissatisfied customer.

Very small. We dropped off a few bags of donations was easy and quick. Was a rainy day and store was relatively busy. Found a few antique toys...Customer service was good, cashier kind and friendly.

Prices are indeed high. I don't know why when all the stuff is donated. It's priced as if it was new. Yes 90% of the stuff indeed there is cheaper than the store but not by much. It is truly incredible.

I’m very disappointed, my little brother had saved some of his money from chores and he wanted his own tv so he could play in his room without the girls bugging him and so I took it upon myself to make sure he got a tv. After my boyfriend purchased the TV we were fairly busy for a few days and decided to surprise him with it I think we had it in our car for maybe three or four days, but when we had the time we finally brought it into our house for him to try it out. Well he was so happy about it and it did turn on but that didn’t last long, it all the sudden was fuzzy and the screen was not functioning the way it should, multiple colors and lines everywhere, so we turned it off and then back on and once again screen was fine for about two seconds and then it was messed up again. So we did the obvious and we decided to return the tv because we knew we had seven days to return it which is what the cashier said to us when we bought the tv. Only thing that that cashier didn’t mention which was apparently the most important detail was that you can’t return it without the sticker that was on the tv. We were never told that we were only told we needed the receipt and that it had to be within seven days. So now my little brother doesn’t get to have the tv and we didn’t get his money back for it, really upsets me because of the fact that it was for him and was supposed to be a lesson about how if you do your work and chores you get rewards like that, now he can’t stop asking about why we can’t fix it or why the store won’t take it back when it is broken. Thanks for that, maybe every cashier should be taught to tell customers to keep the stickers on their products, I honestly don’t even recall there being a sticker on the tv by the time we got it home which makes me question if it came off when they scanned it or if they took it off on purpose. I even asked my boyfriend if he took a sticker off of it and he said no he didn’t even remember a sticker being in it either we looked in our car and literally searched everywhere in the car for it and we found nothing. Kinda seems like they just wanted to dump this tv off onto somebody and not have to deal with it which is really beyond messed up and very cruel. I used to enjoy going here a lot but if they won’t take this tv back I don’t think that I will ever return. And the man who said we couldn’t take it back was extremely rude. The right thing to do would be to take the merchandise back when this kind of thing happens. I could understand if it was broken because of the customer but it very clearly wasn’t broken by us there isn’t even a scratch on the screen. And don’t you guys test things before you sell them so there’s no way you didn’t know this tv was broken. I feel robbed and I feel so bad for my brother!

Carts are sterilized and waiting. Masks are available, along with a very nice man welcoming us.Today sister and I went together. It was fun to see vintage and not recognizable things because time is marching on 😂 but Sister found a beautiful piece of art. I bought a canvas for oil paint for my neighbor. For me, new pair of sunglasses 🕶️ and 14 large Japanese lanterns. Ask for Senior discount or tell them you're a Veteran and a discount. Look for what color of tag to get the 50% discount. Photo shows a few things I bought today.

The staff is great, but prices have gone up a lot! The racks are so FULL you can't even see the clothes without fighting the other items to check things out..Good will I think you should have a one day 50percent off of everything in the store and make room for people to browse your items comfortably!

The goodwill industry is no longer an asset to the community. In fact, there business model allows a mere 8% of their profits to charity, which goes to training their own employees. So, along with there multi locations and available assets now pose a negative impact on other local non-profits that actually asset the needed in our communities. Respectable charities return most of their profits back to the local population, as well as those treasures you used to find. You are not likely to find those treasures at goodwill, since goodwill sells 'ALL' of those on ebay. Your donations will go much further with the Gospel Rescue Mission, Saint Vincent DePaul, or local church events.

I'll preface my statement by saying we visit a lot of goodwills. And the grants Pass Goodwill is by far one of the most organized sections for clothing that I've ever seen All the clothes are easy to find locate sizes where they're supposed to be even went so far as to arrange the pants in a way that makes it easy to see what you're looking at Great job grants Pass Goodwill

3 day return policy!! I bought a few items last week. After trying then on at home, I found that they didn't fit. No big deal. I figured I could just return/exchange them for something else. It took me a few days (4 days, to be exact) before I had time to do so. But come to find out, goodwill now has a 3 DAY RETURN POLICY! Not 10 days, or even 7! Nope! They give u 3 measly days! That's absolutely absurd... Not to mention unreasonable And practically impossible for those that work. Come on now.As if their ridiculously high prices weren't enough!

My friend and I went together and had a great time. You can find almost everything there and it's at a discount price. Also it helps the program. Everyone in the store is courteous and polite. They appear to be genuinely happy to see you. They keep the store clean and organized. The restroom is clean. I can't wait to go back again! Thank you to all of them. Update: I paid another visit and it appeared that they were working short staff. We were not greeted when we entered and our cashier was not real friendly. There seemed to be a lot of gaps in the store. Perhaps I just caught them on a bad day.

It seems like Goodwill is getting a little expensive for a second hand store. It is like a retail store that gets used items for free, then sales them for more than you can buy new. They pay employees less than they deserve and give CEO millions in bonuses. It is time for the government to review their stasis. That said, today it was fun and I did find some nice things that were reasonably priced. The woman that checked me out was personable and enjoyable.

I thrift very frequently in town, and this goodwill just isn't very good anymore. It used to be my favorite spot, but now prices at this location are sky high. A few of the staff can be rude at times. I have found many nice peices here in the past, but now the selection isn't as good and it's always pretty busy. Sad that this store has changed.

Overall, my experience was very good. One thing really upset. I was speaking with an employee about ceramic christmas trees. She said there was one in the back she marked for your online store. I asked if I could buy it and she just said said she can't and it is up to her. She was a nice person but wouldn't budge. I even offer to pay up a bit. I let it go but it just wouldn't go away. I shop there at least once a month. I have already spent about $300 in 2 shopping trips. Just felt wrong.

I will start off by saying the staff is usually really great and professional. With that said, the prices are getting insane. In 3 years I have seen a regular button up go from $5.50 to a minimum of $7.50. If it has any name brand $10+. Good luck buying shoes for under $10. It's really crazy to think, most of their inventory costs them nothing. I understand they have overhead and wages but that isn't any different then any other retail location, and most places have to buy their inventory. Fortunately, you can buy outdated tech for $30 and old busted hotwheels for $10 (what a steal). Icing on the cake is when they ask if you want to donate to their job connection programs. IDK maybe it's just me... or maybe it's not. You know somethings up when you can't move the shirts to look at them because they are on the racks so tight.

I am really happy!! I went in looking for womens rayon shirts, blouses and summer shirts and I found quite a few that were nice and not worn looking. I have looked in the local stores for what I want new but the material, styles and (choke, cough, wheeze!!) price doesn't fit what I am looking for. At GW I not only found what I was looking for, I was able to purchase all that I liked for the price of what as new you would only get a couple. Thanks Goodwill!!

Goodwill has increased their pricing by 30 to 40% particularly in the past 2 months which seems like "gouging" considering Christmas and all. This is rather concerning considering Goodwill is a non-profit that is supposed to be a resource for the needy and community of Grants Pass at this particular location. My advice to the concerned is to shy away from donations until they return to their non-profit mission statement and stop behaving like a money grabbing profit machine. They are Not manufacturing anything and their "jobs program" is highly suspect.I believe an internal review of this corporation's actions is due.

Having shopped in several other Goodwill stores in other states, my first visit to the GP Goodwill was not disappointment. The store was neater an more organized than others I've been to, and the staff was very friendly and willing to help, if needed. There was a fairly decent selection of inventory to choose from. The only thing I found to be a little frustrating was that the majority of the electric/ electronic items are on the back wall and the aisle isn't wide enough to accommodate several shoppers at once. It seemed that as soon as you find an item that interests you, it becomes obvious you have created a traffic jam and are being "bumped" by other shopping carts or blocking other shoppers also looking at similar items. Other than that, I had a very positive experience for my first time in this store. 👍👍 TWO THUMBS UP

For starters, the employees here are SO grouchy. No one seems happy to be working there. The ladies at the front are super intense and FOUL mouthed. Secondly, for everything being donated to them you’d think the prices would be better. You’re better off walking next door to Ross and getting stuff brand new for the SAME price!! I will never be support this business and I suggest you do the same.

Was told they wouldn't take stuff if the heat index got over 100* we knew we wouldnt make it by then so we spoke to a manager that told us as long as we where there by 3:30 they would take the stuff from this estate. So we drove the 1hr here with a heavy 30' trailer and made it by 3 to be told they wouldnt take it by the same manager. She even yelled at me rudely for standing in the door way... very rude sad to see people act so rudely and inconsiderate. It would have been easier to take to the dump but we were trying to choose the higher road.

People are awesome the store is clean and awesome the only reason I gave it three stars yes because the price of the stuff at the Goodwill is more than most of the stores T-shirts 5 to 7 dollars tank tops five dollars you can buy for a dollar at Walmart just some of the prices are jacked up so high that it’s ridiculous it’s supposed to be a thrift store and everything is donated so I don’t understand why the price of PSY

Although the prices are a little over the top, the customer service makes up for it. Some of the most helpful sincere genuine individuals. I've walked in several times with the intention of looking for one item and end up tugging an armful around and the employees run and fetch me a cart without me even asking. Now that's true customer service!
