I've honestly had some of the worst luck keeping things alive from here. The prices are also crazy for almost everything not making it well. They sell SO many things that say they are "soil" but it's kept in airtight bags that definitely smell anaerobic when opened. There can't truly be anything good in there for plants. I have been able to get things I need in a pinch but I much prefer to buy natively from Plant Oregon in Talent. Cheaper and everything I have gotten there survives wonderfully. Home Depot Garden Center is an awesome place to play hide and seek and it is beautiful seeing how many bees use their unsprayed plants! 💕

Nice selection of products. Everything needed for home improvements for the diy'er or the contracted professional. Many members of the staff are highly knowledgeable, having worked in trades, themselves.I like the selection of hand tools and gear available, and the friendliness of the associates.

The customer service is horrible! We tried to order some flowers from the gardening department and the sales associate flat out told us he didn't know how to do it. He then made zero attempt to find someone who did, so we gave up. Next we went to the cabinet department and we were all set to sit down and order a complete kitchen remodel. Well, there was one guy there who was with a customer. He made no attempt to even acknowledge our presence, so we went to the service desk at the front of the store. The lady at the service desk (after walking away from my husband while he was mid- sentence) called the kitchen area and said a woman named Barbra would be able to help us. So we went back to the cabinet center and there is not a soul. After finally finding Barbra, she informed us that someone else is responsible for ordering kitchen remodels and he's not answering his phone. From then on we were ignored, so we left and will hopefully have better luck at Lowes?

I was very disappointed in the service . I asked for help from the garden checker, she called for someone. We got tired of waiting so me and wife loaded the flat cart with heavy bags of pee gravel .After we were done a young man that worked there finally arrived, but didn't even ask if needed help .just walked right by us ! I was a little upset. I'm not physically able to lift alot due to an injury, so my little wife had to do most of lifting. Service drives sales and the profitable of the Company.
