I've gone here several times an always heard good things about this building supply store, after going there I wouldnt go back at all, couldn't get any customer service. When I went to the register the lady seemed irritated that I was even trying to converse with her. Prices are ok but horrible customer service. Would not recommend going here.

Wow! What a great hardware home center! This hardware store has everything for the homeowner the DIY guy & the contractor. If you want to build a home or have a project for home improvement, go here first, they got everything you need to build your project. The service here is great and if they don't have what you're looking for I bet they can order it for you. I love shopping at Farmers and I bet you will too!

Great attitudes from the staff, local biz so local dollars stay local, and they have pretty good wood, especially when compared to some... other....sub-parr depot's of Lowe'st grade materials.Go to Farmers if you're a local and want to support local business.

I shop at Farmers many times. They are near and the prices are great. I am always met with a friendly face. It is a joy to get what I need when I need it. Thanks your guys for all your work! I wrote this meaning it however they will not cut a key for my car unless I buy the blank there. However they don't have a blank.. I will never shop there again. I was starting to build a garage and apartment over it. and planing to purchase the lumber from Farmers. NOT going to happen now. Sad for a few dollars they will lose more money and a good customer.

Lots of different types of stuff here from purses to wind chimes to plants to lumber and so much more. It was a bit busy when we were there but we moved to the line very quickly and the clerk was quite friendly. This is a great place to shop!

The last two times we have shopped at Farmers for wood the front desk cashier were very unfriendly and unhelpful. Overall the customer service is poor. We will drive extra to go to Diamond where they are always friendly and grateful for the business.

(I tried to contact Corporate but they see it as Spam. So I guess its a public site. )After 15 years and over 50,000. In purchases. I will no longer be a customer. While I will miss Lynn, Tony, his wife and many more of my favorite employees. I don't shop at companies that "choose" to deny me service because I "wont" wear a mask. I realize these are trying times. I realize you have a duty to follow the "unconstitutional " mandate under fear of a fine. However at some point one must take a stand against over reaching government. I myself have asthma and arithmia and after about 5 minutes in a mask get a little disoriented. At your store today I was informed that my medical is not going to be accepted. That is your choice. You chose to discriminate against me. I will respect your decision. All choices have consequences. I "choose" to never patronize your company again. While I don't really think you care. You only see the cash, and bottom line. But ask yourself. Why would I choose to shop with you when the Grange is across the Street? Why would I choose Farmers and not Tractor Supply? Why should I buy from Farmers instead of online? Because of the Staff. So please convey to them my Thankfulness for the 15 years.

Friendly staff. Usually has what we need. Hubby prefers this place to others because the staff is always helpful (unlike another local store where you have to take a number for the guy at the counter and no one on the floor will help). I love that they carry ladybugs.

Helpful and friendly staff. Stock some items you can't get elsewhere, from building supplies to farm and feed supplies. Nice locally owned business. Great prices! I love the Best Rewards program too! Much, MUCH better than Ace Rewards!

I've had an account at Farmers for close to 30 years, and have done a lot of business with them. That is coming to an end. The customer service is the worst in the valley. It's rare if someone actually answers the phone, and very unlikely to get a call back if you leave a message. I don't understand why someone can't just answer the damn phone and let you know if they have a product in stock before you drive 20 miles not knowing. It is pitiful.

They were the only one in town that had the 72" deer fencing I wanted for the garden. It was a good price $20 less than TS and it was in stock too. Sales associate was friendly and helpful and they had someone help me load it. Actually it's the first time I have purchased something there since moving here in 2004. I'll be back, I like to buy local.

I've been going to Farmers for years whatever is going on there is stupid you have to walk all the way around to get to an aisle to even pay for materials here it is winter there are no gutter parts or very little I was sad to see what has happened...

Called in advance and was assured the lumber I needed was in stock. Drove 3 hrs to get there, and no wood in stock. I'd already paid for it, and now, 2 WKS LATER, they are refunding my payment. Lot is graded, but still no fence up. After giving my business to farmers for the last 14 years, I'm more than a little ticked off.

Farmers is a great small town locally owned business that’s supports the community. Their prices are a little higher than Home Depot but I haven’t seen Home Depot at the county fair buying 4-H animals. Also their power tools are just about the same prices but they have a much better return and warranty service. All in all farmers is a better place that is local and pays their employees more than minimum wage!

3 times ive sent my wife in to grab lumber for various projects. 3 times theyve tried off loading crap wood on her. The last time i sent her to buy 6 , 2x6x10's they loaded her up with 4 of them that were split 2 FEET down. I wish this was the first time they done this but it isnt. Theyve never tried that when i purchase the wood. I wont be returning. Feilds has always been far more resonable and better service
