I like the location, it can be hard to get out of the parking lot because of the traffic though. The employees seem very nice, although it doesn’t seem like one of their male employees knows much about their store coupons. When I did my purchase on Saturday my $5 off of $25 coupon was clipped and it didn’t want to apply to the purchase. I wasn’t very happy about that and he said “oh yeah it came off they will automatically go onto the transaction if their clipped in the app” but he didn’t even look at the receipt or anything to check. I didn’t make a big deal and just left unhappy. The store is clean and it seems like they stock the shelves really well.

The employees genuinely enjoy their jobs and strive to make customers feel welcomed. After the first couple times visiting, they remembered me and my daughter, and would ask questions about how our lives were going, making us feel like a part of the family. Not to mention the incredible prices and amazing discounts. I've bought my daughter countless DVDs, all under $6 each, adorable clothes that are of great quality, and extremely reasonably priced toys that don't break within the first month. Definitely my favorite place to shop!!!

Always easy to find what I am looking for and the employees are very friendly every time I visit. Cleanliness isn't the greatest and a lot of the shelves are pretty bare, but I imagine that is do to it getting a lot of traffic. I pass by there every day on my way home and it is always busy.

The cashier started scanning the items I had in my basket that I thought were Christmas but rang up as full price. To avoid further voids he then used a handheld scanner for the remaining items in my basket and the paper plates did ring up discounted but put them behind the counter. I asked what the price was and he lied to my face and said "regular price $3" and then I asked if they rang up as discontinued and a penny and he said yes. But he wouldn't sell them to me. Never have I ever had a DG employee lie to my face. If he didn't want a penny item to be rung up he could've just put it in my bag.***Update: I filled out the receipt survey and included my contact info. The District Manager reached out to me the very next day. She was very polite as she addressed my experiences at that particular store. I had visited another nearby store and gave praise on my employee interactions at that location. I was impressed that she knew the names of the employees at the two locations based on my descriptions of them.

Good selection packed floor to ceiling! Very convenient location and close to home. Saves for the quick trip to the store. Staff has always been friendly and store is clean and appealing. Some are not but this one has got it dialed in.

I enjoy shopping at local Dollar General. Shelves are usually well stocked and they carry such a variety you need without going to a big box stores. Clerk's are very efficient and friendly. I buy all our cat food there at a very good price.

Normaly this in particular Dollar General Is a very clean and well maintained store. On the day that I was there They had 2 people call in and they were extremely short staffed. I love this store and will continue to go back . They just need some help.

The people who work at dollar general are the best. I had left my cell phone there other day and looked everywhere and could not find it si back tracked everywhere I went before I had lost it and I thought well maybe I left it at dollar general but they were already closed so I left a note on the door at dollar general asking if they seen my cell phone and gave them a number to call in case they did see my cell phone and the next day I got the message from them they found my cell phone lol so cool of them and very trustworthy employees. They should all get raises in salary they keep the store well stocked and u dont have to wait in line long at all the employees there are definitely on it! I love shopping there. Thank u all so much for returning my cell phone to me I really appreciate it so much! Xo

Always have what I need last minute late closing at 10 pm has come in handy many times and the girls running the show are very helpful and quick! Store is clean but could use some better organization in my opinion.

Personally I like this store it's convenient . But understaffed and little messy. Probably cause it's understaffed. Also . There is a particular employee who is extremely rude all the time clearly she hates her job. Myself and my husband and my best friend have had run ins With her on different occasions. Short redish curly hair ?? Get another job I say if your so miserable, customers and employees do not deserve to be treated like cheap by you!!

I love the prices I love the sales I love the random assortment of odds and ends that they always have here to choose from. What I don't like is a cold shoulder service so I get when I walk in I take my time signing siwa items for birthday for a friend and get treated as if I'm in their flailing around and a potential Thief not cool

I love DG for the prices and smaller than WMart pack sizes. I also occasionally use a coupon or two and this is the spot. Customer service at this location can't be beat and the manager is polite and always working his butt off stocking shelves. A shining example of retail done right. Thanks GP DG!

I KNOW its Dollar General but seriously needs to train employees on CUSTOMER SERVICE. Clerk scanned an item twice on accident... not my fault, mgr was called because cashier / clerk could not simply void the item. Mgr comes to register and begins to chastise me & asking WHY I changed my mind. I said I didn't your clerk scanned item twice & I only have 1 item.Long story short I won't be back.

The staff are friendly, but the inventory in the store is lacking. See other areas getting some cool products, but we don't ever see them.

The store in Grant's Pass was GREAT.COMPARED TO CAVE JUNCTION STORE. YOU CAN'T EVEN GET AROUND IN CAVE JUNCTION STORE AND SHELVES ARE NOT STOCKED. YOUR STORE IS CLEAN EVERYTHING WERE IT BELONGS. PLEASE HELP OUR STORE!!

This Dollar General store in Las Vegas was pretty spectacular the young ladies that I saw I saw like three days in a row it's like she was the only one that work there she was so cheerful so helpful and spontaneous I wish the store a lot of success I love Dollar General

First time there and I downloaded the DG app and asked the cashier if I needed to show her it to get all the discounts and she said no and I dident get my $5 OFF after I spent $25.😠

Nice stores, but when I tried to call & ask a question, received a message that all help was not able to answer at this time & to call back!!! Not good PR when it's not a huge place.

That store has everything. It's a mini Walmart but better. They have 2 checkout lines and most of the time they have 2 cashier's working. I think Walmart could learn something from Dollar General.

It's not a "get in and out" quick kind of place. Theres usually 1 cashier who shows no sense of urgency and a long line of ppl...Ive waited 20-30 min before....but now I'll just leave the items and walk out.

The revival of the general store. They have a whole bunch of things, and its a good place to run to for simple things you don't want to drive a long distance for. Only downfall is that dollar generals are pretty creepy...

Has avarity of stuff, but hard to get around store due to stock all over the place. Can't get thru isles with cart. It's that way everytime I go in.

The Dollar General. Fair prices for quick shopping. Their cereal is cheaper than Safeway. We are usually grabbing milk on the way home or shopping for clothes on clearance sales.
