We went in to buy my sister a toy and the item didn’t have a barcode and the lady refused to look the item up or anything, which would have been fine but they were very rude and disrespectful to us. And quite frankly shouldn’t work in social services. It’s also dollar general so it shouldn’t have been hard to come up with a price we were fine to pay something a little more expensive. Over all terrible shopping experience.

Great deals can be had at Dollar General. The staff is very friendly here. Great place for almost anything you can find at the big brand stores. Very convenient too. Directly next Murphy Mini Storage.

I sometimes go in for one or two items and end up coming out with the basket full. They have lots of things to choose from from food household pet care just about anything you can think of. And the staff are all wonderful very helpful and considerate.

Always have great deals and smiling workers, I love coming to my local DG it's like visiting friends Everytime I come in! Greatest with a friendly hello and prompt to help find things or fix an issue! Have never had any problems here!

Great service and always a good selection every time I visit this location and parking is always very readily available also this store along with other Dollar generals stay open later than most of the other retail stores in the area which is highly convenient as options can become limiting during later hours of the evening. Highly recommend this particular location in Murphy

Great staff, friendly helpful and knowledgeable! Clean store, huge variety of products for such a small store. The sale prices a terrific. The store manager, Cyndi is amazing! Loves her customers and employees alike. Easy going and helpful.

Cindy and Robert are the best manager you have, we have been to the ones in go, rogue River and etc and down the best. The managers and workers know all their customers by name and treat them like family. If something ever happen to those managers and employees, I will never step foot in anther one again. The store is always clean and stuff put up, compared to the other store they are the best in the rogue valley!!

This store is awesome. I could not blow up a ride-on fish floaty for summertime pool fun. Robert at this store was able to blow it up for me and almost passed out doing so. Now that’s customer service! Give this guy a raise! The other employees are awesome to. 😊❤️

This is a great DG. The store always seems to be clean and orderly, the welcome sincere, and the staff truly knowledgeable about their inventory. And it's so nice to shop where they know you by name!

The best dollar general in GP. On Williams hwy, never a bad complaint until now. My daughter the past few times can't find her dove shampoo she always buys from here. But the past few times there hasn't been any and this has been the only place that will carry it.

Well not everything is a dollar as the name would want you to think but they have whatever you need in a pinch. Cold beer. Lots of frozen food. It's cool it's a good store

I'm one of the most listened to critics of restaurants and hotels/motels in Grants Pass. Our local economy is heavily based on these businesses. While a very good retirement community. We also have many businesses that rely on local traffic. SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS!!!!!

The mgr Cindy is the rudest !! I was looking at my recept and she loudly yelled at me move along ive got a line behind you. And as I was trying to help a fellow customer on her online app she butted into my conversation and became extremely verbal and rude !! My mother was also with me and she said that I have disabilities and it takes me a minute to adjust to the situation and she was rudley trying to exit me out of the store as fast as she could. This isn't the first time I had an incident with her.

Well there's not really well there's not really any other shops in town especially that hour so you know if you need batteries or starting fluid or whatever at some you know what after certain hours the only place it works
