Super displeased. Three weeks ago I purchased a dinning table set. They had the same one but returned with a few scratches and was excited to get a deal. Arrived at home, and realized I was missing hardware. I called and was referred to call another place to have them send me the hardware kit. Few days later they get back saying they don't have the kit and to call the local store back. I called them back they said they would see what they could do. 1 week later I follow up, they said they might have to purchase the hardware for me to will get back to me. I called now the 3rd time to see where we are at on getting the hardware. The person who answered thought I was going to get my own hardware. I explained I was told someone was going to find it for us if they had to. After being put on hold twice they said either I have to go buy my own hardware or return the table. They still sell the same table. I asked if I could bring the two chairs and bench back and just switch for the floor model ones. They said no. You'd think after 3 weeks of being pushed off and told there was nothing they could do for missing hardware on a tabel they sold they would offer a solution then just to return it. Maybe offer a discount to get a new one, but they won't offer anything. I was extremely patience, very grateful and tried to be as understanding as I could. But now I feel so frustrated. Why should I have to go buy hardware for a table I already purchased from them? I wish they could have followed through with keeping me in the loop. Maybe offered a better resolution or worked with me a little bit.

The lack of care for their customers is mind boggling. I tried placing an order online during some Black Friday sales, and after multiple attempts, it wouldn't go through. My card was charged, though, and I had to wait days for the charge to leave pending. I called, and they said, "Dang, that's weird, idk man" and told me to expect a call back from a supervisor about this. It's been about 3+ months now, and I still have yet to hear from anybody. I emailed multiple times and kept being told "someone will follow up shortly." On my first call in November, the guy said I should expect a call the next day. I understand comments like this don't mean anything, and losing one customer is negligible, but I promise you, if the world ended and I were the only person left on the planet by some miracle, every Big Lots store would be the most pristine buildings on the planet because even in an apocalypse and facing certain death, I wouldn't go to Big Lots for sustenance. Don't give me that generic "Sorry about your experience with us..." response because man I don't care.

Brand new sectional and dining table. Service was great, price great. I didnt catch the gentleman's name in that dept but he was very helpful. I was able to save even more with the 20% off everything! Thank you for helping me furnish my new apartment!

Some big lots brand everyday items like cotton balls are better than the name brands but less expensive. Today they had a great selection of Halloween stuff.

The manager was rude to his fellow employees. He had a cart full of product and instead of waiting for the checker to get out of his way he pushed his way through hitting her in her back side with the cart. No apology , no excuse me just kept on with his mission.

This store is kind of awesome, I went in on Christmas eve and they actually still had a good selection of gifts available. And even more importantly the staff was still happy, friendly, and helpful. Every other business I went into that day had staff that looked like they were miserable. Lol. Apparently big lots treats their staff well. Especially impressed by the cashier lady that was dressed in Christmas elf type outfit, I didn't catch her name but she had lots of pretty tattoo work on her forearms from twisted ink. She was super professional, and way helpful.

Sales aren't too bad. A lot of their merchandise and shelves did not have prices. Each time I found an item I was interested in purchasing, I had to take it to the cashier at the front of the store to scan. The store could use some organizing and cleaning.

Although I don't shop here often I do tend to look here when looking for something specific.Staff is always very friendly and helpful! The store seems clean and inviting. I like that they have large furniture on display, it gives the store a friendly vibe. My only complaint would be that they sometimes have really good deals but other times just okay or higher prices on certain things. Overall I I usually have a pleasant experience when shopping here though.

Bought a carpet shampooer, paid cash. Got home and realized I grabbed the wrong one... Went back within 72 to the GPass store and the manager said I couldn't return it because I had opened the box!I had my receipt and 8vpointed to the return policy on the wall behind her that said "all returns within 30 days of purchase with receipt will be honored", she said as of the new year the policy is if you opened, they won't take it back!So I went home and called the complaint dept for Big Lots, and they took down all my information and said they'd start a claim and get back to me...WHAT A JOKE!They sent my claim toba separate company that handles their disputes, and by email they wanted me to give all the details AGAIN-I was SO mad I sent them an Email that told them to bend over as far as they could and climb in deep into the CRACK OF well, you knowSO BEWARE SAVVY SHOPPERS!THEY ARE RIP OFFS!

Had a 20% coupon they emailed me on the 1st. Went and used it that day. They emailed me another one on the 2nd. Went to try and spend $125. Wouldn't honor it. It had the same sku as the first one. I didn't compare sku numbers on coupons they sent me. The manager was very indifferent to the problem. Won't go back

It definitely doesn't seem like a very clean store most of the time, but you can always find cool random things here and usually at great prices. They stay ahead on Holiday decor and right now have some very cute Christmas light up toys/decorations. Their furniture is the least expensive we found locally, and most of the couch ottomans open up! They have some basic food items and sometimes have great deals on Aloe Vera drinks and kids play bubbles. They have a clearance section in the back left of the store that has some really neat stuff! This is the place we like to go to pass time and possible find good and still stylish deals. Happy decorating!

Great experience, not crowded, very clean and organized.They did have furniture on display with none in the back. If that furniture piece is not available, they will not let you buy the display. It may be possible to order it but it will take 10-12 weeks to arrive at their store for pick up. That is the ONLY thing I can say frustrates me about the store.Hope I explained that enough for you to understand.Have a great day/night.

It's a great place for discounted items. Sometimes you can find things you need for a better price than walmart. They are the only store besides rue 21 that sell ear buds that I like so it's great. They have some good face masks for good prices.

They sold a floor model gazebo with no instructions and the wrong parts. They can't even get the instructions and they cant get parts. The manager ken has offered no help in any way. He cant even get the replacement instructions. What a total joke.

Prices are no better than other places and fewer employees to help find things (if they have them, which is 50-50 even if you think they gotta have ____). I really don't know what's going on here though whenever I check the reviews of particular products they are not good, prone to failure.The employees that are there are fine, pleasant. The products I did purchase (before I caught on) are not good: brand name can opener that just doesn't grab the cans; bluetooth speaker that the charge port stopped working after a month. I could take the hit or miss if prices reflected that but they don't.

Great prices, found loads of summer stuff cheaper than a few other places! Great staff, young man showed me what they carried in summer float rafts, gear. Cashier was friendly and helpful, will definitely shop here again.

I just left the store and I didn’t catch the girls names but I happen to be ready to check out and I walked up to the cash register, apparently I interrupted the ladies during their conversation. The girl was chewing gum very aggressively and super rude wouldn’t even talk to me during the whole transaction. I said I didn’t want to pillow after seeing that it had a stain on it and she rudely took it while rolling her eyes. She didn’t bother to ask if I wanted to buy a bag and I had multiple items and forgot my recyclable bags at home so I ended up having to reload my whole cart with all individual items. I said have a good night when I left and she didn’t respond and just turned away and looked very irritated that I was even in the store. Whoever this young lady was she definitely needs to work on her customer service I honestly don’t even want to come back after this.
