It's a great place to shop overall, with nice prices, and it's employee owned. Definitely a favorite spot.The store is a little hard to find, as the signage is weak. Other than that, the parking is ample and well lit, great prices, good selection of goods (grocery, household, wares, landscaping, seasonal, etc.). There is a little of just about everything you might need here.Everything about this store makes it more than worth while to shop at; especially the employees. They are some of the best around town; kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.If you have not been there yet please do give it a try. Allow a little time to walk around and look, there is a lot and the pricing is good. Definitely comparable or better than anywhere else in town. They even have some livestock feed and products. Give it a try, I don't think you'll be disappointed. For those who have been already, well, they know and probably keep coming back consistently.

I bought a computer chair from Bi-Mart as a showroom floor model I had noticed that some of the hardware was mismatched and not proper however I had no choice but to use the chair that I had bought after some time the plastic back support of the chair had broke sending me to fall on my head. I then tried to call the store manager and have them take this model off the showroom floor and possibly give me an exchange for a faulty product however they were not willing to exchange refund or replace the product and eventually said there was nothing they could do buyers be warned if you buy a faulty product from Bi-Mart they will not replace exchange or refund the item (photos for proof of faulty product)

The staff are almost always courteous, friendly, helpful, and cheerful. Pretty rare when they're not. The store is well stocked with the things I'm usually looking for. And they always have plenty of boxes of Nutty Peanut Butter bars. My favorite snack.

good place to get things for less money but they kicked out my working dog and I have not had that happen anywhere else.. she is small and I carry her inside my coat mostly.. never in shipping cart or on the floor..I know that it's against the law to kick out a working dog and they are allowed in grocery stores but I don't feel like dealing with the hassle..and the next time I went there I left my dog at home and Safeway pharmacy complained that I didn't have her with me.. it's also why now I only go there if they have something I need at a price I can't get close to at other stores..the staff need to learn more about working dogs, because at some point someone will contact ADA and the store will get in trouble but that won't be me as I avoid any type of trouble also because since I was kicked out my dog knew they kicked us out and she is fine if another customer or child wants to pet her but now she's shakes whenever she sees a employee coming over even to help me find something.. they traumatized her and now it's harder to take her to other places like Walmart because of this unfortunate incident.. it's possible that if I would have had a service dog vest on it might not have happened but the majority of dogs that are working,we don't use the vests because of the unwanted attention..plus she is always inside my coat..I definitely don't recommend anyone disabled with a service dog to visit this store unless you are willing to deal with trouble.. it's the only reason for not 5 stars

Before Covid...never enough salespeople. Senior can't find anyone around to locate various item. Customer service always busy with line up customers!!!Will be going to Winco Fred Meyers or Walmart

Not a reason in the world I'd buy a membership, when I could buy the same products online or get more of a selection at larger retail stores. I wanted to like this place but the selection isn't that great. Customer service seemed average and well, that's about it.

When in Oregon, you should definitely stop at Bi-Mart. They have bargains and items that can't be found anywhere else. If it's the end of a season, they heavily mark down seasonal items. We got a front yard swing for less than half price!

I was looking for a travel pillow for my dog in lieu of a cone. An associate walked me right to what they carried. When that plan wouldn't work, we out our heads together to think out if the box. We walked through the store getting ideas for what could be plan B. This was close to closing, and I am sure she had plenty to do. She went out of her way to make sure that I left happy. Which I did!.

It is really difficult to assess this type of store since it offers so many thing. It is like a Walmart except smaller. On my last visit the store was not busy. I was able to find exactly what I wanted and checkout was quick. Staff was friendly, facility was clean and shelves were well stocked.

I love this place and have been going here since I was a child.They have many home essentials and supplies and also some of the best spring and summer annual, perennial and hanging basket plants in town.
