The cashier lady that works the day shift with the tattoos around her wrists is extremely rude. I was trying to help my elderly friend by taking her cart for her to unload her groceries and as I go to take the cart she snatched the cart back saying "Your not taking this anywhere, it's not paid for yet," she said it in an extremely rude manner and it almost felt like she was trying to make it seem like I was going to steal the groceries. Skinny little chick with the tattoos needs an attitude adjustment before she does that again to the wrong customer.

The atmosphere is nice and most of the staff there are wonderful. Dealt with a snippy lady at the registers (pretty sure she was even a manager) but won't let her take away from my overall great experience today.

My fiance found a fruit fly larva of some kind in her mixed berry bowl packaged 03/19/2024. Please check your packages before putting them out for people to consume. This is unhygienic it was fully sealed no holes for it to craw into which means it was packed with it

This is my favorite grocery store. Very friendly, helpful employees. Awesome produce dept and always this store is neat, clean and easy to find what you need. Thank you Albertsons, it's always a pleasure!

Albertsons off of 199 is a great grocery store. Prices can be a little high. But that's just the way this world n economy is these days. Very clean , items are easy to find and employees are very friendly.

So so grossed out. We just went to the bakery to inquire about custom desserts and were speaking to a gal behind the counter who was bagging loaves of bread and she started coughing and coughed right on the bread without even trying to turn her head away and just put the bread in the bag like nothing happened. 🤮 We commented on it and she just laughed. Needless to say we didn’t buy anything. So unpleasant to watch.

I love this store. The produce is great and always fresh, and the meat and seafood are also great. Great quality products. A little on the expensive side, but if u have the app and you clip the coupons, you can save a ton. The key is to CLIP ALL OF THE COUPONS!!! I had a curbside order from them and only ended up paying around $100 for the order and I saved the same amount if not more by using the app and clipping the coupons.

At 12:15pm on 12/2/22 went to get a money order, found customer service closed for THE DAY per employee. 2 weeks ago 4 of us waited in line at customer service for over 15 minutes while Diane was checking. No one to help us. Last year couldn’t get money order because Diane was on lunch & no one else knows the codes.Ok here I go- I’m from Colorado this NEVER would happen. I understand being short staffed but really no store manager, asst manager, customer service manager, bookkeeper has these codes or can keep customer service open? I can’t imagine the amount of money lost to your store yesterday being all of social security was paid. If you like my tore in Colorado Friday is Albertsons payday also! I bet employees got their checks from someone.I was & still so angry that I had to go clear across town to competition to get money order-oh yes I was so angry I did my shopping there as well (your loss).I live in Colorado & visit my Mother 3-4 times a year staying months at a time so Im not new to this store.

The Albertsons grocery store here in Grants Pass is a pretty good place to shop. They have a nice selection of produce, grocery items, and even household goods available. The staff are all fairly friendly and knowledgeable.Next time you're in this area, definitely stop by, you'll be glad you did!

A very good supermarket with a good mix of reasonable and upscale items. Especially good for it's bakery. We were even able to find vegan and gluten-free options as well as some low cost party snacks for our event. Overall a good place for quick stops and big shopping trips.

This was our first pick up at delivery and go service. Everything went very smoothly. It said we could wait up to 5 minutes. They were there in a minute and a half. I didn't even have a chance to play a full game of domino's on my phone. I can't remember the nice girls name who brought our groceries out to the car but it was a pleasant experience and they got all the deals and the sales. All the prices were correct. The keys were crossed and the "I"'s were dotted. It was a good day. It was my first experience at this new Albertsons. It looks new. It may not be brand new, but it was still in great condition. It looked like a new store and it was my first time there. I didn't even know there was a store that far down the road.

Prices are fairly high. You have to join the Club to get the better prices and then you have to carry around an app on your phone. Albertsons makes you just thru a lot of hoops to get discounts.

Great store. Always have what I need in stock.I really love their floral dept. Excellent selection of arraignments with fresh flowers. I've picked up many arraignments over the years. It's my go to for flowers on holidays.

Albertsons in the Allen Creek shopping center is going downhill. Prices are higher; incorrectly charging customers on the "For You" items (someone is asleep at the wheel); the produce section has gone downhill; and the organic dairy choices are limited. The employees are great. I used to be a loyal customer but now I have to shop at other stores where the produce is better and prices are lower.UPDATE: I STOPPED BY ON SUNDAY(8/6) TO PURCHASE A COUPLE OF ITEMS AND AGAIN I WAS CHARGED THE INCORRECT PRICE ON A JUST4YOU ITEM. FRANS BREADS/BAGELS ARE ADVERTISED FOR $1.97. I WAS CHARGED THE FULL PRICE OF $6.49! WHAT IS GOING ON WITH YOUR PRICING SYSTEM??

Today my experience With albertsons was almost a bust but thanks to the employee Steve C, working today at 10 am whom was a very dedicated worker to making customers Happy he did all he could to make my boyfriend and I leave the store feeling like we got the same savings Everyone else got!!Situation was this, We were told we can't type in our food stamps card number at the self check out and we'd have to suspend the order and being it had our deals already Clipped we thought we're gonna lose them all but whenever cashier Steve C checked us out he manually input all the deals that we previously had cliped (the same one we were sure to have lost ) and because he made it a point to make sure &manually enter them all we left now knowing that we saved tons of money to just like every one else!!!!

Sometimes it's the little things that make a big difference.Their carts are top notch. Sounds weird but they are designed very well with built in hooks for bags and even a spot that works for a shopping list or cell phone. It's also nice to see more lanes with checkers than self scan.

I'm sorry I'm giving a 1 as Albertsons is a beautiful store friendly cashiers except the deli has the most rude people working there. This morning no one waiting except me.A older women and younger women working who both saw me ignored me and then then young one said yeah?? Really rude and I got some deli meat and she with a dirty look said here! I said Your welcome!! No thank you have nice day nothing but a dirty look! Never agin will I buy from the deli. She needs to go!

Well it's clean, (except definitely dirty restrooms), but always a nice produce section, nice if you need to get flowers on a small budget, or even nicer plants or flowers, always seem fresh, good pet food choices, and seem to be well stocked. If your hot and looking for cold alcohol, excellent walk in fridge, with nice selection. They seem to have a little of everything there, except I thought it odd they have no playing cards, but hey, can't always get what you want. If you use self checkout, and need assistance, generally always quick service, and seems to have a staff that is generally in good moods, and knowledgeable, and friendly. The meat dept is always stocked it seems, and the counter help is nice and quick, with a great display of meat , and seafood, Wish they could have porter house steaks more than they do, but also their flat iron steaks are awesome. Always seem to get everything I need, no complaints.

Pharmacy tech was very rude and disrespectful. Yes, I was wrong for flipping her off, but when someone trys to intimidate me by getting close to my face and talking to me disrespectful I will stand my ground.She then went on to tell me never to come back to store. Maybe she needs a new position in the company that doesn't have any interaction with customers.I do hope she had an amazing lunch break!

Unless you participate in the rewards program then most of the products are at convenience store prices. $5 for a gallon of milk. $4 for a loaf of bread. Everything is almost a dollar more than most other stores. I know prices have gone up on everything but things are disproportionately more expensive at albertsons and Safeway.

the workers are great and honestly i bet the union has something to do with how great they are. treat your workers with basic respect and watch your company flourish.
