I was sold two packs of white claws within a few days of each other that were expired and tasted awful. They refused to give me my money back or take an exchange. I have also experienced rude and bad customer service on several occasions.

Prices are motivated only high the two stores I'm Gramd Romde take advantage of the below poverty level of residents. Most don't have transportation to go to another store out of Grand Ronde. Who in their tight mind opens a hard liquor store on am Indian reservation, with knowing of the huge substance abuse they struggle with. Propane service is often denied on a regular basis. Wake up!

The website and store front is very clinical and generic. There's no warmth or sense of authenticism. It's a capitalistic venture, purely to make money. They count on their assumptions that the American or patriotic people are vain and full of ego therefore using America as its name will attract customers. Being loving and kind, compassionate and truly desiring to positivily impact and benefit the community, being inclusive, and ensureing you hire an inclusive and culturally diverse staff, participate in local charity work. Donate your food to shelters, and as an owner, be present and meet your neighbors and other local business folk. Become a true member of the community where people know you by name and want to come to see you and say hi. Be compassionate to the homeless and work with community leaders to truly understand and engage. Please don't simply put stores in Eugene to fill your bank account. Invest and care for the city and it's people. Good luck and hope this gets through.

There I was.... sitting in the AirBnB in Grand Ronde with my lovely girlfriend, a splendid new years eve weekend awaited us, with a delicious meal of cioppino planned for dinner. We had everything we needed.... apart from CLAM JUICE. How could we have forgotten such a key part of the recipe?! We didn't want to make the drive to Dallas or Lincoln City as we had plenty of relaxing and movies to watch. We thought "well we could try American Market, but they most likely won't have such a thing".... much to my utter surprise and shock, they indeed had CLAM JUICE!!! Ya'll saved the weekend and our dinner. 6 stars.

Horrible customer service. I’ve bought alcohol here a handful of times before. Never once carded. Suddenly now ask for id which was just chewed up by the dog… declined service!! Im 37. I most definitely don’t look 21 or likely 30… sadly my gray hair would prove that point! Gave the guy multiple examples I wasn’t under age… nope! Just to be an a hole! Do not bother… take your business else where. They have been short and rude previously when buy other items. But I just let it go. This was just completely unnecessary.

The people that work here are indeed very rudeWatch your receipt if they even give you one.They add fees every time for no reason.If a person uses EBT they are not allowed to charge for using the card,they doAlso they are not to charge you for a bag when using the eBT card,they do.Always watch what they charge you on every itemThey will get you for moreIf you don't pay attention.

Good deli food. The owners are not very nice at all. I've been treated poorly on many occasions and can tell they judge people harshly immediately upon seeing them. Not very nice for a local store in a smaller community. They would benefit from good relationships with local customers but they don't seem to care

Ridiculous experience. Was told not to use a card for an under $5 transaction “because we like money” and they didn’t want to pay the transaction charge. Otherwise told I would be charged .50 cents for my purchase. Drive 5 minutes down the road to the casino mini mart and save your frustration.

This place doesn’t deserve any stars! Rudest people ever plus they never give you a receipt, nor a bag & now add a Refund to that list! I bought a $16 dollar lighter that doesn’t work & they won’t let me get a refund OR trade it in for a different one! How they call themselves an American market is a joke. Anti American more like it. All these years & this tribe still has no decent grocery store.

I walk with the aid of a walker so, the first thing I notice about a business is if their door or doors are lite or heavy to open and American Market gets kudos because their doors were nice and lite therefore they are handicap friendly!I went inside the store and it was bigger than it looked from the outside. The store had alot of stuff from lots of yummy snacks to paper plates. They had every kind of energy drink you could think of so, if you find yourself in Grand Ronde and your thirsty or you want a snack stop by American Market and satisfy that thirst or that hunger.

I go here often. Always friendly and helpful. They have a great selection and deli. Would recommend stopping here on your way to or from the coast.

The owner has absolutely the worst customer service . Made a quick call to see if a liquor was in stock he told me he didn't know if it was in stock , i needed to come in to see for myself if it was in stock .I find it unbelievable to treat your customers like this for such a small question.
