Went to do a cosmic bowl for a birthday. So much fun!!!! The kids and grownups had a great time.About $60 pp for an 1.5 hour run; tube and glow stick included. It has a fun conveyor to help get your tube up.The Lodge has food but it's basic items (pizza, chips, nuggets, soup, hot/cold drinks etc.). There is another small cafe and cocktail lounge but we didn't go up to look. There is a small shop in case you forgot basic gear (bibs, boots, gloves) but you're gonna pay. At the time we went, kids boots were $65, $85 for adults. We will definitely be back đ€đŸ

Excellent area for tubing! It was well worth the hour drive from Portland. FYI If youâre a tourist like me, make sure that you have chains for your tires if itâs snowing! Itâs impossible to travel up and down the mountain without them. Had to purchase the chains for $100 a pair from the local gas station. Be prepared when traveling! Must visit⊠stunning views!

It's a great time for the family! Just bring warm clothes and you're all set! They've got a nice lodge to warm up, food and drinks, tubes and a conveyor... super easy and fun. The parking lot is small, but just keep looking and you'll find a spot. It's well organized, the staff are nice and easy going. Relax and have fun!

We had a really great experience! The escalators that take you back up are so convenient. My daughter and I just had a blast! The Snack Shack at the top has a ton of food and snack choices. I thought it was the best money I've spent in a while.

Super great went with my family on holiday and had a blast! They sell some gear if you forget protective eyewear or insulated gloves (do not be like me, haha.)We bought the Day tubing passes which was very smooth sailing getting your tickets at the self help kiosk and just going up from there. Really good for 37$ per person.

We had a good day as a family. However definitely some improvements could be made. The sledding leaves are to be desired. The staff running it isn't the most courteous, and hardly anyone makes it to the bottom. There was no food or drinks to buy. Everyone in the park was so thirsty. The vending machine was broken and when I mentioned that to a staff member she said, "I know, I'm just too lazy to walk up there and take care of it"People drive along ways to get there and it just felt like it was missing some charm that could have easily been added. We did it once, but probably won't again.

Very fun even while it is raining. We did tubing yesterday and there was so much snow. Once it started raining it was definitely cold but the kids still had fun. The lodge is pretty much closed down other then restrooms. One of the belts for the mountain was broken so the other was a bit crowded, but you could walk up the other side if you didn't want to wait.

Great place to visit. If you go, go for the 945-1145am time slot. You can then get several more trips in as it is not as packed. The max wait was about 4 people ahead waiting each time, but it only took about 3-5 minutes of waiting.Several slide lanes to use, so it isn't too bad. It's worth a trip when you're in the area. Fun place for the kids. Buy your tickets in advance so you can get in the right time slot. Parking is an additional $6 for the day, so be aware of this.

Took my niece tubing here at New Year's. It's a good setup and staff handled the logistics well. It's a pretty short run but when you're accommodating all ages, I guess that's par for the course. The cancellation policy is a bit harsh so be sure the weather is suitable before buying tickets. For that reason, I wouldn't buy that far in advance. And props for the poor guy with the megaphone that had to give the safety briefing over and over and over...... :)

Groomed hill for tubing, approx. 15 lanes. We chose Cosmic Tubing so in the evening with lights and music. There was perfect weather, no wind and clear. With the amount of people there on a Spring Break Tuesday evening, we were able to ride as doubles 6 times in the 1 1/2 time slot. Bathroom on site and local eateries for food near by. The waffle shop is closed for rest of the season.

We were able to reserve our tickets online (a week ahead) for a 2hr snow tubing experience for 2 adults. I highly recommend booking even earlier if possible. They also had an option for snow tubing after dusk but those tickets were already sold out. They are operating at a very low capacity to ensure social distancing. So definitely helps to book in advance!) We left from Portland city at 11:00 am, stopped for gas and a quick bite on our way and barely made it on time for our 2:30-4:30pm slot. Not sure if the traffic is normally this bad, or if something went wrong that day, but definitely do check the traffic conditions and be prepared for this! Download offline maps, there was no network coverage for most of the journey! Upon reaching the destination, finding a parking spot was very easy (probably for not operating at full capacity!) Clear signs marked everywhere, so did not have to look around or panic. Staff were not in uniform but they all seemed ever ready to help with any info. You can spot them with their walkie talkies! Just went to the self service kiosk and printed our tickets. You can zip tie the large end of your ticket to your jacket or some place easily accessible for staff to scan each time you take the lift! Save the smaller end of your ticket in your pocket. The tubes were uv sterilized. Picked one tube and took the escalator to the top. Ask for instructions if it is your first time! Absolutely loved the experience! Highly recommend this place. Will visit again! Good social distancing practices followed religiously! Kudos to the team. All their hard work was very evident. We had so much fun! Restrooms available on-site were clean. Masks/proper face coverings are compulsory at all times. Thereâs a cute little waffle stall too! It smelled great but we already had our sandwiches and beverages packed at Welches, so weâll try the waffles here next time!

Itâs a great way to enjoy winter with kids of all ages. Staff is fun and all about making it a cool experience. Carl in particular was very helpful to my family. We showed up three car loads deep and scattered. And yet he managed to get a pass tagged on each of them. Fireside hot cocoa hits different at 3,000ft.

Took the fam bam tubing for the 1st time. I am not sure if the hubby and I enjoyed it more or the kiddos. So fun and well worth it. You have to buy tickets before hand as days fill up quickly. Staff was very fun, professional and inviting. Clean atmosphere and we happened to get lucky with an amazing day up at Hood. I had debated about going as I feel the tickets are kinda of costy but after the experience, decided I was happy we went, and it was money well spent. Next time I want to try the cosmic experience now that I know just how much fun it is. Can't wait to go again!

It's not worth it if your kids don't like slides. I went during Thanksgiving holiday. Weather was great, but no snow and my kids were scared and done after 5 slides. I was glad there were other activities such as the human maze nearby which made the long drive worth it.

I forget Iâm old but that doesnât stop me, until the next day when Iâm sore all over. Well worth the tubing adventure we had at this park! Bought tickets at least a week in advance. Is close to the resort we stayed at, is within walking distance (over the bridge), parking is $7 a day! Lodge is warm but expensive and tubing is very popular. Lots is lanes but also soooo many people. The conveyor belt was very helpful and they have a solid system using the teens to run the place bonus is they get to yell at adults too haha âclear the lanes quickly please!â Very organized. Fun. Canât wait to go back to the EXTREME runs, not enough snow so it wasnât open this time. We will be back!!

Five stars all the way!Simply amazing! I loved it, my kids loved it.A completely must try for any family. We brought our kids here for snow tubing and we had a blast. So much fun.Picking up online ticketsWe hard hard time trying to get our online tickets.Their is a white kiosk/ container, where you can print your tickets. Simply get the code from your phone and just scan it on one of the stations. Its tricky as the computers donât really seem to work. They werenât clickable. Once you scan your codes, it will print the tickets right away. If you have more than one ticket, make sure you are printing all the tickets. Once you have printed the tickets, the tickets have little punch holes on the top. You can use the zip ties to simply hang it on your clothes. They work as the passes.Tubing with kidsJust FYI, you can ride with your little ones as they have tubes for two people. Little ones go on the front, if they are young, they have to be at least 36â. And they can just sit inside the tube. If they are bigger they can sit on top of the tubes having their feet sit outside.Overall, amazing experience! We can come here during summer as well. They have similar activities as well.

Super fun place to take the kids. The "other than sledding" area including the indoor playground is disappointing at best. The sledding time should be a little longer. It takes a bit to get suited up and I need a break in there. So my actual sledding time was about an hour and 15 minutes.

The upper bowl is great, steep runs and found some untracked pow. I will be back at Skibowl asap to get some use out of my season pass. I wish the lifts were more up to date, that is my biggest issue.

Had high hopes of a fun evening. Me and my family went a few days ago and both of our children got injured. One daughter got kicked in the face and the other left with a broken arm due to another rider who was much older colliding into to her arm with his foot. The runs are not set up safely. They use a ramp at the end to slow the riders down but this caused so many collisions. Since riders go at different speeds( due to size and ability to start faster/ with more power) they start the decent down the ramp(backwards) while others are still going up. Causing almost like a bumper car experience but with feet and other limbs completely exposed for injury. They also end the individual lanes at the ramp so as they decent backwards they most likey cross into the next door riders lane. Ski patrol were great however the workers were not very organized and made getting to the Ski patrol difficult. Once to the patrol at the top of the hill we had to carry my daughter a decent way prior to getting to the office for an exam. Afterwards the facility never reached out to follow up or apologize in any way. To say the least this was the first and last time we will ever go.

A great place to have fun... Be mindful on when you arrive and what day... Some days and certain hours are super busy. But a cool place with good views while having a great time.Every employee was polite and helpful even during the hot days. Can't wait to come visit again...Strange times we are in... Make sure to make a reservation before you arrive with the family. They don't answer the phone if you need to inquire about reserving a day pass, evidently web only reservations.

Don't recommend cosmic tubing unless there has been actual snow fall. Pretty miserable experience when there's no real snow. Night and day difference. Not worth the cash...wait for full snow fall and sled in the woods.

This is a review only for day time tubing at east. Very disorganized. We only went down 3 times in our 1.5 hour time slot because no one was directing people traffic and one side kept getting jammed up with lots of people and couldn't get to the other side where the lines were actually moving. To have everyone go at the same time and wait for the path to be clear at the bottom is excessive. Easily could've let groups go down together, back to back, or people go when their area is clear. Way too much waiting around. And no one checked tickets, there were people in group 2 going during group 1 the whole time. For $55 for 2 people I would've expected to get more than 3 runs.

Obviously playing in the snow is going to make for a great day, but the staff here really added to the experience. Everyone we encountered was so friendly, helpful and hilarious. Definitely recommend the tubing!

Social distance + mask are the norms. THEY DO HAVE A UVB+C SANITIZE POD THE RUN THROUGH OUT YOUR SESSION. they have self service kiosk to acquire your tickets for your reservation. PURCHASE AND RESERVE IN ADVANCE WHICH IS NORM/EXPECTED. Our group had a blast, and loved it + staff was great.
