We stayed in "Dad's House" as part of a wedding party. The view was amazing!! We had a clear view of the ocean and could walk to the beach in 30sec.There were two bedrooms, 3 beds separated by a wall (no doors, closet etc for these beds) and a futon. We stayed in the upstairs bedroom. The window was broken which was frustrating since it was hot out and the bed squeaked everytime we moved. Aside from that it was comfortable.We appreciated being able to smoke outside and the little wall plaques throughout the house that shared the houses history. There was very little "allowable" parking but after asking, we were able to have cars parked in the restricted area.

Spent Thanksgiving weekend with a group of friends. We had a great time. The units were very clean, warm and comfortable and they offer some great ocean views. The Manager, Lisa, was very accommodating. She found a weber grill for us to use to roast our turkey, and she made the community room available to us for our meal and other activities. We plan to return next year.

Very nice place. Very clean and quiet. Short 2 minute walk down to the beach. Close to Chester's Market for all the groceries you will need. Good Thai restaurants in Lincoln City about 15 minutes away. Over all a great place to stay and I will stay here again.

What a great place to stay. New owner's very friendly and personable. So glad the new owner's decided to keep it a beach rental. The on site manager is wonderful, she will do what ever it takes to make you comfortable. She goes over the top. She knows what she is doing.If you have never stayed there give it a try, great place for a family reunion, or you have a group of people like a sewing group or such they have a space that works great. Also parties. Just a all around great place!

My second time staying in the upper Carousel unit. The unit is dated Furniture is old and uncomfortable and it could use a good scrubbing. I overlook all of that, however, because you simply can't beat the hundred and eighty degree view of the ocean from the balcony and living room. The manager is friendly and helpful, and they allow pets.

The rooms/buildings are right on the beach. Great for big groups that want to stay together, but want individual living spaces with kitchens. Rooms are in decent conditions. Beds are not the most comfortable I've slept on, but not awful.

An awesome timeshare, with permanent residents, and short-term vacationers. Great beach access, this neighborhood has been in my family all of my life. Highly recommended, with Salishan Resort & Golf Spa, restaurants and shops, and lots to do nearby as well. Enjoy!

Our ASG sewing group has been coming to Beachcombers for many years. 16 ladies in our group just finished a 5 day sewing retreat at Beachcombers on Monday the 7th 2021, our first time back since October 2019. Manager Lisa did a great job responding to our needs and making sure we had an awesome retreat. Under Lisa`s management the condos have had decor updates, have been deep cleaned, linens have been replaced and the wifi updated.Thank you Lisa!We hope to keep having sewing retreats here for years to come. It was laughable. We only wanted to park for 15 mins so my wife could breastfeed our baby and the women who Must have been the manager on duty said it was fine if we stayed for 15 mins. We thanked her. But then... Mind you, there was no one around and likely not going to be for the rest of the day. And what does she do? 15 mins later she comes up to the window as we are both sitting in the front while my wife feeds our baby and in an annoyed tone says “how much longer?” Really lady. How much longer? It’s an empty lot on a Monday afternoon with multiple other parking spots available and she wants to rush us out of there. How about just say hello and give us the extra 10 mins and be a hero rather than an angry lady who feels the need to start a stopwatch whenever she attempts to do something nice. #wontbestayingthereanytimesoon

Great location, but everything interior seemed rather shoddy: the windows were a bit dirty and there was some broken glass on the carpetc from the guests before. Other than that, big parking space and great beach access with an heavenly view.

Bathrooms were too small, no trash can in our bathroom. Half of the electrical outlets did not work. Very disappointing, and the ceiling was coming apart, oh - and mold in our bathroom. It's a pretty spot though.

Great place to go with groups, especially crafting groups. Close to the beach, full kitchens, large area for groups to work or craft... always fun.

Hands down one of the best places to stay on the Oregon coast. Wonderful people and reasonable prices. I would recommend staying there sometime!

1st time I stayed here was 23 years ago and have never rented from anywhere else until now. The manager messed up my reservation and gave me a I'm sorry which sounded fake as hell. I'll never stay there again. :(
