I am challenged with a disability anddid not have a great customer experience today.Yesterday I spent $ 65.00 at Walgreens Excellent experience. Very helpful young manLong story short I didn't realize some of the items purchased were unnecessary,so I returned them.I was greeted properly and when the cashier showed up she struggled with the returns .One item I purchased did not have a proper price tag still on it. The cashier called for a manager assistance, the manager came over and went back to check and while that happened and while I was waiting for a response.... I said to the cashier... I don't need to shop here if I can't return itemsproperly. The cashier said " I don't care, you can call cooperate you don't scare me" I repeated to the manager what she just said. Cashier also repeated that and winked at the manager. I grabbed my last item and left. I said a few unkind words going out the door. I would rate them a zero and would never recommend any store that would support that type of behavior from their employees to a disabled person.Happy to give Corporate a call maybe retrain on return and customer service would be helpful. I'm hoping camera caught this experience for training purposes.

Walgreens pharmacy has become increasingly less friendly to the public they serve. The most recent example, I went here today after a trip to urgent care, and arrived at 1:31. The entire pharmacy shut down from 1:30 to 2pm for "lunch", only every worker was still back there behind the screens working away. No staggered lunch so they could serve the public? I counted at least 7 employees back there. So I sat down and waited until 2. Then they told me I'd receive a text when my prescription was filled. I finally received the text at 5:52, after an almost 4 hour wait, and with absolutely no time to get there before they close at 6. So I get to wait until tomorrow and be in pain all night because of their ineptitude. And I will likely not be able to go to work tomorrow, and waste a day of my vacation time because of lack of sleep and intense pain.You suck Walgreens. I'll go elsewhere with my prescriptions from now on.

I have been coming here for several years, primarily for their photo department. My experience this afternoon is what I have always experienced here. The staff was very helpful and nice, helping me to get some photos developed and working me through their somewhat confusing software system. Tieara and Noah were particularly nice and helpful to me today. I don’t have the names of the other staff, but they also seemed to be helping other people in the store. I don’t understand the negative reviews as that has not been my experience over several years. I recall there was a study about Parisian waiters and rudeness. Generally, the conclusion of the study was that , if the guests considered their waiter rude, more times than not the waiter perceived the guest started off being rude. So, be nice, and you will be nicely received.

Website clearly showed vaccine availability for the same day at this local. I signed up, entered extra form information, and travelled to Walgreens to find out they were too under-staffed to deliver vaccines they had on hand -- and by understaffed, I mean only one person on staff for the pharmacy section.I was the only one in the pharmacy. I was not offered any recourse in person -- rescheduling, information about the next shift, etc.I advise seeking services elsewhere, or calling in person to verify your appointment (assuming they're able to answer the phone).

Best Walgreens EVER! They had my photo order ready in 20 minutes even though the photo person had already gone home for the day. I was going out of town the next day and needed this photo book. Austin and Sierra went above and beyond-EXCELLENT customer service!

I was notified 1 hour prior to an appointment of unavailability of a medication. The tech was rude when I asked a supervisors name as that is horrible customer service to wait that long when the would have known since start of day and other arrangements could have been made.

This is the worst pharmacy I have dealt with in over 25 years. They apparently cannot keep employees, and you will spend a SUBSTANTIAL amount of time here if you attempt to get your prescriptions filled here. I have all of the settings to make it convenient, yet I still have to come here multiple times a month, with a significant wait every time. I’ve also set my Rx’s to be delivered and I am still having to drive down to the store to pick up non-controlled prescriptions. Seriously consider getting your prescriptions filled elsewhere, if you can. It will be easier than having to transfer them all to a new pharmacy after you get tired of the nonsense here.Edit: I am now 1-week overdue for a medication that I’m required to take daily...because they are “running behind”, because they apparently can’t keep employees. This place can’t even do the basic month-to-month stuff.Edit 2: I am once again without a medication that I take daily because they don’t order enough and then when it’s finally filled, they are “temporarily closed” for days at a time. Now, the other Walgreen pharmacies cannot pull my prescription over to fill it for me to have. Walgreens is literally holding my medications with no way for me to access them whatsoever. There is no way this level of incompetence isn’t costing people their lives. People HAVE to have the medications. This is literally medical malpractice.

THIS REVIEW IS ONLY ON EXPERIENCE WITH CURBSIDE PICKUPAs always my curbside pickup order was ready within no more than 20 minutes from the time I hit the confirm purchase now button. They always amaze me with this service. When we pulled up and pushed the we are here button, they were handing me my purchase at my car window within 3 minutes. Not only that, the employee was doing so with a smile. Even the smile and nice attitude alone would make me keep me getting curbside pickup here. It is sad to say, but many places I have gone to with the same services have not always even smiled at me. I do understand people have a bad day, but there is a difference between no smile and handing you your bag so quick at your window and just turning and walking away. No eye contact, no making sure the bag didn't fall on the ground because they handed it off a second to soon (yes, personal experience). So something such as employee not only smiling, but also acting kind and making eye contact makes you want to keep coming back. This review is only doe the curbside pickup as I have not been inside enough at this Walgreens to be able to truthfully give a review that may be accurate. I have had several curbside pickups at this location and they are all positive!

I stop in @ this Walgreens, for Burts chapsick, tp & other items, weekly. The customer service, was not good for a while. But Noah made my night. Greeted me w/ a "welcome in" & rushed right over, when I was done shopping.👌

Lately my experiences have been pretty bad. They never clean the outside, so it looks all nasty. The lady on the intercom doesn’t listen and has an accent that’s terribly hard to understand over the speaker. I spent ten minutes there, when it would have taken two minutes if she’d just listened.

I have started going to thisWalgreens about 5 months ago. I'll go about 3 to 4 times a week. The employee's are the RUDEST I have ever had to deal with. OMG their customer service is horrible.EXCEPT FOR BEN. HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN FRIENDLY AND RESPECTFUL. Other employees tend to have that "fake"friendly attitude. Oh an that greeting everytime you walk into store makes me feel Unwelcome. Sounds like they truly could care less that you came into their place of employment. What is going on that so many of the employees of one store are so rude. This store needs to hire people who actually enjoy working with customers. They need to remember that without customers they wont get a paycheck.I gave 5 stars ONLY FOR THE EMPLOYEE BEN.

Tried to transfer prescription from Canby to Gladstone and the tech couldn’t figure out how to do it and told us to go back to see the doctor and get a new prescription. She could have called Canby and actually provided customer service to complete the transfer, instead she hung up and had us do it all.

To be by such a beautiful location only to litter it up by not taking responsibility for the trash overflowing and strewn out of your dumpster is appalling. Clean your act up Walgreens!! Don’t be a part of the problem be part of the solution. This is disgraceful to see from such a large company.

If I could leave no stars I would. This review is based on the pharmacy yet has ruined the entire store. I had to go back 5 times for a simple prescription because the pharmacist choose not to do their jobs with efficacy the first time so you will spend your own time doing there work, calling your insurance, fixing your birthday etc.They are also incredibly rude when you let them know it's becoming very stressful trying to obtain your prescription and have no remorse.

Pharmacy staff is generally good. I've had some outstanding help from the pharmacist but some mediocre to less than poor from the assistants. They just seem annoyed to be there. However, the hours are the worst... Not open even close to late. If I'd had another option from my insurance I'd probably use it. I debate two stars but the times they have pulled me out of a jam require the extra star.

I went to pick up a prescription (my Dr had to call in twice)an hour before closing. There was one employee trying to help the people in line, the drive through and answer the phone. She was pleasent and calm...so that's why two stars instead of one. They obviously are understaffed. This is the short version of a long list of issues I have had with this pharmacy. I plan on changing pharmacies after this.

Talk about hating your job. I went in there to buy a few things and there was a sale going on it didn’t specifically say the deal was only good for the same brands so when I saw the balance I asked why she explained that it’s only for the same brand which is completely understandable. She was just rude in the way she explained things and tried to tell me a second time after I clearly heard her. I told her I understood which is why I’m going to have her void the transaction so I can grab the same brand. She was annoyed about that. Like come on lady, THIS IS YOUR JOB. Please do better at training your employees on customer service.

I tried to return a couple of products and the female checker was very rude and sighed loudly a couple times then had to call the manager and that manager had to call the other manager before they could figure it out. But the worst part was that the checker was just super rude to me at the register and made it seem like an inconvenience that I was actually trying to return items with my receipt. The second manager didn’t even offer an apology for the checker’s rudeness. I will not be shopping at this Walgreens. Come on people just basic common courtesy is needed. Plus I had to remind her to put her mask on. 🙄

I had a very painful Supraspinatus rotator cuff surgery on my left shoulder and 2 male pharmacist refused to fill my pain medication refill prescribed by my doctor. I was absolutely within the prescribed usage/time as indicated my bottle and they still refused to refill it. Would recommend going somewhere else that will fill legitimately prescribed and used pain medication. This place was extremely rude. Automatically think you’re an abuser even with legitimate prescriptions from your doctor/Surgeon

I tried to return an item and after waiting 15 minutes I was told by Erin the manager I could not return it as I forgot my debit card so NO as company policy.I managed a retail co. On Oregon City and could override the policy for the sake of customer service or and/or long time customer! This is also the same attitude that ever other retail store l and my friends (took a survey) have experienced. What customer service so for $5.49 I will go to rite aid and continue to complain to all my friends who do lots of shopping!I told her I could bring back a broken item, or buy something on a sale for more money but you won't give cash when I had bought 10 other items on the receipt for customer service! Walgreens promotes people like this when retail is trying to bring in customers?

The pharmacists here are unable to communicate effectively with customers or their healthcare providers. Tried this location out as my new go-to but will never be returning. I should not have to call the pharmacy, my insurance, and my provider 3 times over to fill a single prescription that I've had for 4 years. AVOID AT ALL COST

Pharmacy closes for lunch. Then the line is 5 - 10 people deep and 30 - 60 minute wait. There were 7 people behind the counter. Not capable of scheduling alternating lunch breaks? This isn’t a mom and pop shop - it’s a national chain that proclaims customer service is important.

Usually, I'm very happy with the pharmacy. However, this time we rushed over to get my antibiotics prescription and arrived at the drive up window at 7:01. Said they were closed and wouldn't give me my prescription even though it was already filled and on the shelf. Yay. Thanks.

Currently going through major oral surgery in a multi step process. This means, I need to pick up pain medications and antibiotics frequently. I have NEVER been treated like such a drug seeker in my life. Being talked down to by the pharmacist like I am his granddaughter, treated as if I am trash. I was only able to pick up part of my prescription and wasn’t able to get an honest answer as to why. After i receive the rest of my prescription, that was denied to me, I will no longer do business at Walgreens.How dare you question my physician, dentist or anyone legally allowed to write me a prescription.

They're usually understaffed. I've been in multiple times due to it's proximity and have experienced long wait times. Both in the store and through the pharmacy drive-thru. Their location is convenient. Their staff is generally nice and courteous. But don't expect you make a quick trip in and out.

I went for a tetanus shot. They asked if I was COVID positive or had symptoms, and when I asked how that was specifically relevant they were fairly demanding about wanting to know without giving me any reason, other than that it was their policy. It was invasive, pushy, and disrespectful.
