After going to the Expo Center for the big spa blowout sale and feeling like I was being run through a meat grinder, it was great to have a low pressure question and answer with Phil and Dave. There was no pressure, "If you don't buy today I can't give you this price." They were great, answered all the questions, were very helpful, and let us have the time we needed to decide. The delivery crew was great and did a careful job getting up the steep stairs onto my brand new deck. I want to give a special shout out to Quaid for his ingenuity and resourcefulness in getting the new Aurora Spa through the landscape, up the stairs, across the deck to it's new home without damage to anything.We're loving our Aurora Spa!

I did a lot of research and went to all the different spa stores. What a lame experience I had at some of those stores. I came back to spa's of Oregon for many good reasons. Besides finding the right fit, price, size, finding the right place to buy is Crucial. I bought a triad 36 and I am very satisfied with it. It has helped me with my pain immensely. Best spa shop in town. I shopped around for a few days & they were my last stop. Only had a week till christmas & every other shop laughed me out the door at possibly getting it installed before Christmas. These guys didn’t flinch & made it happen. Delivery guys hauled out our old behemoth & my only complaint is that they should charge more for delivery if you’re gonna be that professional. 100% would recommend.

Great place to get a hot tub. Sales people have set commission so you’re not up sold to a tub you don’t need or want. Think of Shane Co jewelry or CarMax. Dave was super helpful and had all the answers we needed, including tips and things to consider for new owners. They’re also very responsive to service or repair work.Making a large purchase can be frustrating, nerve wracking, or just downright confusing. These guys removed all that and made the process fun and easy. Highly recommended.

Spas Of Oregon was our first stop, after visiting several other spa retailers no one else could compare to Spas Of Oregon! David was low pressure, highly informative. He took us straight to the most appropriate tub for our needs and never tried to upsell us on a more expensive model. Ambrose was great when it came time to install our hot tub. Our experience with Spas of Oregon was stress free, easy and efficient, David did a great job bringing it all together and making sure we were happy! Great customer service! Absolutely recommend!

I recommend Spas of Oregon to anyone shopping for a hot tub or swim spa in the Portland Oregon metro area. Our family purchased a Dimension One hot tub from Spas Of Oregon in the Summer of 2019, after visiting all of the spa retailers in the Portland metro area. Sales: we appreciated the no-pressure sales approach and the competitive pricing. Delivery: the delivery was on-time and the final setup with a local electrician was straightforward. Service: We've made several service calls for this spa. Spas of Oregon has their own service team. Two early issues were quickly resolved over the phone. Two later issues required in-person visits, both of which were scheduled promptly and were performed under-warranty (no charge). At the end of 2019, we decided to add a swim spa, which we also purchased from Spas of Oregon. The swim spa transaction, delivery and installation went smoothly as well. The swim spa has not required any service calls.

Happy with my purchase, installation and service experiences with Dave and team at Spas of Oregon. I spent a lot of time researching local options and brands and ultimately went with the Amore Bay. Dave was super patient and informative while also offering a very competitive price. He was super attentive when I had early chemical and service questions. The delivery team did a good job getting a big tub through my small gate. Overall positive experience and my whole family is really enjoying the new tub.

Great experience, Dave walked us through the show room explaining the difference between all the spas. We made our selection and had it delivered in a couple weeks. The tough part was the wait (17 weeks), but that's because of COVID. Otherwsie, very happy with the service and products!

Spas of Oregon is the place to buy your hot tub in the Portland area. The quality of service we have and continue to receive has been exceptional and over the top. Phil who sold us the tub was great. He is knowledgeable about the tubs they have and was fully accommodating including being receptive to phone calls about updates on delivery. Spas of Oregon was even able to hold our tub on their lot until we were ready for delivery. The workers that delivered the tub were great as they had the challenge of getting our hot tub through a narrow entrance to our backyard. Dave the general manager of the store has also been great through the process keeping us up to date through our purchase and maintenance of our hot tub. Lastly, the service crew goes the extra mile. The electrician we hired did not connect the hot tub correctly. Spas of Oregon's service personnel Ambrose and Quayd came to our house at 9 PM after a full work day to fix our electrical issue. Spas of Oregon has been fantastic and I look forward to continuing giving my business as I maintain my new hot tub!

I recently stopped by Spas of Oregon for some new headrest pillow inserts, a Vision cartridge, and some jet cleaner. The two fellows working there were very helpful and answered all the questions I had about my tub. I inherited the tub when we purchased the home and I see now why the prior owners purchased the tub here. It seemed a bit out of the way but definitely worth the trip. I also picked up some spa safe scented salt stuff that my wife and I were very impressed with. We love the Nautique Dimension One tub that was at our home and I'll be coming back to Spas of Oregon for any additional chemicals or parts I need for it in the future.

I stopped here with my wife last month looking for a tub. We had the pleasure of meeting Dave and his dog Lily (sp?). Incredibly friendly guy and dog. I didn’t feel any sort of sales pitch, he answered questions, addressed concerns as we were purchasing our first spa. Dave made recommendations and has a good sense of humor. He gave us a great deal and made the experience easy and fun. The hot tub delivery went smooth and everything so far has been working amazing. What’s best is really how good Dave is with wanting to take care of you. I’ve called and texted him multiple times since purchase and he was always quick to respond and eager to help. If you could purchase a spa in the area, I recommend hitting up Dave and Lily. They’ll take care of you. Thanks Dave!

What can I say about Spas Of Oregon. This was our fourth stop of the weekend at hot tubs stores. The experience in the showroom with DAVE WAS NEXT LEVEL 💯 compared to three other area stores. His knowledge and ability to communicate important details was helpful. The delivery guys and MARK WAS SUPER PROFESSIONAL 👍🏽 and fun to work with. When we filled the tub and it came time for the moment of truth… the tub didn’t work. 😩 After a couple calls with Dave and troubleshooting ideas on burping the tub “like a baby” they sent Ambrose out the next day. AMBROSE IS THE MAN!! He found the problem (it was our electrical hook up, a couple wires were switched) He even fixed it for free. 🎉🙌🏼 The next morning we were soaking in our new Reflections Collection Californian. We’ve had all six of our family together and it’s just right. I’m a morning and evening user and can’t be more happy with our purchase.😁

My wife and I recently visited the Spas Of Oregon showroom in Gladstone, OR. We were warmly greeted by Phil who showed us the many options and hot tubs they have available. We found the Dimension One spas have a lot of great features, in particular the adjustable neck pads/jets that will help both of us with our stiff neck muscles. After reviewing the different spas, and having all our questions answered by Phil, we chose the Aurora model by Dimension One and put a deposit on it. That was just about a month and a half ago, and yesterday it was delivered and set up for us. The things that really stood out for us when working with Spas of Oregon is that they are great about keeping in touch about progress of the order (shipment from the factory), Phil and Dave at the store are SUPER easy to talk with and provide a wealth of information on spas. The delivery guys were very professional and also provided good info on setup, maintenance, and use. All around Spas of Oregon is a great place to get your hot tub. They are knowledgeable, friendly, communicative, and efficient. I’ve never owned a spa before, and these guys really make me feel comfortable in the use and maintenance of my new Aurora spa. We’re looking forward to years of relaxation in it!

Wow! Spas of Oregon is AMAZING!! We had just an absolutely great experience working with them and no complaints! Our main sales person was Phil and he was just very nice, down-to-earth, and no pressure. Spas of Oregon was our very first stop in our search for a hot tub and Phil showed us the Amore Bay and other options. After that we researched and visited many other local dealers but came back to Phil to purchase the Amore Bay. Dave is the general manager and he has been equally helpful and responsive. Whenever we've had issues they are both readily available by phone/text and have responded quickly to repairs or other issues. Their delivery person is amazing and able to figure out how to maneuver large spas with ease.We were so happy with our hot tub purchase that we turned around that same year and purchased an Aquastream Swimfit Swim Spa too! Again, it was a great experience and we would highly recommend Spas of Oregon along with Phil and Dave who are just great to work with!!

Spas of Oregon is awesome! We had been shopping for our perfect hot tub and had been to a lot of shops before we came to see what the Big Blue Gorilla had to offer. No one we met during our shopping were as knowledgeable and easy going as Dave and Phil. They listened to our needs and concerns to help us gain the knowledge we needed to make the best purchase for us. They understood this was a big buy for us and were not pushy about selling a tub at all and ended up helping us purchase the tub of our dreams at a price we could manage on our timeline. Dave was great with helping us select the right hot tub. He is very knowledgeable and gave us just what we wanted. He gave us a very good price, and everything that we needed was included free of charge. When it was delivered, Jason went above and beyond getting it installed. We have a very high deck, and they were able to get the old tub out and the new one in. He spent a lot of extra time with us and had it all installed and ready to go. My partner and I bought our Dimension One hot tub from Spas of Oregon about a year and half ago which was such a great decision! Their salesman are great and the most helpful - Dave is the best and is a wealth of knowledge. We still go to spas of oregon to get most all our hot tub needs because they really love what they do and give the best tips/tricks at caring for our spa. One word: YES. Service, quality spas and competitive pricing. Dave and his crew know what they are doing and love spas as much as we do. We had owned a spa for 6 years that destroyed itself from the inside out due to the chemical system it used. We bought the spa at another place and Dave actually took the time to explain why the system ate the components. He was patient with us and helped us find the spa that was right for us. Now that our kids have moved out, we were looking for more hydrotherapy, plus some fun! He’s easy to work with and while our installation was a little complicated (maneuvering through a narrow fence, removal of our older, larger hot tub and some electrical work), the installation team worked with us from start to finish and got our new spa up and running quickly. Dave was on-point every step of the way and always asked us what he could do to keep things going smoothly. We love our new spa! The operation and upkeep are really easy and we know Dave and his crew will help us keep it running for 20+ years. Thanks, Dave for your passion for turning people on to great spas and providing so much guidance to make it simple. Spas of Oregon may have a humble exterior, but the service inside is 100 stars. After nursing our old hot tub along for about 25 years we decided to splurge and get a new one. We shopped around, and were impressed by the folks at Spas of Oregon and the Dimension One Journey model. Dave and Phil were forthright about pricing and delivery schedule, and I like the fact that they answered our questions but that there was no sales pressure. I want to give a huge shout out to Ambrose who along with the other repair staff delivered our new spa and hauled away the old one; this is not his job, but the regular delivery folks were not available and Ambrose wanted to make sure it was delivered on time. When I went to fire it up after filling it I was disappointed that there was not electricity flowing to the controller, but once again Ambrose was responsive and came back out to only find that it was a simple solution. Great customer service, thanks! Now I'm hopeful this new tub lasts for another 25 years...
