Used to be my favorite thrift store...Have found so many wonderful things. Unfortunately, they have recently raised prices to match Goodwill, while maintaining their same no trying on clothes, no returns and cash only. Good for them, and bad for us.

A true junk shop. Good place for used clothes, but literally every non clothing item looks like it's straight out of the dump. I felt gross after going here. Giving it 2 stars for the clothes, but not worth going if you're looking for other items.

My fiance and I ALWAYS find some amazing items here and always at killer deals too! Not only endless designer items, but even some handmade and couture pieces. Usually fairly busy when I've gone, but I don't feel I'm fighting people for the good stuff.Killer deals on fantastic items aside, this store has one very major, nearly fatal flaw; this flaw is what takes the store from 5 stars to 3...This store is cash only...CASH ONLY?!?! REALLY?! I mean seriously, what year are we living in again?! Of course they have one of those shady, pay-per-use ATM near the door, which means at the end of every shopping trip, I'm using the calculator on my phone to add up the total, rounding to the next $20 increment, then plunking down for the $3 ATM usage fee. This equates to me paying for the pleasure of giving them my money. I really, really, really hate this! I can use a card at any food cart or street vendor in the city, but not at this business, which looks like it's been there since 1943?If they get with the times and add debit as a form of payment, I'll add the 2 stars back with joy in my heart, bringing the total to 5! However, so long as they run their checkout like a bodega in the projects, my rating remains at 3 stars. Still though, I'll keep going because of the items they sell!

Anything your mom and grandma have ever wanted, bought and later donated you can find here. From decor to kitchen items, books, clothes, old furniture, etc. the store is pretty big and all the prices are reasonable. A little too messy for my taste but a good place to find a good bargain. You have to go see it for yourself! I guarantee you’ll find something to take home.

I have been going here for years. You have to pay in cash! Sometimes there are good finds, there’s plenty of inventory to go through. The toy bags are annoying because to get something you have to buy an entire bag filled with the toys that nobody wants. The employees can be rude or disinterested.

Decent, just bring a keg of patience and enough cash to satisfy your curiosity. Super duper crowded, either young women, old women or middle aged men working the crowd, sometimes mentally disabled people. I'm happy that it's probably community ran! The inventory is really spontaneous, of course. If you chance and buy an item that doesn't fit, good luck. It's worth the trip even without a car, just don't let your kids bring their toys here cause anything you bring can be lost to the chaos of the store. Some items are ridiculously priced, ei a bike that's over $1,000 where you can go to mean jean at se salmon and se 15th and probably find one for a tenth of that. My biggest complaint is that you need loads of time to find specific side-quest items. It took me 2 hours to find pants and I still bought 4, half of them didn't fit so my success rate was 50% for a total trip of 5 hours. Because I don't own a car.

I took my kids in here and one of the store associates Marissa was the best. She helped me and answered all my questions. We left with some really great things I was looking for. She was so nice give her a raise.

This is the worst thrift store I have ever been to in my life and I'm 54 have have been to many in multiple states. They are way too pricey, there is no room to shop as every isle is crowded and for as many people who are in the store, they don't even offer a restroom not to mention they only take cash. Yes they have an ATM but really, who doesn't offer debit or credit card. I mean wow.

Maybe put a sign on the door saying cash only. Or better yet move into the 21st century and take credit cards. I will not use your ATM to further pad your bank account. Thanks for wasting 45 minutes of my day.

This is a great thrift store. Lots of stuff. My only complaint is that their prices are insanely high for used stuff. Like stuff at the store is cheaper on some things. I don't get it. You'd think they'd know that if prices are reasonable they will sell more and make more but they are just following places like Goodwill. Then what happens is they end up with way too much inventory and end up throwing stuff in the garbage which is counter productive for a thrift store. I mean, isn't that why they sell used goods? To keep them out of the landfills? Guess not.

I should clarify, there was a line because I got there before opening. All thrift stores are the same, but at the same time, here was different, better. Employee's were genuinely nice, place is compact without feeling too cramped and there is a little bit of everything. The odd things to be found on top of the aisles and behind the counter are my "what's here" location. Items are mostly priced to move, with some days making some items too good to not buy.Overall, very pleasant experience.

I like the way they understand that people shop there that ride the bus and have to carry bags to shop with. They allow you to show inside your bag upon arrival and leaving instead of trying to take control of your bag. Especially when we as women carry wallets, keys, and our purse content that we don't want to just had over to shop somewhere. And they probably don't want to be held liable either because what a responsibility to hold everyone's personal things...:)I also got this baseball bat here to.:)

The store has some great finds but nothing is organized by size and there are serious markups on certain items. $40 for an old coat is too much. Also it’s cash only.

Too full and over priced in my opinion. I was excited to see what the hype was all about. I was a bit disappointed with this shopping experience.

I love Red White & Blue. They have great prices, a lot of clothes, and a lot of collectibles that I want. My only complaint about here is the way the clothes are organized. I wish they were organized by size and color, and not just color. It is a really nice place to be in, but it is very busy at all times and days of the week. I will. Be returning though sometime un the near future!

#1 thrift store in Portland. When I was a kid my parents were pretty broke but I stayed dripped out cuz they have the craziest stuff here. Always a good find and half the time it’s discounted. I’m like a vulture with this place, circling it waiting for them next good thing. Only place better is Taco Bell down the road but even then, Taco Bell doesn’t have a sick necklace for 2.99 😳😫 if you like looking cool and slightly zesty, but also don’t wanna be broke, come here often, you won’t regret it ‼️

Used to be a great store, but now the prices just keep going up and up and up. Want an old blanket? $40. A broken guitar? $150. How about an old computer game with THE DISCS MISSING? $100?!?!? They definitely knew the discs were missing, they said so on the tag. It's a ridiculous experience, and on top of that the store is filthy, they only accept cash, they have zero return policy, they don't even have fitting rooms if you wanted to sift through their completely unorganized clothing. And, multiple times I've heard the employees come on the intercom to aggressively remind people to remove clothing hangers before getting to the cash register. If they're going to charge $10-20 for old t-shirts, they can take their own damn hangers out!

WOW did this place raise their prices. I used to consider this a very affordable thrift store. Both for sourcing my own home items and purchasing as a reseller. I literally wouldn’t even resell for the prices I saw. A bag of 3 wooden vintage butterflies for $20???? Are you joking????They usually do color tag sales similar to goodwill. Today there was a sign that said “50% all departments minus white tags” however, THE STORE HAD MAINLY WHITE TAGS. Interesting, huh? This place is tough to visit already because of the tight aisles and spaces (despite how large of a store it is) and the cash only policy- but the raise in prices sealed the deal, I will not be returning. It used to be worth squeezing between 20 people to grab an item off a shelf before but now, definitely not. Also, the line to check out is always at least 20-30 people long. It moves at a decent pace, but still, not ideal. For those of you who want to visit, just make sure you bring your patience and your cash.

Customer service is not what they strive for here. Remove your hangers, Cash only and very crowded with employees in out with racks and no room for all the carts moving around. I do find some great deals here but don't lose your tag off your item because they absolutely won't sell it to you even if you go find it on the floor and bring it to them. I did complain about this and the cashier actually said I will not talk to you anymore because your are being rude. I think their employees are taught that customers are a nuisance and not the reason they have a store to begin with.

This used to be my favorite thrift store but unfortunately I won’t be shopping here anymore. The prices are now unreasonable for USED items. My suggestion is pass on Red White & Blue until they realize they are pricing themselves out of the thrift market.

What can I say… It’s very expensive to shop here now. I’ve been shopping here for years and watched the prices just sky rocket. Average price for shirts, like $14.99. Great selection if you have money to spend but if you’re looking for a deal, shop somewhere else. Also the cash only thing, the lunch breaks over the intercom and all their tags being white is pretty annoying. Hoping they get back to who they used to be.

Great place for clothes and grab bags. Occasionally you might catch a glimpse of someone half naked trying on clothes in the aisles. Very annoying voice over loud speakers every five minutes from 530-close. Cash only but an 🏧 for our convenience. Of course there's a fee!!!Like we're all not struggling already...Sheeeeeeeesh!!!!!

Always wanted to check place out! Today was my first visit. I need to stop in during the weekend when I can allow myself more time to browse. So much to see. Everything is color coordinated, which is great! But NOTHING is organized by size. That's how they suck you in! LoL! You gotta have patience, and endurance to search these racks. Two super great finds today. Impressed. I will be going back!

I went there last Friday 11-25-22, had the worst customer service experience ever in my life. I wanted to purchase some curtains. I failed to see the "cash only" sign after waiting in a long line. My items were calculated and rang up by the CSR, he told me I could use the ATM and pointed in the direction behind. I didn't want the surcharges from their machine or my bank so I chose to have a "one hour hold" on my items, the items rang up to be under $20. I went to my house as I live just 5 minutes away. When I returned, I was told I had to go to the back of the line, which by now was about 15 customers long, "those are the store rules" he stated. When I got up to a register again (after a long wait) it was with another CSR. I told her "I was just in line, he (other CSR) put my items (curtains) on hold. She rang up my items and said "Total is $20.47", I said "What? you must be joking, that was not the price he (other CSR) rang up before". She calculated them up again and said "He must have only rang up 2 items" I told her "Yes, the drapes are a pair, not separate, they were on one hanger". Apparently they had a price tag on each separate sheer. When I questioned the price and told her I only have $20 she accused me of "yelling" at her. I said "excuse me I am not yelling at you, Im trying to explain" she cut me off and said she would cancel the transaction if I continued. Another CSR came over and was asking "What's the problem", I explained what happened and asked if they could do a one time discount of the 0.47 cents, I continued with "If I have to leave and get more money, will I have to start in line again?" she looked at me and sneered, shaking her head as if I were a common criminal trying to steal something. I again reasoned with the CSR and told her I didn't make the calculation mistake, I don't have time to get back in line if I went out to my car to find some change. She did agree to wait for me to find more money. I returned with a dollar, she completed the transaction, put her hand out with the 0.53 cents change to me and I said "Keep it!, for the next person you treat badly who needs a break". I won't shop at that place again.

My all time favorite thrift store in the Portland Metro area. The deals are almost too good-I have to really stick to a budget when I go in. The selection is incredibly overwhelming in the best way, and the prices are right and completely fair. Most recently I got two tops, a dress, a blender, and two books for around $30, which honestly is even a little higher than you'd have to spend because most of my stuff was not discounted-that's another great thing about this place. Like Goodwill, certain color tags will be discounted, but unlike Goodwill, it's usually more than one color. Score!Be mindful that it's usually very busy and the aisles are narrow, so you'll have to be pretty close to other shoppers throughout the store. It's hard to navigate with a cart, so I usually just carry things in my arms. And they are cash only!!!As far as I can tell, clothing is not sorted by size but it is sorted by color and style.

Upon entering the doors, the checkout counter was fully staffed with pleasant faces and a greeting to boot. The place was hopping with eager shoppers and a bounty of goods for their choosing.I enquired about allowing backpacks into the store. The condition is to open them, purses, and shopping bags under a camera for cursory photo before and after you shop.I found some speakers with little data about capability. I searched the internet and found little more. I ask for assistance in removing the grill for further inspection and was obliged with grace. Question was answered and a deal struck.Donations are accepted outside in front of the contain box 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (close sooner if box is filled) Best to call when concerning what is acceptable. If a negative, there was no public restroom available. Seems common everywhere these days.

My mom accidentally donated some very sentimental Bratz Dolls to this location. The employees were nice enough to try and locate the items but unfortunately they were all gone. If you by chance purchased them, please message me on Facebook at the same name as listed. I will buy them back from you.

This used to be the spot, but it looks like the owners have gotten really greedy. $25 for a FRYING PAN? $14.99 for a shirt? What is happening? This is a THRIFT STORE 😂 not Nordstroms. I might as well go buy new stuff at these prices. RIP, RWB, you used to be my favorite place to thrift.
