We did our groceries there in August: milk has been out of date since January and cereals since March. We could have been more mindful of what we purchased for sure, but it’s a shame the store is not checking their supplies and keeps selling those to customers.

Went for lunch with friends that is moving to Klamath falls and choose to have Chinese food, and the guys gambled a little but overall it was good food and entertainment 😊 and A very nice lady that's always working out in the dining area .

If I could give zero, I would! I bought milk for my 2 years old, and when I arrived home and I poured the milk in her bottle I saw that was really dense. The milk was expired 2 days before! Shame on you, I could have poison my daughter.

Super nice highway treasure. The hot deli is almost a full restaurant. Their staff is always willing to whip you up a custom order and their prices are fabulous. They have a beautiful round windowed seating area with 6 tables that makes for an extremely pleasant breakfast or lunch spot. The attached country store is huge and offers many of the amenities of a chain grocery store. The small town charm is abundant here. This is a must stop on your way through.

A staff member offered to start ordering my liquor because I moved up here and they didn't carry it already.Very nice people. Lots of variety in this store. Best choice for me, and I haven't even tried their food yet!!Update: Others were right, the food is very good too! My favorites are the Crispitos and the chicken strips!

Great deli and hot food case, clean rest rooms easy to pull in behind store with a truck or RV. The deli sandwiches are made to order served with just bread, cheese and meat, They have a condiment bar to build your own with the basics lettuce, tomatoes, onions etc. Highly recommended great friendly place.

I wish staff was a little more friendly?!? I’m a new shopper probably spent 500 in last 5 weeks ! Always feel like I’m putting them out ! Beside young man that works there! Always friendly, and owner think his name is Rick very nice ! ( best chicken ever )

Cleanest looking store I've been to in a long time. Upon walking in, the store, I immediately smelled the most pleasant cleaner that I have ever experienced (close to closing time for them).Seems small from outside, but once you walk inside the stores aisles and arrangement were pleasantly spacious, employees were friendly and actually seemed like they wanted to be there (rare!). Definately returning to this store on future trips through this town. For a small grocery section, they had everything someone would be "in a pinch" for, as far as I could tell. Cashier was pleasant, friendly, and attentive to the few of us shopping around while she was cleaning.

"Gilchrist Famous Chicken" from the deli. That's enough reason to go. When they ask, you don't need sauce. Everything else is a bonus, including the liquor store inside. Decent convenience and grocery.

Love this place. It's a great atmosphere. Food is always hot and fresh, pizza, chicken strips, burgers, yummy fries i love the cold cart that has all the fixings for the sandwiches and burgers so you can make it they way too want it. They have grocery items from milk to bacon and butter and every drink you could want, including an alchohol section that is blocked away from the kids. And they have real icecream cup or cones. Rick the owner is always trying to keep a customer coming back. They also are next to the only school in town and do a great job serving our growing children and the employees at the saw mill. Great job Gilchrist Market.

Ironically, I never shoppef here until just a few weeks ago. I've literally passed it 100 times traveling up and down hwy 97. Even though I now live nearby, I still found myself going to the local chain market. Then 1 day I decided to drop in and check it out. What a diamond in the rough. Dropped in for kids drinks on Super Bowl Sunday. Sweet kind staff, great selection.

It was an okay place. Small town means everything is in one location and its not open on the weekend. It was a bit over priced, just for a gas station water. But there wasnt really other otions around. The staff was nice and helpful. They were friendly and over it was a good experience.

Surprisingly large selection of supplies. Regular convenience store location. Good warm spot to take a few minutes on your way over the pass or down do Klamath. Think of it like a slightly larger 7-Eleven.

Stopped to use a bathroom when driving by. Clean and nice, well stocked with things required in a rural place. Not sure if they got a kitchen sink though, didn't ask.

This location has hot food, that is yummy and pre-made. Fresh fruit, salami and cheese, snacks, a clean restroom, a private parking lot, and a small grass area to sit on a blanket. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming and the store was well maintained.
