I called beforehand and set up a time to pick up worms from the farm. It was for the next day so it's not like weeks went by between setting this time up. Calls now going straight to vm and I've driven 2 hours to be here. Beyond frustrating.Update to 4 stars: I received a call back and we were able to meet about 2 hours after scheduled. The worms are great quality.

This place has the absolute best quality of both super worms and dubia roaches. If you are looking for a local business to support then look no further. I drove an easy 4 hours to pick up my order and am so happy that I did. Awesome people and awesome critter.

Drove over an hour from Vancouver, WA because I'm having trouble finding feeders. The website says to just stop by during their business hours which are 12 to 8pm on the day I went. I showed up and there was no signage to help me see what to do or where to go once at the persons house. I called their number but no answer, the answering machine repeated the business hours though. Went and knocked on the front door and was told there wouldn't be anyone there to get the worms until after 6pm. Waiting for 3 hours wasn't an option so we left. The website should say to call first or that this is by appointment only if that's how they run. Thanks for the expensive waste of gas and still on the hunt for worms.

The insects I buy are always high quality and in good shape, my chickens absolutely love them. The owner is responsive to requests and concerns, I highly recommend this business.

Super friendly and helpful, and quick to process my order. All my mealworms were alive and healthy! Prices were much better than other places which is always a bonus.
