A short 35 minute drive from Rim Village, this was the perfect spot to enjoy a long weekend in the Crater Lake region. We visited in early November and were among only a handful of other guests. We booked a small, one room cabin which would have met our needs but arrived to find a broken heater. The staff onsite were quick to respond to this issue and quickly moved us to a creekside cabin, which was more than adequete. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful in every interaction we had, including introducing us to the camp cat! The bathrooms are pretty small, but the beds were comfy and everything worked great.

Amazing view! The bath area is very small but the water is very warm and sufficient. The heater is a bit too loud and I was waken up really early in the morning. If you don’t fall in to sleep easily, close the door of your bedroom to shut the heater noise out.Rooms: Wooden room with a big window.

Rented a cabin here for 3 nights and it was well stocked. The little store on premises is very convenient and the property is very clean. My cabin had a plumbing problem and the owner addressed it right away. It's also very close to the national park where i spent most of my visit. Also, be sure to take some time to take one of the canoes for a paddle.Nearby activities: A short drive from the national park

This place is outstanding!!!My wife and I have been travelling around America and Canada on our Honeymoon from Australia. We have been driving from LA to Vancouver and decided to stop off and see the beautiful crater lake.We stayed in a Glamping tent that was spacious, cosy and had everything you need.My wife and I have no camping experience so we were very appreciated of all the services the resort provided. Each campsite has a fire pit and the resort has fire wood and fire starters for even the most amateur of campers like ourselves. The resort has a grocery shop so you can buy all the ingredients for S’mores or whatever tickles your fancy. The staff were helpful with suggestions and it was great to see all the stars at night. Crater lake is simply wonderful and has been a highlight of our trip. The resort is a short 20 minute drive from Crater Lake and we are incredibly thankful for the camping experience it provided my wife and I.

ATTENTION DOG OWNERS: My family and dog made reservations to stay in a log cabin for the annular eclipse that was moving through Oregon on October 14th. We checked into the cabin and received numerous emails about how dog friendly the resort was. When we checked in, my dog started smelling around the room and grabbed something from under one of the bed benches. It was dark in the cabin as only a small lamp was provided (which we were aware of), however, when we grabbed the item from my dog, we noticed that is was a mouse trap that said “do not touch”. I noticed a blue/green powder on the trap and quickly went to the front desk to check in about the substance. The woman at the front desk checked in with the house keeping crew and confirmed that there was rat poison inside of the trap. The emergency vet visit for my dog as well as numerous testings to check his blood levels has resulted in fees over $900 and I have yet to hear back from the owners or management of the resort. I would suggest not bringing your dog here as I do not trust the integrity of the resort as this was never disclosed in any of the waivers that are signed.Noteworthy details: Unsafe for dogs, rat poison present in the log cabin.

Booked this place very last minute, literally the day of, because my partner and I wanted to visit crater lake and other spots in the area. What a gem this place is! The best part was the creek by the property, the water is crystal clear and the lovely kitties. Bonus points for the actual soft blanket under the comforter.Nearby activities: Crater lake, Diamond lake, umpqua national forest.

Stayed here for 1 night as first time RV-ers. Very cozy place, beautiful site. We got lucky by catching a live band play at the nice grassy/park area. The ice cream stand was delicious! Terrible wifi though. But overall it was a pleasant experience and we’ll definitely be back!

We were late on our check in, but it was a breeze. They emailed us easy to follow instructions and despite it being dark and is unfamiliar with the area, we found our cabin in minutes. The cabin was clean and warm, and full of thoughtful details like a basket of towels specifically for dogs or dirty endeavors. We met our hosts the morning after our arrival and found them very helpful and friendly. We came in the off season, so it was pretty quiet and we didn't get to experience the on site hiking and canoeing, but the creek is beautiful and clear. Will definitely come back.Rooms: Our cabin wax well outfitted and comfy. It will sleep up to 4 adults though it'll be cozy.Nearby activities: There's outdoor activities on site and Crater Lake national park about 30 min away, otherwise you're in the sticks away from it all. It's wonderful. Come to unplug.Walkability: There's not much nearby so come prepared. The on site store will keep you outfitted and fed if you forget anything.

We camped here for two nights. It is beautiful and serene. There are hot water showers and clean bathrooms for the campers. There is also a gas bbq behind the main store with some basic tools, condiments, and oil.BE AWARE of mosquitoes! As I'm typing with my right hand, I'm scratching my calf with my left hand! These creatures do not bite! They sit on your skin and drink your blood with a straw! Make sure to get some bug spray

Weekend stay in Cabin 19. Pros- Beautiful scenery and views. Very clean. Had everything we needed. The bed was very comfy.Cons- The entry to Cabin had ice build up and wasn't shoveled even tho we reserved ahead of time. The furniture is very worn, tired and uncomfortable.Overall a good experience and will come again.

This place is the best. The store staff is always helpful and kind, the housekeepers are top-notch, and the owners are great people. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept, plus there are so many fun activities-especially in the summer. The cabins are updated and cozy, and the glamping tents are so cool! The wifi is what you would expect near a National Park - anyone who would expect 5G should probably spend more time in nature. Lol. I definitely recommend staying here! Oh, and they are only 7 miles from the Crater Lake National Park boundary!!! Score!

The location was peaceful and the pickleball court was fun. However, when we arrived they had been without electricity and water for several hours, meaning we could not use the restroom after several hours of traveling. Good business practice would have been to send a text/email to let us know. Also, quite a bit of the property was run down.

Service 3 stars due to internet issues. The cabin room was clean. The resort has a good location close to Crater Lake np. The creek is beautiful, but mosquitoes were horrible in the summer. The cabin should have a screen door. The wireless internet did not work, and the password did not work. The office was closed at 8pm, so no one was able to help me. I talked to another guest, and she also had an internet problem.

The resort is beautiful. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful. She deserves 5 stars. There is a couple things that might make me not come back. WiFi was terrible. Completely worthless! I called before coming after reading the reviews and was told WiFi was good. I even paid for upgraded WiFi. I walked the whole resort it was terrible no matter where you were. We were there for 4 days they have signs everywhere for propane. We ran out of propane in our RV. However no one knew how to use the propane tank to refill it. I watched multiple people ask for propane. We were all told we were not trained on the propane for rv’s just bbq tanks. Yet they have signs everywhere for propane and WiFi. We had to drive 30 minutes to get propane filled up. They have two huge propane tanks by the entrance. They have two canoes you can use. However one is broke. The creek has no fish. Otherwise people were nice and resort is clean.

Really nice cabins and very welcoming staff! Stayed for 1-night with my pup and we had what we needed. Cabin was clean, comfortable bed, and nice basic amenities (fridge microwave, etc.). Great, little trail at the back of the grounds to walk your dog (or just yourself!). Nice convenience store/check-in counter to pick up snacks, beer, etc. Wifi is pretty weak, so just unplug. About 30-40 minutes from Crater Lake Visitor Center. Would definitely stay again.

5 stars b/c of the proximity to Crater Lake & it’s a clean campground. Full hookups are for smaller rv’s. No mosquitoes b/c they spray for them. I paid $104 a night for a rv spot but you get to use their canoes on the river. $10.75 to wash & dry laundry only between the hours of 3pm-8pm. Firewood is $10 a bundle. If you drive either direction from the campground you can buy firewood for $5 a bundle.

Our family felt like we hit the jackpot when we arrived to Crater Lake Resort! This is certainly a place we'll come back to as we feel that it has everything and more than one could ask for while on vacation. From the kind folks running it, the greeter kitties on the property, dog-friendly amenities to the beautiful grounds, not one detail has been left out. We enjoyed the convenience store, the cabin we stayed in (killer view), walking trail, canoes, pickle ball... the list just goes on and on. Seriously, this is the absolute best lodging around and you'll have a hard time leaving. We can't wait to come back!

Our family loved it!! The cabins are cute and the entire site is well maintained. There’s a communal fire pit, a camp store open 8-8 that has all the necessities, and we were able to use the canoes the resort has as well! Tons of fun and close to the national park.

We stayed in Cabin 9 for 2 nights. For our short stay it was great. Everything was in good working order. We enjoyed having a small kitchen to make breakfast and dinner. We hiked the short trail and used the free canoes. There were 3 of us. For a longer stay I would upgrade to the bigger cabins because I would want some soft seating (our cabin only had dining chairs).

We booked this place as it showed up in maps and was close to the national park. We just saw the tent pictures and were okay staying for one night. We were pleasantly surprised by the place. It has beautiful stream at the back. They have canoes as well which any guest can take. The glamping tent itself had very comfortable beds. We also got a private fire pit and a table. The common washrooms and showers were well maintained. They also have a store in the front with all essentials and food.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay here and would love to stay here again!

This was our last stop on a road trip around Oregon and we were pleasantly surprised. After a long drive from Newport, we were happy to find pleasant staff and a fully stocked store to help with dinner as we did not plan very well for this day. We stayed in Cabin 7 and I wish we were able to stay longer! It was so comfy and it was nice to have a full kitchen after staying in hotel rooms up until this point. Being right by the river was a huge plus as well. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working but honestly that was fine. The only reason we needed it was the look at maps but that’s what road atlases are for, right? And this place was dog friendly! Always a huge plus in my book.

Amazing Place! This was my first Glamping experience and I loved every second of it.The store lady is very helpful. We had a bonfire and got the sparkles for fire. The washrooms were neat and clean, there’s provision for canoe also. They also had some singer perform live for the first time we were there, great performance!
