I went in early January because my SIM card was dead. During that time, without my permission, the customer service rep changed my phone plan which caused me to lose a promotion on a BOGO sale. Other features were added to my account and all together my bill increased over $60/month. I've now been on the phone with Verizon for an hour and a half trying to resolve this.

Dan and Troy were awesome, they were dealing with a lot of Verizon problems that weren't there problems and helped us out completely to change over our phone service. I wish to commend Justin, an occasional customer service employee at the Verizon store in Florence. I had much difficulty at this store with other employees when establishing my new service last month. Perhaps it wasn't their fault, but there was trouble porting my old number to my new service. I spent hours, waiting to be served, because there is generally only one employee in the store at one time. But, when I received my second bill, there were charges that I didn't understand. I went into the store yesterday. I was fortunate that there were no other customers waiting, because again there was only Justin waiting on customers. He was extremely helpful and courteous. He explained the bill and helped me obtain a credit for incorrect charges. He is the kind of customer service representative we all hope to work with and I Thank him for his assistance. He works at the Coos Bay Verizon store and helps out at other stores.

Mike was so amazing!!!! He's kind of like a Verizon coach actually.... He helped me save a lot of money and showed me basically how I could get a connected tablet device for free. He didn't try to sell me on unnecessary stuff and helped me take advantage of the promotional perks. I walked away very happy with all that I got (and hadn't expected to get), having saved a lot of money! It was also just a fun experience!

The employees who work here are damn good at their job!! Definitely deserve a raise!! They are extremely polite and helpful. Very smart and they go above and beyond to make sure you feel valued. Yes they can get busy at times and it might take longer than you expect but only because they have 5-10 customers they are taken care of at once. Amazing work ethics and top notch care!!
