They doubled charged me. I paid $20 for a $10 item, and didn't realize it until I got home. When I called the store and asked for a $10 store credit I got a big no. I will never shop Badwill again and neither will any family of mine.

This Goodwill has cheaper prices than any of the other Goodwill's I've been to in Oregon/on the coast. I also liked that there was a 75% and 50% off color, I've never seen a 75% one before. I'm not from Oregon, I just like to visit and do some thrifting a few times a year. They also had a lot of employees so the line wasn't too bad to check out, and it didn't take long to get a fitting room.

Long time customer for this location. The prices have just exploded! We come to this one because they are fair with prices unlike the coos bay location. Not anymore. Sweatshirts are almost $20.

Goodwills are the best!! You heard it here folks. Check out this weird purse I found perfect for embroidering the all seeing eye onto. Also this list of clothes because my bestie and I have the most fun seeing all the stuffs. The prices are high.I found used Dollar Tree items with $2.99 price tag.Reasonably clean rest room.Very Friendly añd helpful Staff !Go Goodwill Hunting and ask them to consider allowing Overnight "Parking / Resting/ Camping "!On their spacious empty lots.

People are leaving one star reviews because they come in with attitude and don't read rules that are plastered all over the building lol. I have never had a bad experience in this store, but then again I have never screamed "racist!" At the employees or demanded refunds for non returnable items. Be aware of what you are buying, everything that uses electricity can be tested FOR FREE in the store before purchasing, there are changing rooms for clothes, etc etc. If you waste your money being ignorant don't blame the store blame yourself. Love you GoodWill

Friendly staff that greet you at the door but aren't intrusive, great prices, huge selection(particularly compared to their old building), sensible organization and layout. I always find something I can't leave without when I go here. What's not to love?

RACIST!! My friend and I went in there and our Halloween costume didn’t have a hat then manager said they mark it accordingly and there’s nothing he can do! So I had to pay for another hat separately! But my friend got a discount on her jacket cuz it had a stain!!

This store made me wish I lived here. I am an avid Goodwill shopper so swinging by on my vacation, 2,500 miles from home, was just the ticket. I stopped immediately upon entering the store. The place was spotless and well organized. Employees greeted me and welcomed me. I couldn’t wait to dive in. We found clothing for the kids (now locals), dishes, and much more. Amazing experience. I’ll be back. I hope. It IS a long commute. 😀

There products are over priced and had stains and goop on them and still wouldn't discount them. $30 for a coat when new ones cost $50 to $60 better off getting quality products then second hand trash

The staff was very friendly. It's a small store so not much to expect as far as a large variety. Prices I think are a little on the high side. Over all if your looking for something specific it's worth looking at but don't have high expectations at this store they will have it. Good place to browse.

I like to visit goodwill stores from time to time thought it would be fun to hit all the coastal stores. Since the weather was to wet to play in. Noticed right away that the prices were more than twice price higher than the all previous stores I went into. The conditions of the products were poor needless to say I I didn’t make a purchase. I recommend the northern locations.

The Goodwill located in Florence Oregon is friendly and frugal. The prices are very reasonable for discount retail which has become ever more necessary in an expensive waxing market. Good deals are still possible for the savvy shopper

I Really enjoy shopping the Florence, Oregon store. The employees working the store are some of the very, very best!!! I am a native from Ohio so I shopped Athens, Ohio store, Clarksville, Tennessee Big new Goodwill with Career Connections adjacent from it, and many other Goodwill stores including Coos Bay, Eugene etc... But the Florence Oregon store by far has been a much more friendly experience. Clean, and Organized. I am sorry to hear that my friends working there will be out of work. I hope not for long. Love this place we find some very old and awesome games. Each week a different color tag is 50% off. So you can find some really great finds. Be careful though sometimes they price things close to what you can get new

Nice store, prices are starting to reflect corporate greed. But treasure can be found. Most good stuff gets sent away and put on the Goodwill auction site. Look around and you can get a good deal but it is few and far between. Prices still better than St vinnys

This just happen to my husband, he bought a radio yesterday brought it home it did not work properly. So he took it back today to the SAME LADY. Who said, she sold lots of things yesterday she couldn't remember selling that to him. The tag had been taken off but we had a receipt. They refused to let him exchange it and refused to give him a credit. They virtually accused him of stealing it's, and brought in a receipt for something else to get a credit. They even brought the manager up, who also refused to give him a credit $6.99. Ridiculous. Unfortunately he says he will not be shopping there anymore. Now maybe that doesn't matter to Goodwill I don't know but their customers service is lacking.

Returned a defective light then caught employees putting it back on shelf to sell again when I confronted the manager he told me he doesn’t know why they were doing it then gave me every excuse he could think of and then just walked away. Be aware of this place deliberately trying to cheat customers.

Decent selection but prices very high for what it is. Very used shoes for as much as they cost brand new 😔, although I get the feeling that for this area this is the nicest place to acquire new wardrobe pieces

All of the Goodwill stores we visited in Oregon had very nice items but compared to Arizona or Tennessee the prices leave a lot to be desired. But all employees were nice and the stores were clean.

Great place to rent atv's and utv's. Super friendly, Exceptional service. More then accomadating for a family of 4. with reasonable prices. Will definitely be back when in town again
