Always short staffed, always trying to get people to use the drive thru and they literally lock the doors of the pharmacy in the day during office hours.And…They close for lunch everyday 12.30-1.30pm 🤦‍♂️Never seen anything like it…anywhere.

The drive-through is very convenient. Their off brand vitamins and over the counter medications are very reasonably priced. They have some very cool gift ideas as well. We are very happy with this pharmacy

I see several complaints from November-ish about the lobby being locked. The part the gripers conveniently left out is that over half of the staff was out sick for two weeks and the few remaining couldn't have both the drive-through and the lobby open. The remaining staff was doing an amazing job and dogs still got their cookies at the window!!The pharmacy is closed from 1-1:30 and they have to close the drive through at 12:30 to ensure that everyone has been helped by 1:00. Everyone can still walk in between 12:30 and 1:00. ☺️

We have used this pharmacy for years. They are always professional and caring to us. They know us now so we are welcomed like family, which is lovely. They have been slammed with the closure of two pharmacies here in town and things have changed, as we should expect. I was told that they have over 1000 new customers wanting meds! So, I can completely understand that we may have to wait a bit for service. As far as safety is concerned, these people are always ON TOP of safety with distancing, masking, and hand cleaners. They are the best in our book!! Wouldn't trust anyone else in town.

I have used this pharmacy basically all of the past six years that I have been here. Friendly employees who are nice af and remember you. When I had my dog I used to come here because they would always dote on him, which of course he loved, but would also hook him up with two giant dog cookies. So of course he insisted that we come here....would highly recommend this spot. Much better than other options in this town.

Bad business and bad service. Florence Pharmacy does not comply with state and local mandates to protect their customers from Covid exposure. It is the responsibility of every business to adhere to state and local mandates and provide a Covid safe environment or shut down. FP are not doing anyone any favors by stressing out customers and staying open when they can't or won't provide service and safety. I would give them negative 10 stars if I could.

I always know I’m well taken care of by the folks at Florence Pharmacy. If you get the opportunity, walk around while your there! They have some of the coolest gifts and things. Warm friendly folks always ready to help you.

Amazing people and it's nice to go in and just say hi. Very caring and are super fast. All pharmacy's can get busy and it's nice to look at all the fun stuff and just relax if they are busy. I would go no where else for my needs

The staff was beyond friendly and helpful at helping me get a prescription for my DOG! If your pet is taking a prescription that humans also take, go here to pay significantly less than you will at your veterinary clinic.

UNSAFE!!!! They do not provide space to social distance in the store and when I asked an old man to step away from me he attacked me and the store workers said nothing and pretended that I was the problem. I should not have to risk my life in a pharmacy no matter how busy they are.

Too many times the lobby is closed during business hours. I don’t drive and have to walk to pick up prescriptions and it’s not fair to list the business as open and then lock the doors.

Nice, small town pharmacy. Good service. They have compounding here that can't be found at most chain stores if you need it. Cute selection of toys and sundries.
