I recently purchased a German Shepherd Dog puppy here that the owners daughter in law bred. She gave me the full history on the parents and was not in the least bit pushy. My veterinarian gave her a great bill of health and this has turned out to be one of the pups I've ever encountered.

Purchased a great little Chorkie! She is smart and funny, we love her. Our local vet found her to be healthy and caught up with the correct vaccinations.Robin was very easy to work during the purchase. Answering questions intelligently. She took plenty of time to discuss our puppy with us. I would buy from her again.My only negative comment is that the store does not carry dog food.

This is a great pet store, a real Hidden Gem in Florence! Awesome place to buy healthy fish and all of the tanks are pristine! Lots of Tanks and the selection is very good too! Robyn, the owner is very nice and knowledgeable. Try this place, you'll like it!

Very rude! When called, ignores my question, I just had a question if they offer cat sitting. I could hear someone on call, the person just kept down her phone with me still on call talking. If you don't offer the service, just say so instead of being so rude to someone.Response to the owner- if you had responded to me on call I wouldn't have reviewed your business. I could hear you on call doing something in the background but you just let me talk by myself. I called thrice till I felt really bad because of your rude behavior.

Fish were healthy and tanks clean. Owner is very friendly and courteous. The birds could use a little more attention but then parakeets just sometimes get stressed. A great lil pet shop!

We are new to florence and had a hard time getting my large golden doodle in to a groomer. Florence pet center owner said she was capable and available I ama fairly trusting person, to a fault it seems.Hamish (my fur baby) came back with a very, very poor hair cut. I paid and planned to not go back. When I got home I noticed his toe was sliced open, like not just a nick in the skin, half inch splayed open. I was not informed of the injury at all. I contacted the owner and she said she had noticed it was red and put ointment on it. It bled, I guarantee it bled, a lot. She is deceptive and very, very unprofessional. Please do not leave your fur baby there.

Very pleasant. Only downside was pets are kept outside in kennel. But in Oregon that may be just fine. Also dogs legs were left a little long not hand clipped well.

Both of our dogs love staying here...we've started calling it Dog Camp!! Our first dog was a shy guy, but he loved Robyns professional approach. She's really good with dogs!

I took my little poodle in for a puppy cut. 1 hour later I noticed a horrible cut spreading open , buckle size on her stomach. I know she must have cried out when her stomach was cut....the groomer never even told Mr about cutting incident at all. I left her a message. No return iPhone call

Amazing pet store. The owner is amazing she is super knowledgeable about all her pets. I bought an incredible Arowanna. That is a fish. I love her selection of pets and pet products.

Robyn is very helpful and accommodating with scheduling times to specifically meet with her customers. Also the comment about her being a breeder and a puppy mill is completely untrue and hateful as she is completely against those.
