We went for the pet washing station, which was very nice. It’s a raised bath which your pet goes up a ramp to enter. This way you don’t have to bend over. Our dog was itching so they gave us a dermatology shampoo. They had a nice blower that squeegees out the water from your pet. Our dog was nicely free of excess water as we departed. The staff was very helpful and walked us through all of the equipment and how to use it.

This is the only place we will take our Shorkie (Nikki). We were absolutely thrilled with the cut but more importantly, we had a previous experience with a different groomer that was horrific and they took the time to listen to me when I told them about it and how traumatized she was afterward. They truly treated her exceptionally well and I'm forever grateful. OUTSTANDING groomer!!!Update: 12/28/23: Took our other Shorkie, Roscoe to Aloha today and again they were amazing! When I called to thank them for doing such a great job they truly were appreciative and I could tell from the conversation that they love our fur-babies while they are in their care as much as we do. This was Roscoe's "before" pic, he is so handsome now and they were able to clip his nails which I cannot get him to let me do! I really wish I could give 10 stars!!!

My greyhound hates the car and had a 'pet emergency' in the car. I stopped at Aloha to use the self service dog wash and cleaned her right up. Aloha offered rags to help clean the car as well. The woman working was kind and helpful.

We have been going to Aloha for several years. They have worked with our elderly dogs and our puppies, who can be a challenge. They are wonderful with the dogs and treat them with the upmost respect and love.

It's been a while since I took my doodle here. At first i was just angry, I'm over it now but I feel I should give an honest review.Very nice staff, but ended up with literally opposite of what i requested. I takes a person who can scissor cut the face to shape it properly. I was told it would be possible. What happened was a person using buzzers on his face, whiskers and all.Very disappointed.This is the second awful groom I have had in Florence.I drive into Eugene now for a decent groom.

These women go above and beyond with all their pets. I only go there, Ann is a great groomer, as all the ladies are. My Ginger dog only wants her nails done at Aloha.

My dog crazy eyes does not like going to the groomer or the veterinarian but at aloha pet grooming he was relaxed and looked like he was happy to go in. they cut his nails nice and short.
