As ever, WinCo wins the day. These are good stores. These days try to find a good price, WinCo has good sales on good products. The pizza was hot and ready, you know, like that other place. Two bucks for a slice, eat it. Adaptable, professional, hard working people here. Go ahead, give them a raise. Excellent. This store was not too crowded and was rolling. Yes.

Lovely store. All of them are employee owned. There are great deals if you know your prices. Plus, I just found out that they are doing digital coupons;extra bonus

I shop the store on Chad Drive and waited patiently for Winco to open their doors in March of 2023. There is always a greeter present who is most courteous and helps customers needing help at self-check. If needing help finding an item, there is always someone willing to help. The prices are unbeatable, and the store is always clean and well stocked! I take my list and am in and out and back home before I know it! Call me a satisfied customer!

I went to get a few things. I scanned my milk and my coffee. Put them back in the bag. Pushed skip bagging. Put my other items on the scale. I got just outside the doors when the security guards stopped and accused me of stealing. I gave them my receipt so they could see I didn't steal anything. I told them they can look in my bags if they want. Even after looking at my receipt, they still insisted that i was stealing milk and coffee. So I took my receipt and showed them right at the bottom of the receipt that I scanned them 2 items. And all I got was a, "oh."

Winco on Barger is the store I shop at. It is always busy but it is also always clean, well stocked and has a friendly staff. A store that is always busy tells me that they are a great place to go. No matter if a cashier has long lines or grumpy customers, they are still polite and efficient. They help each other if they need to and don't get flustered. There isn't a time that they are out of stock on an item, except during the very start of COVID. They were the only store that was open 24/7 during that time. I appreciate the lower prices at Winco rather than big-chain grocers, even with the big-chain coupons, and I love shopping there. It is the best place to shop for groceries in my opinion!!

The manager at night at 1130pm she’s working right now. The short blonde head girl is nasty rude. Worst customer service I’ve ever gotten and I’ve lived here all my life. I don’t think she likes her job? GOOD Customer service is what makes your business and makes people want to come back. I’d reevaluate her asap.SHOUT OUT TO CORY. I’m pretty sure he’s a manger or higher up! He works in the afternoon I’m sure. He’s great. Always waves and has a smile on his face. Even when it’s extremely busy and stressful. Also Destiny the cashier that works at night is AMAZING! Greatest customer service EVER! A keeper for sure :)

I usually come in late at night, and you can't beat the prices compared to other local 24 hour mass-market grocers in the area. This location is also employee-owned, and it shows in the great customer service offered here. Josh, (the front cashier with red hair that works graveyard) is awesome, and seems to always remember me when I come in.

I have been shopping at the Barger Ave., Eugene, Oregon Winco since it opened. Before that, I shopped there when it was called Waremart- at the corner of Garfield and West 11th in Eugene.Winco is not going to give you a pretentious boutique grocery experience like Market of Choice or Safeway will. It doesn’t pretend to be anything other than it is: an employee owned warehouse grocery store. You can pay with debit card, check, or cash. They will not take credit cards. You also have to bag your own groceries. This is part of the reason that they are able to offer dramatically lower prices than any other grocery store in the Eugene area. Another convenient feature is the fact that they are open 24 hours a day. So no matter what shift you work, you can go to Winco and get your grocery shopping done ANY time of day.Another unique feature of Winco is the massive bulk section. I’ve checked, almost every single time on every single item in the bulk section that I buy I save significantly over prepackaged items and products, and I also really appreciate being able to buy the exact amount I wish to have. They have a decent bulk spice section that I just love. Huge savings to buy my herbs and spices that way. Also, they have a great selection of bulk roasted coffee, Red Brick brand. The last time I looked it was $6.98 a pound. That’s an ACTUAL 16 oz. pound, not the pre-pack 12 ounce packages that any brand of coffee is now generally packed in. You can buy whole bean and grind it right there in their machines, or take it home and grind it in your own grinder. You can also buy red brick coffee prepackaged and pre-ground… And I’m pretty sure their pre-packed coffees are 12 ounces but I can’t swear to that.If you go at peak shopping time which would probably be starting at about 2:30 pm and running until about 7 pm, it can be pretty congested. But if you shop outside those times, it’s not bad... oh, also, I try to avoid doing my grocery shop at Winco on or around the first of the month, and especially on a Sunday. It’s a madhouse then.Whatever annoyances there are about the atmosphere of shopping at Winco or perhaps the crowds/traffic congestion at peak times, the savings makes it worth it to walk in there and get the shopping done. You will save money, and it will be a significant savings. The sale banners below were taken by me in March 2021 at a local Winco. These are examples of the kind of pricing you can find at Winco.

Parking can be difficult. There is handicapped parking and they are ADA compliant. If your able park some distance away from entrance to avoid parking lot traffic and door dings! The store overall is clean they're definitely a lot of employees stocking merchandise but not very many are available when you need help. Please click <<<👍>>> button if you found this helpful. 🙂

I like winco, but the website sucks! I tried price quoting laundry soap but the results were stuff from the bakery. I tried the website of a different store location, and the same thing happened.

I love WinCo a metric butt tonne, but the place is getting a tad grimey in spots. The scale had a clean surface but the cracks are filled with crud. Not just the scanners that are grimed up around the place though.Thank you for everything nonetheless! Grime happens! Just don't let it stay ignored please and thank you <3

Barger's Winco is a mess. The parking is ridiculous, especially for handicap people. Then there is a wait most of the time for an electric cart that is super old and slow. Most of the staff don't assist anyone and are quite rude when they are interrupted. Go to the Springfield one. At least you can get help out without feeling like a burden.

Winco is great. They literally have the best deals in town for groceries as well as best quality. They carry local, and also big company brands. They are employee ran and are a good place to work and shop

Had a really bad experience there loosing my wallet tonight I had questions about when I was able to see camera footage and was told in a disrespectful way by the manager Marge who does not deserve a customer service job if that’s the way she treats anyone she had a really bad attitude towards the situation because I was wanting the clerk to be there when I watch footage because I went through her line and I got threatened to be kicked out I think the whole situation was very unprofessional and uncalled for I expect to be treated like a customer and not just some random person on the side of the road.

I like their prices but if you have too many items, they won’t let you use the self-checkout. Lame sauce.

Need to shop here more often. Prices usually beat anybody else. The store atmosphere is actually nicer than Fred Meyer. (Why did Fred Meyer turn their stores into aircraft hangers? Cold and loud.) Watch for the green sale tags.

I reported these to WinCo 2 weeks ago. Terrible, old, tasteless. Even rotten fruit in the bag and I saw that they are still selling it this garbage. I don't think I will be back. You can't trust anything in the store unless it comes in a can. Disgraceful and irresponsible.

Best value with quality and availability of groceries, staff are helpful and knowledgeable, clean facility, produce variety and good quality. I shop here several times a month.1/17/24First day after ice storm and its nuts here. Understaffed, as there are checkout lines 10 deep with full carts and only 2 lines open, then 4 15 minutes later. Took 25 minutes in line to check out. Dont blame them, just a rough shopping experience. They still get my 5 stars because the staff who showed up were so nice and even smiled!

Nope. This store fails. They have rude employees. They also don’t provide quality motorized carts for people that need them.I have actually seen people sitting at the front waiting for a cart for more than an hour before. I know this because it took me an hour to do my shopping and the people who were waiting when I arrived were still waiting when I left. The motorized carts here are old. They need to update to ones that won’t go far from the store. I would say getting about twenty five new ones would be perfect.

Never going to this winco again.. cashier first dumped all my candy out put it back into the bag looks at guy behind us and says bet they use food stamps and laughed at us. I don't understand why me being on food stamps buying a bunch of healthy things in bulk and two bags of candy was funny and I was made fun of for being on food stamps. Well one bag of candy now cause she wouldn't allow us to get a new bag of candy. My feeling are hurt and I don't think a worker should make fun of people for being on food stamps.

Springfield is my favorite WinCo, staff is friendly. The store is normally clean and well stocked. Really enjoy the bulk food section to refill goods at home.Do wish there was a Bench towards the back to take a break on.

If you don't have anything to do it is a good place to go ... if you have a life not so much and the prices are not cheap anymore, grocery outlet has cheaper stuff by far
