This store has become terribly unreliable. I can’t count the number of times I’ve needed seed, only to find out that it’s “unavailable”. Having issues with your supplier?? Find a different supplier. Myself, and others I know, will no longer shop this store due to the frequency of unavailable product.

We had a wonderful, educational and informative bird experience with Barbara Gleason this week. She graciously met our group at a local park where the wild birds were abundant. I was at the willamette location to shop around and to use the 20% off code that i had received for my birthday. I don't shop with them much because the items are quite pricey especially with this recession happening.I had heard the employee walk back to the back and mention that i was looking around. I look up and see that she is talking with the owner. The owner leaves, and no greeting whatsoever. The employee follows every direction that i walk in. She walks behind the counter and stares at me. I ask her if she is bored, she states she is looking at inventory in the computer. Not the case. I don't like employees that watch me like a hawk especially if i am there to spend money as well.I will take my business and money else where if i am going to be watched like a hawk.The Delta store is more helpful and knowledgeable.

What a friendly and helpful staff! We have had birdies coming to our balcony and we didn’t know what to do to make it more welcoming and we told the people working at the store out situation and they knew exactly what to do. Since then we’ve had many more friendly critters and birdies!

I work from home and get too see a variety of birds outside. I was in awe of the beautiful bird seed wreaths and holiday items. Friendly staff greeted me and educated me on the different birds in the area and what they like to eat. There's a nifty wall poster to identify which birds you're seeing. During a time when everyone is rushing around... these folks take the time to give you a personal shopping experience. Truly refreshing! They have amazing quality products too. They have a "no mess" mix with the shells of sunflower seeds already taken off! They think of everything. No one wants that mess. So clever. Lol. I'm so happy I stopped by. Now it's time to feel like Snow White and make bird friends. Thank you!

So many new and fun items in the store right now ! With the Holidays coming up this is a favorite place of mine to purchase unique gifts for the Bird/Animal lover on your list ! Excellent selection of greeting cards also ! The Fresh Bird Food is such a hit for our Backyard Wild Birds. I feel great knowing they are enjoying fresh, healthy food without any waste. On top of all this the Staff is so very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly!

Great people and products make this a perfect stop for those wanting to bring wild birds to their yard! The owners and staff have excellent knowledge from years of experience. In addition to the wide range of bird foods, feeders, and accoutraments they also offer free bird walks and educational lectures. A great store and resource for the community!

I've started watching the birds in the backyard during the pandemic. I called the shop and they kindly recommended a book on birds of the Northwest. Instead of shipping, a sweet lady hand delivered my book. She also stayed to chat at a safe distance. The book is beautiful and just what I wanted. Those little birds are Dark Headed Juncos! Looking forward to visiting the shop when this is all over.

I visited this morning and was impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff were (thank you, Gene!), and I love the birdbath I got there. I also really appreciate their commitment to keeping staff and customers safe during the current pandemic - I felt very comfortable in the store and will definitely be back.

I needed some squirrel baffles/rain shields for my bird feeders, to keep the seed from getting wet and sprouting. The staff were friendly and didn't mind my dithering at all. I'll be going back here for bird seed and my other bird-related needs. I'm not sure why I didn't go before. Prices are good, too, equivalent to what you can find online.

The BEST. The staff is so friendly, so knowledgeable, they always take time to answer questions and help. The owners are passionate about what they do, one is even an orninthologist. Their seed mixes are special to our area and I literally have ZERO mess under my birdfeeders. I've learned so much about feeding birds in our area. They are on the opposite side of town from where I am but it is so worth the drive. I just learned you can order online and get it delivered, which will be great when I'm short on time. I give this store my highest recommendations!

Sorry, could not give a higher rating. We went into the store with the idea of purchasing bird seed. We feed the wild birds in the woods and home. I asked the reason we should buy from them versus Walmart or BiMart." Well, ours is fresher!" Doubtful! She said that and walked away. Guess she sized us up and decided we didn't have the money. How wrong she was!

Love this store! All of my questions on hummingbirds were answered and more. Parking is horrible though. Very limited handicapped parking with only one ramp to get on sidewalk to enter stores. But it was worth it!
