Dropped off our 4x8 trailer today after a move out of state. Drop off was a breeze and very fast. Token was very friendly and got us in and out. Super nice dog. Didn't care about anyone just a good ol girl.

Super helpful and friendly. The check in app glitched out on us on a late night pickup. The next morning, the folks behind the counter (Courtney and a guy whose name I didn't catch) were understanding, easy to talk to, and got the whole situation taken care of in less than five minutes it seemed. During the 2024 ice front, we lost power in our nieghborhood, Token and his dog, Samantha were committed enough to stay and man the propane tanks even after being given the option of closing 3hrs early. His selfless attitude to respond for the community at a dire time made all the difference that night for my wife and toddler.Thank you for providing loving warmth.

Paul the owner was the gentleman I was dealing with, I work for a dealership and was using one of our trucks, had a 2.5in receiver with no reducer sleeve in it unfortunately. They didn’t have one in stock for me to even buy, even though other Uhaul locations will just lend you the reducer sleeve. Needless to say, I was driving 5+ hours one way to pick up a vehicle, after they hooked me up I didn’t think twice to check their work and boy should have I. I arrived at my destination and starting pulling the car on and low and behold the tongue of the trailer comes flying off my truck!! When I mentioned this to them, all I got was an apathetic “sorry.” Definitely glad no one was hurt

If you’re more than 15 minutes beyond your reservation time they will give it away . The person at uhaul compared picking up a uhaul to showing up on time to a doctors appointment!Every time I’ve rented a car and my flights a little late I still have a car waiting.Uhaul really screwed up my moving plans!Choose Penske!

Amazing host named token really took care of us. We felt like we found the perfect token after not having any rental vehicles available through enterprise, but he along with his beautiful dog Samantha took really good care of us. We dropped off our trailer 45 minutes after they closed. Tokan Jackson helped us unhook the trailer and even took care of the return paperwork for us. After 12 days of driving this was a HUGE releif. We are eternally grateful for Tokan's work ethic and for his beautiful dog Samantha. He's the man!

We were very pleased with our experience here. The vehicle we rented was ready and waiting, clean and in good repair. Check-in was thorough and comprehensive. The rates and fees were more than reasonable and the staff, particularly Token and Justin, were friendly, courteous and professional. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

I always have good experiences with U-Haul but last night was exceptional. I returned my vehicle after hours in a location that's not so great at night. As I got out and was checking my paperwork for instructions a large German Shepard came around the corner of the vehicle and looked at me and left again. A few monents later a man came around the building with the dog and let me know they were security. When the dog, Sam, found me she did not bark or make any kind of threatening movement toward me, she was very well trained. She did bark once she had her person, in a "look, I told you" kind of way. They stayed long enough to make sure I felt safe and for a quick ear scratch. I really appreciate this extra step from U-Haul and wanted to say thank you!

Worst customer experience of my life. When I returned the van an employee followed me to my car and started yelling at me and taking my picture while his dog barked and lunged at me. I was verbally assaulted and felt like this guy or dog was going to attack me. He kept yelling at me about where I was parked. I told him I asked an employee if I could park there in the morning and he said yes. Then he started telling me I was lying. Stay away from this place. If he did this to my wife or daughter I probably would’ve pressed charges.

Did a quick move across town yesterday. Using the 10ft. truck itself was fine, and the main woman that helped us was very kind, but the man working there was quite patronizing towards me, presumably because I'm really short and am often mistaken for a woman. His tone of voice suggested that I couldn't handle driving the truck or putting gas in it immediately (it was completely empty when I got in), even though I am clearly a capable adult. The previous inspection said the truck was clean, but we found old trash and a crushed beer can in the passenger side door. He was also unnecessarily rude when I brought the truck back, because I parked it in the spot it was earlier in the day– I wasn't told that I needed to bring it up to the front for inspection. It wasn't horrible, but I am a bit disappointed overall.

If you want a smooth uhaul experience and clear communication go to this location. The best uhaul location, and probably best rental places. If you go ask for Token and Stormy!

This location always has a good amount of trucks. With my business, we need at least a 20' truck once a week. We typically rent trucks from this location depending on where the job is for that week and we have never had issues with them. They make us feel like regulars and always get us out the door super quickly.

I usually use this location, and they have always been great. The last time I dropped off a truck Tekken looked to be checking in a trailer. He changed gears quickly, and got me through the process pretty quick, which was handy as I am usually pinched for time. Thank you again.

I went here with my girlfriend to fill up the propane tank in our RV. We thankfully got what we needed (hence the two stars rather than just one), but Token repeatedly referred to my girlfriend as he, him, and man. I corrected him when he was ringing us up and got no acknowledgment.It isn't clear to me what feature wasn't feminine enough for this guy, but it is pretty hard to mistake my girlfriend for a man, let alone repeatedly and possibly intentionally. The other worker there, Misty, was kind to both of us, but I felt disrespected and unwelcome with Token.

Token and Terrance were awesome! They helped us every time we visited (3 separate times for different boxes/items/returns) and we're kind and courteous and helped us carry and load the boxes as well, and when the boxes I picked out didn't fit, they found a way to help me still and got me through some of the most difficult parts of a move, U-Haul should be glad to have employees like them who go the extra mile for their customers, thanks again guys!!!

Customer service at this center was great, but the 25 dollar in town is a pipe dream. I drove under the in town mileage and filled the van up. Still charged me 75.70 even though they said it’s just a holding fee. Sounds like a swindling lie to me.
