Always find what I need here. Prices are decent. The outer parking lot is a little sketchy but it's a convenient location. Never had a problem there's always been someone to help .

For some unknown reason I choose Home Depot over Lowe's every time. Honestly I think it's the colors..This location has a nice setup and genuine employees.Eager to assist and help with any project you have going on.Easy to navigate and had everything we needed.Will return again soon.

The first Saturday of every month they host a “kid doer” project and it’s so much fun for my kid! They provide everything you need for free for different activities, such as making a Christmas ornament, or a corn hole game, a treasure chest, etc etc… The employees are really helpful at this location and it’s never a challenge to find someone to answer questions for you regarding any projects your working on.

Feels understaffed most of the time, but I guess that's how things are these days. Its a standard home depot so its easy to navigate, the prices are fair and they usually have what I need. This is my first stop for hardware and utility supplies.

I ordered a toilet and dishwasher at the same time and wanted them installed. I was charged $245.00 and both items were just dropped at my door. NOT INSTALLED!! Now they are saying that $245 only covered the install of the toilet. Seriously?! For a $150 toilet. Regardless, it's been 2 weeks that I've lived with these items in my living room...Merry Xmas to me and they say I have to go back to the store to pay the add'l install charge and they won't be able to for another 9 days. This is totally unacceptable and I won't be using Home Depot at any time in the future!

I wish I could give Leslie Gehret 10 stars. She has gone above and beyond to get our family the countertops we wanted at the best price and in a timely manner. We had a lot of misscomunnicatiion with precision countertops and she really advocated for us until we were happy. She is the sweetest employee and deserves all the recognition for truly doing what’s best for the customers. Thank you Leslie!! -The Bishops

I was looking to buy fencing materials and I had Lowes and home depot apps open, I saved a lot more money shopping at home depot which I did that day. I guarantee if you price every thing you are buy for a project, you will save more money with home depot.

I went in with a friend to buy some cabinets for her house, and Joe ended up helping us. He was excellent. He helped us with countertop choice as well because their regular person was out. In my opinion, Joe went above and beyond to help us out. He truly is an asset to Home Depot.

Home Depot is always an adventure. Sometimes you find exactly what you need and other times you wander about. My grandson likes to watch the forklifts move lumber around. He also likes to open and close the latches on display and knock on all the doors in display.

Where to start. The one and main reason I'm giving them five or all the stars that I can is because of one person only. The gentleman Miguel that works in the paint department.I came in prior to meeting Miguel and got all the supplies I would need to do a project on my porch. Come to find out all the supplies that I got were inaccurate and I was a quarter of the way finished with a project with a product that wouldn't work. I had already done all the burning of my wood at this point. I was given paint instead of stains. Indoor paint for an outdoor project and I already put the base color down and didn't know what to do. As there was no stains that was the same color as the paint i had been given. To start over was emotional for me. Miguel got all the stains I would need. He did some fancy color matching and fixing to get me back on track with a strain that was almost identical to the first color. He didn't stop there. He went to management and explained the situation and got me everything I needed for almost nothing.He was friendly and kind. He didn't never get frustrated with me. Trust me I was not so pleasant and I was all worked up. I deal with Home depot often and honestly can't say I have much appreciation for the rest of the staff minus the girl that's worked the customer service forever and 7yrs. If you ever need help with a paint project. Go see Miguel.The shiny finish was my own fupa and trust me it took hours to fix...

They don't price-match online competitors at this store (yes, that includes shipped-and-sold by Amazon products). They don't even price-match their own online prices if they're cheaper according to the associate I spoke with. Skip this Home Depot and go to Lowe's instead. I've not had an issue getting anything price-matched there. Nice staff though.

Just like any other big box store. They have just about anything you need. But I've come here and left with nothing on several occasions due to the fact that they don't carry some brands. They dont stock Bosch products or carry larger sockets.

Chain store offering everything the diy home builder or contractor would need to get the job done. Seasonal decorations to garden plants they have it all at a slightly higher price than Lowe's.

The management should not allow its garden center employees to wear both ear plugs while working playing music loud enough. I could hear five feet away.. She was rude and unhelpful. Couldn't hear me, then was put out. I asked a question. I spent $244.00 and was planning on buying more, but she pissed me off by her lack of willingness to help me. She was also making a fall hazard while remaining dead plants leaves by throwing them on the floor instead of putting the stuff in a trash can . Not working smart when you have to handle things twice.

Home Depot is great. The location on Seneca Road is easy to find parking and the store layout makes it so you can easily get to what you need and through the register. Be prepared to use your Home Depot app as finding help has prevented them from getting five stars. If you do your research prior to going to the store you'll be fine with the app as it will show you what aisle and location products are at so that you can find it without having to ask an employee technical questions can be answered by googling it. everyone is real friendly and I highly recommend downloading the pro extra app as it keeps track of your receipts and you're spending. Very helpful when your remodeling or putting money into home improvements.

They over charged my card on my pro account for a rental equipment nearly double the price and just keep giving the runaround from the store to corporate. I'm recommending to everyone not to use them and I'm taking my pro account to Jerry's or Lowes!

Careful if you buy a Ryobi lawn product and the warranty that goes with it. I have a year old Ry401014 mower that just suddenly stopped with fully charged batteries. Still under warranty. Closest authorized repair shop is Portland. Customer service on the phone said Salem. Not the case.
