This store is smaller than the one on Chad Dr, and there have been a few times we have had to go to the other one to find something. I would say that if you need anything ultra specific it is worth calling ahead to see which store you should head to. Otherwise, though, it is a great place! Friendly staff. Always clean. Wonderful salon.

Other than the state of their beta fish, the store is lovely and clean! I have recently started shopping there and the workers are all fun and chatty, making it easy to feel like you're talking to a friend

The store looked amazing everything was neat in order and easy to find. things were faced and the signage was spot on. It did NOT smell like a pet store which can be off putting . Items are easy to find because the isles are labeled. I went in for reptile food and sand for the leopard gecko. Those items are at the back of the store. When I got to the back I was greeted by Ruby in the Animal Care Department. She will be the reason I go back to PetsSmart off Willamette St. Ruby was eager to help and took the time to listen and made eye contact. Overall great customer service. Not the best place to take your animals, neither the groomer nor the vets seem to be competent. I took my dog to the groomer (for a bath and nail trim) with one s NOT USE a grinder on his nails. They called saying my dog was not being cooperative. When asked what was going on, they said he wouldn't let them use the grinder on his nails!The hospital is not any better! My dog had surgery, he was put on meds and had a bad reaction to the medication. After calling them, the receptionist, after talking to the vet. Said it was an "urgent situation", and the vet would call me back by the end of the day. No return phone call, This happened 3 consecutive days. I finally took him off the meds myself on a Friday, still no call. On Monday I called them back, relaying the message that I had taken him off the meds. To which I was told it could have killed him, and the vet would call me back, still no return call. And the saga continues, I would recommend if possible you use the other Pet Smart on Chad Dr.

I went in looking for something that would help my dog from unnecessary barking without cruel means of doing so. They recommended The Bark Box. So far its amazing! They also had these adorable rain coats for my different sized babies.

We took our Shaded Silver Persian “Henry” in for a grooming appointment. Katie was simply amazing!! She was knowledgeable, helpful and loves what she does! We highly recommend Katie and Petsmart grooming services!

Why do all PetSmart locations only have two people working at any time? It makes it impossible to get any assistance. I am sure this sucks for the employees too.

Do not consider to come to this place or work with them at all in giving your dog insurance because every time i try to call when my dog is sick, they supposedly don’t have any appointments available. But what made me the most angry is that they offered me an appointment two months away from now instead of giving my dog one more earlier. I’ve been paying $40 a month for 3 years and every time I call they don’t any appointments, and they tell me to send my dog to the emergency room. These people clearly aren’t sympathetic towards dogs, they only been wanting my money. I wish I could leave a 0 star review but google won’t let me. Be better.

It's okay. The staff were pleasant, but not quite as helpful as what I'm used to from a petsmart. Once we were trying to adopt a cat and got sort of ignored, and another time we were looking for crickets for our spider and couldn't find help. But overall it's fine. Generally nice employees and had what were looking for.

Good service at the register but few employees for asking questions or getting assistance. A 76 year old man climbed up to get me the last box of cat litter! Gratitude for his stamina and kindness. There should have been an employee to help

Always good customer service at this store. It doesn’t seem like there are very many staff at this location but they’ll always take care of you. I had an experience where they were very courteous and honored a mis-marked price tag which probably wasn’t required but still very nice.

I take my puppy to Banfield and we pretty much always buy something on our way out. The cashier woman is always working there on weekday mornings, I can't remember her name though. She's so friendly and LOVES all the animals! My puppy, Rocky, absolutely loves her too! I recommend this location, for sure!

Very helpful, friendly staff! I just got my eyes dilated, and one young man working there was kind enough to read the labels on several products for me. Lots of inventory, and a great selection of natural treats for my aggressive chewer! Edit 8/22: prices have gone up, but not too much compared with everywhere else.

I was checking out today and I complemented a girls sweater while she came through the door, she said thank you and continued on her way but the cashier, an older woman w dark hair and bangs made a comment that made me quite uncomfortable. She agreed that she looked really cute before saying that if she’s going to dress like that though she needs to wear a slip under her skirt, especially if she’s wearing black underwear. I found this to be incredibly inappropriate, especially to a customer, even if she recognized me. I ignored it and said nothing and moved on, but then she started making comments about my green hair, asking why I’d do it and sounding quite honestly disgusted. Not to mention that even before this, when I’ve worked here, there has been more workplace harassment than I’ve ever experienced in my life and I couldn’t even continue to go to work. Jodi in the salon has been the cause of many people quitting, harassing me excessively in the salon to the point I’d run out in tears when I was trying my very best. There was a time a very large dog was dragging me around, I was unable to keep them control and they began getting aggressive. Other staff in the salon agreed that I need to stop working on him and send him home. I returned him to the kennel and went to Jodi to get approval and she goes to the kennel and shoves her hand on it repeatedly while repeating “he’s not aggressive, he’s not aggressive” though when I’d try and reach in he was snapping at me and even got a nip in. And this is only just the top of the list of things she’s done. Management has repeatedly ignored staffs cry’s for help in these situations and has even turned to firing them instead. This establishment is horrible and does not care for their employees and allows them to make inappropriate comments.

The people here are awesome. It's the most likely place for me to find my cat's favorite food, too. (Stupid supply chain issues; it's definitely not the store's fault when not in stock.) I appreciate the repeat customer discounts.

I’ve gotten my dog groomed here twice and they’ve been super amazing and accommodating! My dog is short haired so I don’t have experience with their longer haired grooms. However my dog can be pretty nervous coming into the groomers and they do very well to positively encourage her to come back with them. They also helped me out a ton the first time I came and forgot my dogs rabies paperwork by letting me leave and come back with it. Of course that won’t be possible every time and just bc they were able to do that for me doesn’t mean they will have time for that in the future, but I appreciate how flexible they were in that moment. It’s also super nice that they do walk in nail trims, but keep in mind that some days are busier than others and they may not have time for walk ins between appointments. I believe kindness and understanding goes a long way in these situations and I love how the staff have returned my kindness back to me and my dog. I will definitely continue taking my dog here until I move out of town this summer!

I cannot urge you in strong enough words to take your dog elsewhere to be groomed. After taking my 2 year old dog there she now has a full on freak out every time the dishwasher goes on. I cannot even imagine what kind of mistreatment she must of endure to cause this, because for the previous 2 years of her life she's been totally fine when the dishwasher runs. This started the night she was groomed. I TRULY WISH I had taken her elsewhere. There are many other complaints about their groomers and I should of listened.

They always have so much fun & necessary stuff for your furry companions! I usually always spend more then anticipated to because I always find so many new things my puppy just has to try and love those one-ingredient treat bags (although recently have felt a little frustrated because I live 60 miles away and only get to go there once every 2 months or so and was really dissappointed the last two times I've gone there they were totally out of the bags of pig ears which is my puppy dogs favorite treat).

I came in looking for a soft Elizabethan collar for my cat that just had surgery. Denise helped me get the right collar, went to the back to check stock and also checked in several times to see if there way anything else I needed. While I was there there were also two other employees asking if I needed help. Really lovely store and a great selection. Thank you Denise and team for all of the help

Appreciated the honest fishkeepers when they clearly didn't have to be. Recommended a competitor at a better price to fix my issue. Class. Sundays weekly adoption clinics are the reason for the 4* rating. Some of the best tempered pups having to deal with the worst breeders/owners imaginable..Pro tip:"Don't drag and strangle your animals in the parking lot and expect them not to cower in a kennel.
