The folks in this locations are always amazing with my dog. They are professional, friendly and do a great job. They all seem to make a connection with my dog and it shows in how cooperative he is for them. I took Tripper to a different local Petco for a nail trim and decided I prefer the groomers at this store much better. I will remain a loyal customer at this location because of the excellent job the groomers do here. Thank You!

My dog Lucy has never been to the groomer and her Groomer was so Sweet and explained everything to me❤️ I will definitely be bringing her back to the same Girl!! Lucy felt so pretty afterwards.. she was prancing around all day😁 so thank you so much!!

I've taken my labradoodle mix to Petco for a few years. The results have been spotty. Sometimes too short, sometimes too long, once a poodle show cut. But the straw that broke my patience was most recently when the groomer inexplicably took off the long feathering from my 5 year old dog's tail. Obviously it had been there for years and was desirable. Totally oblivious is my only explanation.

Britteny & Veronica were both very nice and took great care of both my dog and my grand dog's toe nails. You have a couple of very good people working at your salon!

Not a lot of selection for cats unfortunately. Their service was ok, but one of the male employees was mumbling negative things about his coworker leaving their station and the company for hiring un trainable newbies. I think that was unfair since she was just putting things away. So I don't really know what his deal is, but wish he'd show more professionalism in the future.

Horrible experience. The bigger guy with dark hair who says he's the manager, was extremely rude to my kids, he didn't realize I was standing a few feet away and heard the hole thing and wen I confronted him on the way he was talking to them he refused to tell me his name and then told me we needed to leave
