I’ve just started coming to your store and Yogashuara ( sorry about the spelling) has helped me and they were so welcoming and helpful with finding a food my dog liked. I’ve been back 2 times since and will be buying all my food, etc for my pets there in the future. It seems all your staff is very kind and helpful. They are so nice and helpful every time I have gone there. They still had my info from when I was there a few years ago. Their prices seem reasonable and their customer service is great. I’ve always had a pleasant experience every time I go there. This is one of my favorite pet stores in Eugene.

I visited there today and sensed it was a good place to support. I found it a well run, caring, down to earth, pet loving place with fair, even lower prices with many new and healthy choices.The guys working today were enjoyable, low pressure, well informed, helpful and have pets themselves and could relate well. They took the time to share ideas and answer my many queries.As we all are learning of improved nutrition for our critters it’s a good place to gather info, dialogue, try other offerings, keep informed and find alternative options that are safer for our loving pets.I like that it is cozy and full of stuff and felt at ease right away.I’m glad I stopped in and will return.Thank youCheryl

I love this place! They let me take home a couple different dry food samples for my kitty to try since she is a picky eater. My kitty loved the first sample she tried so far! This place has so much healthy pet food and they gave me some good information about some of the brands. Very knowledgeable crew. I’m definitely not going back to petsmart after my visit here. Thank you!

Was looking for a particular product my holistic vet suggested for my 14 year old chihuahua. Staff directed me to the product and explained they normally don’t carry that product but if I give them a few days notice when I am low, they will be sure to have it in stock for me! They have a nice selection for a smaller store. They have adoptable kitties as well. The staff are kind and are willing to help you find what you need. They also have peacock feathers for your feline friends! They have them behind the counter so be sure to ask for one or more for your kitties! My cat loves his!

They seem like they carry quality products and the clerk answered clearly my concerns over the type of dog food my pooch needs.I'll repost if the dog food I bought doesn't work out but I feel confident it's better to buy here than a regular store.

I was pleasantly surprised with the variety and amount of products in this shop. It is full and well stocked. Excellent quality foods and a wide variety of cat toys I couldn’t find elsewhere in town. Superb customer service. A great local friendly shop!

NICE MEN!!!! They carry everything I need for my Morkie. She has a delicate digestive system and they carry the food she can tolerate, plus they have digestible rawhide type chewies!!! Highly recommend!!!!!
