These folks are always super friendly and helpful... Somehow they know everything about everything they carry! I have a hairless dog, so super special needs for food. They were able to easily help me find a food for my aged best friend who's now toothless... And only now become a picky eater... Of course he only likes the most expensive wet dog food!

Have shopped many times here,and other locations IE Santa Clara. Very friendly helpful staff! Have bought everything from great bulk dog biscuits to Guinea piggy-Cavey treats! Toys, leashes and cigs for us.

Super lame business practices.Advertises a handwritten taped up sign on the shelf saying it's on sale buy 10 get 2 free tiki cat cans. I take the cans to the counter then the employees say they won't honor the labeled sale deal because "it wasn't pulling up in their system" and "it must have been from last month", despite being December 18th, and having no date on the sale tag. They also said "if they were to ask the owner's or manager, they wouldn't allow them to honor the labeled price"I've worked retail, you give the customer the advertised price and take the sign down after if you made the mistake of leaving it up. You'd rather make a long time customer never come back, over honoring the labeled price listed of an item? Horrible-brain dead customer service. Never going back.

To the blonde-haired girl who works in the shop as a saleswoman,I am writing this comment to you with tears in my eyes, and my heart feels so much sadness.It was almost a wonderful day after I finished my last exam and started my Christmas break. But after you unjustly accused me of stealing, my joy turned into a feeling of frustration and sadness.Despite that, I bought my cat's milk and some of her stuff and left without arguing with you.Thanks for everythingEven though they have everything you pet need, but you've lost a customer… if it is matter to you.I wish you a good day and that no one will ever make you feel the way you made me feel today.

These guys are awesome. They go out of their way to make sure you have the things your pet needs. They order us a specific food type for our dog and the one time someone else bought it, they quickly upped the order to two bags at all times so we wouldn't have to drive to another Minipet to get the food.Highly recommend this place, 6*.

Definitely recommend this local spot over any of the other pets stores in town.The guy who helped me knew way more about the food then I'd even thought to question. He showed me the best foods for my cat after being speyed and told me about brand specific purchase rewards they had. Helped me save money and my cat loves the food. (So dose my roommate's cat)

Very friendly helpful staff. Huge selection for cats and dogs with other smaller areas of bird items and other cute critters. They also have a small live fish selection and some adorable baby frogs. Prices are what you would expect for a pet store. Oh and they also sell cigarettes and other tobacco choices, random but convenient.

This place is awesome! My dog has many food allergies and needed a specific brand of food that agrees with him. They previously didn't carry that food but offered to order it and hold it for pick up. Thank you Mini Pet Mart for your A1 customer service!

I shop at the one on Willamette. Great service. People who work there becomes friends. They will give advice but help you buy what you want or need. It's very convenient. I get my animal feed and cat litter. Goodies and toys

Very helpful and pleasant staff. Crickets are a good price, and they have a wide range of cat and dog food, that some of the big box stores don't have. They also carry some local cat trees, that are actually quite lovely.
