Better than Whole Foods, this is THE place to shop for high quality organic groceries, Beer and Wine, and all sorts of ready to eat foods. The coffee shop inside was also excellent and friendly. If parking is full there's a large overflow lot behind the store.

Grocery heaven, I feel like I've been missing out my whole life. Up until now, I thought that Whole Foods was peak grocery, and maybe it was on the East Coast where I'm from. But this is on a whole different level. Choice is right -- the selection is massive, you get pretty much everything from your regular boxed grocery items (which is a nice touch, it's as if Whole Foods was 'too good' for those), all the way to boutique organic items. The bulk section is incredible, they've got stuff you'd only ever expect in a specialized herbal shop. There's a lot of great local foods, gelato, they have a bakery, deli, butcher, pretty much everything food related under the sun. Last but not least, it is spotless, in excellent condition, well organized, and well decorated. This store unironically raised the bar for what I thought was possible in a grocery.

If you live in the South side of Eugene, there's a couple of choices of grocery stores .... Market of Choice is one of them. It's definitely higher priced than the chain grocery stores, but has a bit larger selection. They have a nice deli and meat section. They also have a very large wine and beer section. Staff is friendly and helpful. Everything is okay, but you will walk outta there, spending twice as much as Safeway or Albertsons.

This market of choice is definitely my favourite in Eugene by far. They have great parking, and are in a great location next to a whole bunch of other great outlets. This location in particular has one of the best Delis, they have lots of great options made in house, especially gluten free options . They also have a really great bakery that has very tasty gelato. The staff here is always super helpful and Works really well with problems, we were stuck in line for a really long time and a employee helped us out and sped it up which was awesome because we were in hurry. Only problem is that they are always out of gold peak sweet tea.

I love this store. Don't go in looking for the normal stuff. Go in looking for high quality, organic, free trade items from apricot seed oil to meats and bakery items. Bring your own bags. Restrooms are available and clean. Produce is impeccable.

We ordered what was advertised as a fresh organic turkey for Thanksgiving this year. We scheduled it to be picked up on Wednesday the day before Thanksgiving, assuming since it was advertised as fresh we wouldn’t need to thaw the turkey. When I went to pick it up Wednesday, it felt frozen so they directed me to speak with someone from the meat department, and she assured me that it had a.” layer of ice” only on the outside and that it wasn’t frozen. To our surprise on Thanksgiving morning when we prepped it for the oven it indeed was frozen solid. We had Thanksgiving dinner planned for lunchtime, but that was not to be had , so we had to delay it in order to cook the turkey. If we had known that the turkey was going to be frozen, we would’ve picked it up on Monday so we could’ve properly thawed it. It makes me wonder if it was even what they advertised as fresh. Does fresh no longer mean - “not frozen?” The cost of my 17# turkey was $85.

I love this place! High quality products that are so hard to find everywhere else. Clean store and all the workers are so professional, knowledgeable, and polite. I love getting cannolis from the bakery and their alcohol section is sooo good. Cheese section is superb, we've made many a charcuterie board buying the ingredients from this store.

Absolute best place to shop in south Eugene. Awesome beer and wine selection with local and international choices. They even have seating to enjoy your cup of coffee from the espresso bar, or your lunch from their amazing deli. When you leave be sure to check out the new All Seasons E Store between MOC and Office Max. They have a huge selection of E bikes, E scooters and Electric yard tools. It's a really cool new store.

My all time favorite place to shop. Today I picked up some groceries. When I got home I realized I was definitely missing a couple of items I bought. Usually that wouldn't be a problem but since I live 90 miles away it kinda made me sad.

Special mention to Jude. I get steaks here about twice a week and it's always a pleasure when he is able to assist. Top tier customer service and tons of untapped professional potential coming from this gentleman. If I were his employer I would be thankful for having such a huge asset to my team. Thanks again. Went to Market of Choice, got a tremendous slice from this kid. Great brown on the crust, great undercarriage and nice crunch on the first bit. Very little flop on the slice... Give'm it a 9.3... great stuff

Ordering sandwich: On the counter there are brown lunch bags with sandwich options. Check the boxes with the provided pen to custom order. Give the paper bag with your order to the deli person. Walk around and shop while they make your sandwich. It takes around 10 minutes. When the sandwich is finished, they place the bag with your sandwich on top of the counter for you to pick up.

You guys have a big problem here with your service in your foods to go. I'm ordering with somebody and then she's out of one of the things I ask for and I step over 2 feet to order something else and she walks away and starts taking care of another customer. so I'm just going to shop at a better store.

Market of Choice is at the top of the specialty grocery stores in the Eugene Springfield area. The Willamette location is excellent. The deli, bakery, and food bar are very good. The sushi is much better at the Green Acres location.

MOC is seriously an adult playground in disguise as a market. I can just walk around & look at stuff! The Bakery area is the best, the hot & cold deli is fresh, the Sushi bar & Olive Bar always stocked up, the Cheese selection is bar none, the butcher shop always on point, the serious apothecary section & the intelligent folks who answer questions there are superb, the produce section carries so much healthy goodness, the beer & wine selection & the fact you can order it in if they don't have it, makes the alcohol consumers happy in having their never ending choices, the flower & plant section looking all perfect with the jungle of greenery & all the blooms, the grocery section with its 1000's of diverse items rounds out all the things I mentioned & the millions of things I missed talking about! I tell you what, if you decide to try it out & go in, you'll be in awe & won't want to leave because of the pure amazement you'll be in, at all the beauty! ♡

Awesome for produce, deli, and any organic food needs. The checkers are also always friendly and courteous. However, the beer and wine guy is worthless. Have called a few times in the last 2 months about availability of beers and he has not only been rude over the phone, but also seems to be uninformed about when certain beers may be available or if they are even currently on the shelf.

Market of Choice's Produce Department is always overflowing with bright, fresh, in-season, organic produce. The team at Market of Choice (all locations in Eugene, at least), are truly kind and full of energy. I have developed meaningful relationships with staff at these stores, and I recommend anyone goes to Market of Choice for their groceries at least once. 🍋 ☀️

I have, in the past, only gone rarely - b/c it is on the pricey side... I am a retired 70+ woman with limited means. HOWEVER! -- whenever I go, (today being no exception),, I am always reminded of the TRULY vast and uniquely distinctive assortment of wonderfully prepared fresh, fast, and astonishingly delicious options from their restaurant-like hot & cold meal carts areas. In addition, they consistently have beautifully designed and unusual products, live plants, and gift ideas. I really do need to make time to visit more often! I find all kinds of new ideas and inspirational enthusiasm for creative undertakings, whenever I cross their threshold! I LOVE it!

Great store! There are so many healthy items you don't find at other stores. The customer service is great. Can't find something, no problem, just ask someone who works there and they will take you right to it.
