Really good selection of food and care items, plus a self service dog wash in the back is nice! Plus, a lot of good frozen/raw food options. However, I honestly got so annoyed that there wasn't prices on anything, I got tired of having to go up to the check out and ask... not having upfront pricing (and having higher prices) makes calculating costs challenging. For me, I get annoyed not knowing what the costs are, so we just picked up a couple things we absolutely needed and went to a different shop for our other items. Staff was fine, but not super engaged or extra helpful

Nice clean store. Everything you could want. Tough chewy toys galore for our super chewer. Dog wash spot. Healthy natural pet food. Thay have bird food too. Great selection of treats. We will be coming back. Nice owners as well.

Really enjoyed our experience here. This was our first time in. We were driving through town to buy a few things for our new puppy. We really appreciated the time and attention we were given to find the right products for our new pup. Very knowledgeable staff that is willing to spend time talking through product choices.

Nice little shop with tons of things to go through. Our two dogs love walking around in the store. Great prices for healthy dog food as well as treats. Even have a section for cats. Most of all we have a really old pug and she has bad hips and joints. We get CBD drops from here for her and after taking them she feels great.

Great local pet store! Owner is super knowledgeable and helpful. I switched my dog's food and he was integral in the decision making process. He even helped bring the bag to our car! Also the prices are comparable to online stores so there really isn't a need to order online when I can go grab it down the street.

Truly was a great experience. I’ve been to plenty of small pet stores and get no greetings or what can I help you find. The owner of this store was super helpful and it seemed like he knew a lot of the regular customers! If I could give him a 20 star I would! Will definitely be back! Staff doesn't observe social distancing or masking. Over several visits safe practices were consistently flouted. Good store, but unsafe during the pandemic.Lots of options for good products and food, and plenty of help and anecdotes about the different choices.

First time customer... I’m from out of town and happened to stop by because of the positive reviews...it’s experiences like what I had that will make customers remember them even out of state. I brought my pittie zora there and (I can’t remember the workers name) but she was informative, easy to talk to and my dog absolutely had a blast with her. I love this pet store and will always remember the name when I’m in town!

Good service and a fun place to shop... Store keep knows his stuff when it comes to dog food.... There is also a large selection of clean treat's there and the prices for them aren't to bad.... It's the only place in town that I go to for my pups any more.... And as a bonus they carry you pet groceries to your vehicle for you... Nice touch...👍👍

Great selection of raw foods/bones, Dry/canned food and treats for cats and dogs, toys and freeze dried raw food. Decent prices, and pet friendly! My dog loves coming in and picking out treats.

This is THE BEST place in the Eugene/Springfield area to get food, etc for your dog! Joel is super knowledgeable and can answer any question you might have or make good suggestions. He has a wide selection of dog food, treats, toys and more. Goats milk, bone broth - you name it, he has it. I'm very picky when it comes to my two boyz and I get everything for them here. Check it out, you'll be glad you did!

This is the best place to find the best options for feed on your cats and dogs. I have a dog that requires special diet and the only other option is online or my vet. I found this store by chance and they are reasonably priced
