Incredible service from the time I called until the time I left. I went over for chicken feed and checked out their cat and dog food too. Great prices on great products. Because I had my baby with me the guy put the feed in my car without even asking while I was checking out then gave me a hand with the other item. Great people!

I've been shopping with them for 18+ years!! I absolutely love them.Owners are most sweetest friendly people I know I will miss them as they go off to do their other businesses, although their son will take over by Ducks and carry whatever we need.

The cat section is an after thought. They clearly aren't a cat food supplier and don't have the top selling natural food brands or much of anything to choose from. The reviews must be regarding dog food and supplies.

Stopped by for a container of Rad Cat raw food. They charged me $20 for the same thing I buy at Wags and Healing Paws for $14 and some change. If I didn’t need it I would’ve skipped the purchase.

This is the only feed store I will go to.They are reliably fast and great prices. I have had terrible service from others in Eugene.

Terrible service. Told I couldn't get a price check over the phone on an item because the employee was on the other line. No offer to call me back. They don't have what I need anyway but customer service needs definite improvement.

Jco feed has moved to 1020 Green Acres RD Eugene OR, It is called Jco Natural Pet And they are open 7 days a week
