Huge parking lot plenty of spots. Lots if employees and check out line. Two self checkout lines. Huge selection of food, clothes and home items. Decent furniture selection. The pharmacy however is a mess. Half the time we call in to make sure a medication is ready they don't have it ready when we come in and tell us to wait an hour.

My wife and I had a disappointing experience at the Fred Meyer gas station recently. Despite it being legal for customers to pump their own gas in Oregon, the attendant insisted on taking over, even going as far as harassing my wife for attempting to do so herself. This lack of awareness about updated regulations is concerning. It's important for businesses to stay informed and respectful of state laws, especially when it comes to customer service. Hopefully, the management addresses this issue promptly to ensure a more pleasant experience for future customers.

Groceries are fresh and reasonably priced for the most part. Overall, nice selection.Similar to another combined grocery and other items big-box just down the road.They have a gas station too.Worth stopping in at the very least.

I have always shopped once or twice a week in a cost effective manner. Then one day I used Fred Myers as a quick stop for tomatoes Freddy's has a beer/wine pavilion. Now my wife and I use Freddy's 4 or 5 times a week. Love it. Keep it up.Yi

I went into this store 3 or 4 times in the span of2 days 1st time was not a good experience , I don't want to sound prejudice bc by all means i am not, but the black young dude running the front end was extremely rude not once but twice in the same visit & why is it ok for a employee to walk away from the customer when trying to talk to him ?? This is not the first time this same employee wasn't helpful or friendly. I will go out of my way to avoid this man if I see him working there on my next visit

Update Beer bar is now open check it out .Try a few BEERS, CIDERS, MIMOSAS or WINES before you buy a bottle to take home. The beers are 16 oz and there is an excellent assortment to choose from. Free tasters ...spirited employees...Free snacksTHE $4.00 beers ARE a GREAT DEAL. This venue is a great place to meet good folks. Great place to go shopping.... try out their tasting bar and get a taste of that wine or beer before you buy it. Bring a growler and get it filled. Fair prices, great selection, in an interesting environment

Price gouging like the rest of them. What's their lame excuse? Greed, monopolies, and lack of regulation in this country is way out of control. Big food CEOs are absolutely using inflation to cover up their greed. They should be ashamed.Another thing is about their Simple Tuth prepackaged produce, it always in my experience tends to go bad way too quick.For example, organic blueberries are expensive, but rarely do they last before molding. Peppers go soft and rotten way too soon as well as their organic cherry tomatoes.They should be putting prepackaged produce items on sale, or charging less! But they're not. Blueberries pictured are maybe 4 days old.1/10/2004 Men's clothing section is terrible. They can't seem to figure out to just do classic basics, it's such a boring mishmash of "trendy" styles. I didn't see one normal button-down shirt or chinos. As far as jeans, they only carry overpriced Levi's and unpopular Lee jeans.Obviously I'm not impressed with Fred Meyer.

I shop here more frequently than any other grocery store because the customer service is top notch. Customer service is actually open from the time they open to the time they close unlike other stores in the area. Self checkout is available but there’s always check stands open as well if you want someone to ring up your purchases for you. Plus, they have a great selection of household goods, clothing, toys, etc in addition to a large grocery section that rivals or exceeds any other similar store.

Sexy, like always. But they did not have a chainsaw file. Rather did Walmart so at leased that's that. I found out the cameras in the parking are police surveillance.

Unfortunately the houseless population around this store makes the place worth avoiding at most hours of the day. Be ready to see piles of trash throughout the parking lot, be harassed, deal with stuff being disgustingly filthy (like shopping carts), or other issues. I see employees trying to manage the challenges, but they're out of their league. Be ready to see someone passed out in the bathroom, or some person taking their untrained dirty dog through the store. I mean, I do truly want to have compassion for people, but there also needs to be some basic expectations for a store... hygiene, social skills, otherwise it is prohibitive for most people to go there. Unfortunately I just don't feel like the W 11th fred meyer is SAFE to shop at right now, despite the store being convenient and nice in lots of ways. I go out of my way to avoid this place.

More to choose from and in some ways cheaper then Albertsons that I live closer to. Was told by a manager my military style backpack can be used in the store provided I didn't mind being searched. I told him Im a law abiding person with nothing to hide. Now I can going outside my neighorhood and save money. I just need to do lighter trips.

This Fred Meyer is easily the best one in the Eugene Springfield area. I've been coming here for well over 30 years. There's lots of parking and it's very easy to get into unlike the other locations. The selection of apparel, home goods and groceries is usually pretty good. The employees are always great, lots of long-term employees here which is a reflection upon the management at this location as well as the company itself. The next best alternative is The River Road location.

2023 - Fred Meyers on West 11th Is great for variety shopping. From pharmacy to household items to lawn and garden to groceries. Do you remember thinking that prices were higher at Fred Meyers than other large chain stores? Fred Meyer still has that local feel. Parking is still a challenge on the east side of store. Save the door dings and heartache and park on Is southside or westside of the building.

That have a scammer working inside offering Att service as soon as you walk in he repeatedly fails to pay employees several checks have bounced from his company integrity tec. He has been reported to the labor board as well do not buy form him especially don't work for him

I was able to get what I needed, however, I've yet to figure out their logic on the new store layout. Why office supplies (pens, paper, etc) as well as sewing is back by the pet products and garden center is strange to me. Considering bedding and furniture are also in the area. But to buy greeting cards it's more into the middle of the store. Pricing is a bit more but they do have a little bit to regular amounts of groceries, etc..

The workers here are very helpful. My only problem is that the shopping carts lock while still in the parking lot. I was going to return my cart after putting groceries in my car but I couldn't move it. Checked all these carts and all of them had locked wheels.

This Freddy's was updated last year and looks great! It now also has a bar with a decent selection of beer on draft. Tons of fresh food options that are all pretty tasty and priced right. I just had a larger than normal sized slice of pizza for $3.Customer service is always on point. Employees are quick no notice you and offer assistance which is great. Definitely one of the best stores around here for food and other home goods.

Only place I go for a quick lunch I can buy with ebt. There sushi is quality and fresh.....as long as you get there between 10am and 12pm. They stop making it and you can only do so much with raw sushi to make it last in a cooler.

Now, if only they would get rid of the woke commercials on TV, since not everybody in Oregon is a left-leaning crazy person.

I would leave 0 stars if I could for the bartender Mary.She kicked my boyfriend out of the bar about 2 weeks ago for having a conversation on the phone.Today we go back and before even sitting down she looks at my boyfriend and says "are you going to behave better than last time?" And then goes to say she won't serve us, and calls security on us.Needless to say if the girl bartender with black hair and glasses is working, RUN!

It's way too expensive there so I usually don't go to this place but a sale on T bone steaks drew me in, the steaks were cut thin and looked funky and the women's bathroom was disgustingly dirty. No toilet paper so people were using the hand towels by the sink. Two women were in one small and I got the impression they were doing drugs.
