Perry and his team have been helping me when I have rental property turnover get the carpets spic and span. Affordable and dry within two hours so I can show the property to prospective tenants. Chem-Dry is a fantastic carpet cleaning business. I've been a customer for about 4 years now. Today Andy arrived on the dot of 8am, after giving me a heads-up call 15 minutes beforehand. I had neglected to inform Chem-Dry of a red wine stain on my cream colored carpet and Andy tackled the problem with gusto. He added a process to try to lift the wine out of the carpet (through buffing the carpet) before adding the cleaner and the final vacuum. He did it! I thought the wine stain was permanent but he was able to remove most of it. The entire time Andy was courteous, kind, and worked quickly as I was about to start my work day. Andy had at his fingertips the discounts I was eligible for and factored those into the cost without my prompting. Once again, this was a very positive experience and I highly recommend Chem-Dry and Andy!Service: General carpet cleaning

The service we were given from Emerald Valley Chem-Dry was exactly what we needed and exceptionally happy with the results. Our service technician was Andy; he was friendly, professional and realistic with what services we may need and what the outcome would be. We were renting our house out and the previous tenants had animals that had pet odor and stains throughout the house. After Andy cleaned the designated areas there was no signs of odor or stains. Loved the work these guys did! Cleaned up our staircase carpet (full of pet fur and there had been some recent puppy accidents) and did the best they could getting water stains out of our outdoor furniture Sunbrella cushions. Not all of the cushions came out looking perfect but I think there wasn't much more these guys could have done; most now look like new. Thanks for setting my mind at ease! My mother-in-law lives in a two bedroom apartment in an assisted living facility. Her husband recently passed and she needed a thorough cleaning of all the carpets and the upholstered furniture. Liam to the rescue! He arrived promptly at 2:30pm and stayed until EVERYTHING was done (at 9:45pm). He was, to say the least, AMAZING. My FIL’s chair was badly soiled and now it looks like new. The carpets are amazing. Some stains could not be removed (Liam warned us that could happen) but they are CONSIDERABLY improved.I cannot say enough about this young man. He explained all the different processes involved and worked tirelessly to get things clean. He was an absolute GEM.This was the second time we used this carpet cleaning service, last time Ian was involved, but he had the sniffles and the center would not allow him in, due to COVID. Super professional guy who came to clean- texted me when done.Chem Dry cost a lot more than regular carpet cleaners, but the did a “sanitize” prior to cleaning as well, and they use a different kind of cleaning process than regular carpet cleaners.Was just done today, so I’ll try to follow up in a month or two with how well it’s holding up.
