I like the variety of good quality clothes that they have to choose from. They have a lot of useful tools in there as well, but a lot of it is a little over priced. It wouldn't hurt to have more associates to have and walk around to help customers either. But it is a good store to have around and conveniently located too.

A good place to shop. Prices are a bit high but you get good quality products. They have a vet that comes on Saturday so you can take you dogs and cats to get there shots and it is not to expensive. 30$ for the rabbies and 58$ for the full complement. Their selection of boots and apparel for work is outstanding but like I said you will pay a premium for the quality. Also they have a big clearance section to choose from. Pretty much have anything you could need from a supply store from clothes to tack for your horse. I recommend this place for any one who needs gear. Oh yeah that also have a very good selection for welding and cutting gear. For a supply store they won't dissapoint.

My wife and I love Coastal. The people are great, helpful and knowledgeable. They have everything we need for our goats, ducks, dogs and cats. From food and treats, to bedding and equipment/tools, AND outdoor clothing for us for all of the work we need to do outside in the elements. Highly recommended, one-stop shop!

First time visit today and I’ve in Eugene how long now? Another neat local family owned store real close to my house. Better selection than Home Depot in what they cover (no plumbing, electrical or lumber) but hardware, welding, tools, and such … hands down better and friendlier than HD. And there’s a small gun shop selling firearms and ammo in the back.Came in to buy some bar oil and left with $100 (I did pay, not like some HD “customers”) worth of stuff I didn’t know I needed. Friendly service. Will definitely be coming back.

Great store! Unfortunately, this trip was a disappointment. Tried to find 44X36 work jeans, did not have that size in any brand. They had TONS of other sizes.

As per usual the Eugene store is in FAIL category. "In stock" in the Eugene store on the website? OOPSIE Not on the shelf and staff says "oh we haven't had that for months." Even pertains to basic everyday big brand horse feed and poultry supplies. Happens all the time at the Eugene store. Not the Albany store. Hmmm. Another hmmm? Eugene in-store staff is unfriendly and uninformed trending to downright rude. Not the experience at the Albany store, staff is friendly and helpful. Lately due to time constraints I've been shopping the Eugene store though the Eugene store issues have gone on for decades which is why I had switched to driving 45 minutes to Albany. Guess I'll be doing that again. Believe me - the 45 minute trip to the Albany store means I actually CAN buy what the website says is available and bonus not be snottily treated by staff.

Every time I go ther same can't buy any thing don't have my size they have a great selection of clothes and would have spent $250.00 but apparently they don't sell a 29 In seam if you have larger than a 32 waistline or any other brand for that matter if you're tall and fat then they got it if

The Eugene location has the friendliest most down to earth employees store-wide my girls got baby chicks there over a year ago and more than one employee still ask them how their hens are doing and how many eggs a day they lay and if they need treats for their dog and it's just a wonderful place to shop it made so by the employees

I bought a small generator about a month and a half of one. Once I talked to my husband’s doctor he told us we would not really need to use it. It’s never really beentouched except picked up out of my car and put into the garage. When I called coastal to see if I could get a refund the manager said they don’t give refunds on the generators. So puzzling to me when this generator is brand new and completely untouched. Very poor service. I won’t be going back.

We purchased a pellet stove. The day after I paid in full Raymond called to let me know the stove was on sale and they refunded the sale amount! Absolutely stellar customer service. 10/10 would recommend.

By far the most expensive clothing place there is the prices are high there's never anybody to ask any questions on the floor and they don't have a very good check out area $60 for a flannel shirt as a rip off country living sucks anyway

I work for a company that gets a 20% discount at Coastal and Wilco for work clothing. Why is this the only store that gives not only me, but our entire crew issues when we buy things and try to use our discount? This is the only Coastal that refuses to give us a discount unless we provide a paystub. We have employee ID cards, work trucks in the parking lot, company credit cards all with ID stating we work for this company. But yet we still need a physical paper copy of our paystub at Eugene Coastal today to get our discount. Who carries around a paystub in their wallets anymore? This isn't 1940. So today we had over $400 dollars in clothing to buy and they refused to honor the discount for 5 of our employees, which isn't the first time. So, my co worker that lives in Lebanon told the cashier that the Coastal in Albany, which is bigger and better, never gives us grief about our discount. The cashier proceeded to tell all of us that he guarantees that they will require the same thing. So we left all of our products there and proceeded 45 minutes North to the Albany Coastal. Guess what? We showed them our ID and got our discount with zero issues like always. Plus we upgraded our stuff anyways because Albany has a much bigger selection so it was well worth the trip. So needless to say, Albany Coastal is a much better store overall if any employees of companies getting work clothes are looking for a place.

I love Coastal. They have very fair prices, helpful staff and a wide range of products. Only negative would be that their website isn't always accurate. It will often say a product is out or not available at my store when it really is.

This is one of the main places I go to for work gear, good quality clothing, some accessories, tools, and more. Their pricing varies from some lower priced items to spending a bit more to get what you pay for. Customer service is great overall, they have quite a few employees around to ask any questions you may have and point you in the right direction. They also seem very family friendly, they recently had reindeer in front of their store for the holiday season with dozens of families giving them plenty of attention. A great local business in a pretty convenient location, whether you're traveling in your own ride or hopping on the bus!
