Store clerks are helpful unlike the big box stores, has more of a small town feel.You can purchase everything from a fishing license and paint to a wide variety of groceries.

Yeah, denied entrance because I didn't have my card on me...I guess it's cool...another merchant got my cash and they didn't make me feel like a vegrant....I guess that's Eugene...lol

I gave them a three because they are extremely vigilant about security, most likely due to the camp nearby, but I don’t like people staring or sneaking around watching me as I’ve had my share of stalking and that feeling of fear never quite leaves you, even when you are just shopping and spending over $200, that feeling of fear when you turn a corner can haunt you and show up in places you would not expect to experience it.

I have liked Bi-Mart since I got my membership in High School. Lucky number Tuesday is always fun & the sales are phenomenal. Bi-Mart employee's are always consistently nice, helpful & very pleasant. The store is well stocked, great organization & quite visually pleasing. I get gift cards for Bi-Mart to give to others on Birthdays & Holidays because I think it respresents a genuine hometown place, that truly honors it's employees & customers. My hats off to them.

Good locations. Decent selection. My Go To store in town for one stop shopping. Bummer they had to close their Pharmacy. A Bi-Mart shopping trip is a trip down memory lane. So many trips with my Mom. I'd wait patiently on the bench by the front exit as she did her essential shopping. It's not the same now that she is gone. It still feels like she's on the next aisle. I've been a member since the 70's. Will keep shopping these as long as I am able.

I did not enjoy the experience I received last time I went to Bi-Mart. I felt like I was treated very rudely by one employee there. I left without purchasing anything and I will not ever go back there again.

Let's see how your business goes with the locked door on side fence. Did you think of the elderly and disabled when putting a locked latch.??? You lost my business. I go almost everyday. I rather go to Safeway and Riteaid. Plus I would like my membership back.

Neighborhood Bi-mart...like others, is well stocked with miscellaneous household goods reminiscent of the old 5 and 10. A local Oregon treasure, I patronize Bi-mart as much as possible.

I love Bi-Marr!! Everyone is so friendly!! What's great is they always discount their seasonal stuff- ESPECIALLY the clothes!! I have had Bi-Mart's Pharmacy fill my scripts for as long I can remember. And don't forget Lucky Number Tuesday!!

Always find what I need and a few surprises I hadn't realized I needed! Gracious and professional staff who make you feel like they've been waiting for YOU to come in. Reasonable prices and outright steals, and the star in an otherwise sparkling crown is the pharmacy. Where precision and knowledge is critical, you find kind and thoughtful, as well! Bi-Mart is our neighborhood general store. They offer fishing gear, beer, paint, pants, kitchen wares, canning supplies, TVs, food and health care products.The prices are good and the employees are helpful and knowledgeable.The store is clean, bright and well stocked.

I've been going to Bi-Mart on Willikenze for about 14 yrs. The best thing about it the people who work there. They are always ready to help me. It's not a big place, but it carries a lot of things the big box stores don't. I went in today ro pick up a prescription. I hadn't been in for about 2 months. The pharmacist and people asked how I was and happy to see me. At the same time the clerk was already ringing up my item. To have this kind of service these days is rare. I can't praise them enough.

I love Bi-Mart I been going there for many years ! The people are wonderful ! And 98 % of the time I find what I need and they have great prices! One of the employees walked by us looking & shaking her head in discust. Later when we saw her on check out, I told her it was unprofessional. Her response was that it was wrong to touch the sunglasses with COVID. I later called the manager to report what happened and the manager just said ok. Never asked for the name of the employee, nor any information, and never apologized. It was astonishing that an adult would first be so unprofessional to succumb to leers instead of asking or speaking about something. And again when she defended her actions. And last when the manager did not care either. This is all true with witnesses.
