I highly recommend Atiyeh Brothers for all of your area rug cleaning needs and repairs. I won't take my rugs anywhere else as this business has shown me what high standards in customer service looks like every, single time I take my rugs in to be cleaned or repaired. Absolutely delighted with their service and attention to detail. We had several older rugs that needed some TLC and could not be more excited to see their handiwork when I unrolled them. They definitely breathed new life into our older rugs. In addition, we greatly appreciated their expertise when initially deciding what to do especially since we had a tight timeframe in which to get the work completed. Although they had already cut the pad, they didn’t charge me for it and cut a new pad of the size I needed. I’ve had several rugs cleaned here and they’ve always done excellent work. I dropped off my wool Persian rug to get repaired and cleaned. They did an EXCELLENT job with the repair and if I need a rug repaired, I'll definitely use them again.The first time we got our rug back, it was a little crunchy in spots and there was a little bit of dye bleed: the beautiful reds, oranges, and blues bled into the light beige parts of the carpet. I took the carpet back and they told me they'd do a color correction on it to remove the bleed.When I got it back the second time, they'd vacuumed the carpet so that it's nice and fluffy, which feels really nice. But the bleed was WORSE. The beige spots are no longer a clean, light beige--the dyes have bled into the beige so it looks dirty. I didn't see the point of taking it back.The service was great, but my rug doesn't look like it used to and this rug means a lot to me, so I'm bummed. Everyone at Atiyeh was great to work with, but I'll likely only get my cheap synthetic rugs cleaned there from now on.Service: Area rug cleaning

Our puppy chewed two holes in a wool 8 x 10 rug that was in our bedroom. I was super upset and doubtful the rug could be salvaged but after calling around to some carpet stores (none of which could help) I was referred to Atiyeh Bro’s. They were able to repair the rug using a sample swatch of the same rug. It looks amazing and it was very affordable. The whole staff is friendly, helpful and professional. You can tell it’s a family owned business, they make you feel like family when you walk in the door. I’ll use them again and again..although I hope I don’t have to 😉

They have cleaned (in Eugene) and repaired (in their Portland shop) our valuable and very old Sultana oriental rug for many years. They have also cleaned (hand-washed) our Navaho rugs.
