They helped me get my gift card to work when the system wasn't recognizing it. Renting is easy and a great price. They're all super nice and helpful there, incredibly knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond like teaching you one-on-one in person to tie down your own kayaks on your car. My family has bought 4 kayaks from them and a ton of other water sport supplies and have been impressed and happy every single time. I don't have pictures of the store, I have some of the kayaks we bought from them in use!

Great outdoor event venue with lots of ada patios and spaces. Our brother is disabled and having access for him is important. Plenty of parking. Such a beautiful property along the clackamas river. Suzanne and Jim were very helpful and there are so many options available and so many ideas to put on many different types of events here.

Absolute BEST customer service. My family and I came here twice on our Portland trip to enjoy this beautiful river and its scenes. Their equipment is super reliable and they have rubber sealed storage on the single and double kayaks. You can fit a pair of shoes and a personal item easily inside. Even if you flip it'll stay dry. This would be the perfect family fun activity or with friends! Oh, and the reason why I said they have the best customer serviceis because I left something inside my kayak and they texted me with updates and an address for pick up. Devin was so great! Amazing service, people and experience. 10/10 recommend 👌

The employees who helped get us set up, were very friendly and chill, got us what we needed and no gear failed! A great experience and highly recommended to do this either with single kayak, dual kayak or paddle board. We had a large group and used all three types, and liked the sit on top kayaks for this type of river cruising. We went on July 2nd, liked the experience so well, we went back on July 4th.

We were camping at Milo Mciver State Park and CRO has a set up there at the dock to rent their Kayaks. This was my first time Kayaking and we rented the 2 seater Kayak. Renting was super easy, did it from the QR code. Fast, friendly service. Had a blast on the river, so beautiful. Highly recommend.

All of the employees were so wonderful! Albert, Luke and Tanley were so helpful with our first experience tubing down the Clackamas. We rented two single person inner tubes that included life vests with our rental. We also suggest the shuttle service they just started. We were picked up in Barton Park and driven up to McIver Park. The tubes we rented were super industrial, in fact a local who drifted by us pointed out how nice our tubes were. Super affordable and great quality.I had so many questions and each one of the employees there offered us so many tips and I feel they went out of their way to make sure we had a successful and enjoyable time. I cannot thank them enough for providing us with all we needed for a great float down the Clackamas River.Do yourself a favor and reach out to them for all your river needs as this was truly the highlight of our trip to the Pacific Northwest.

The owners here are incredible!! So sweet- you can feel their warm presence when you walk into their shop. A group of friends and I rented from them but we were not able to make it onto the river the day we rented due to the parking lot being full. And without even asking, the owners kindly offered to send us a promo code with store credit so we could go out another day “their goal is to get us out on the river. So sweet.

From the reservation to kayak pickup - the whole process of smooth. All made possible and led by Tanily (my apologies if I am mis-spelling your name).. She was fantastic, friendly and of course super helpful with the directions.My problem (and mine alone) - our friends were on the wrong side of the lake, so we had to drive to pick up our kayaks - LOL!! Otherwise - kayaks were great and we have a fantastic day!!

The Clackamas River Outfitters team absolutely rocks!! I was a short notice call in, & they went above & beyond in meeting my needs for a drysuit rental. They are very knowledgeable, encouraging, & prompt in their services! They overnight shipped my drysuit for my school trip, & were very sweet & understanding when I accidentally tore a nick in the gasket (embarrassing oops, but they met my communication with complete loving kindness). Tanley & Luke are passionate in what they do, & it truly shows how much they care for their customers. An awesome company that I hope to interact with in person one day! Very grateful!

Had a wonderful time! The weather was perfect, the kayaks were wonderful and so was Nathan. My friends and I, one of whom was an expert, another had never kayaked, myself who has been a few times and the fourth who had had a previous life-threatening experience on a kayak, all had an amazing time. We really appreciate the Clackamas River Outfitters help in getting situated in the kayaks, accommodations for size and weight as well as the information on our tour. Our experience could not have been more perfect and all of us were interested in coming back.
