Not only does the app not work in store, but after placing an online order and being told after driving to the store they didn't have time to fill it (and the store was very empty), the app wouldn't let us reschedule the pick-up time. After contacting the store and being told they couldn't do anything to fix it until I rescheduled it on the app I contacted customer service on the app. I was told to contact the store! Their only solution was a refund which will take 7 days. I received a call from them after I canceled my order stating they can manually do my order since they had a printed copy but they'll have to charge me again.Safeway lost a customer today.

This is why the food at this store is bad or goes bad shortly after purchase.Several carts full of food that should be refrigerated, but is not.I see this all the time, Safeway managers, when are you going to care ????

The store overall was fine. But the worker we encountered with checkout, was really difficult. She was not friendly at all. My daughter felt a little uncomfortable, but I think the worker was probably just having a bad day. The store was fine, just that worker needed to be talked to.

This is a clean store, but the prices are usually too high. You have to really look for deals with your Safeway membership to find cheaper items. Great customer service and typically has everything I'm looking for.

There is an employee/cashier named Jennifer, heavy set, and short blue hair. She is always sitting, not standing, complaining of how many people are in her line, and today she was wearing sunglasses while checking, and we caught her with her hands down the front of her pants tucked under belly roll before she started scanning items. That was very unsanitary and disturbing to say the least. She has also tried to tell us how to parent when disciplining our son in her line. I personally will never go through her line again. Not too mention when I asked her where something was she said she was off the clock and told me I needed to find someone else. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with her. My boyfriend won’t even go through her line and neither do my coworkers. I have heard other employees of Safeway making comments and complaints about her as well. I really do hope something is done.

Enterprise, Oregon Safeway is possibly the worst grocery store I have ever been to!!!! Always running out of products, yet they are constantly blocking the isles with shelf stocking?? It's dirty and they are under staffed, the produce is not fresh, goes bad in one day. I have heard numerous complaints from the locals who have shared my same experiences. I have shopped at Safeway for years, and this is by far, the WORST!!! Unfortunately we don't have much for choices in our small community.

Not a lot of choices for grocery stores in this area, but nice stop before you hit Wallowa Lake as prices are a little bit higher in Joseph and beyond. Basic necessities, fair prices!

Recently used the online order system and it was great. It was super easy to just pull up and have them load the groceries. After having issues online, I called the store. The lady in charge was super helpful and great to work with.

While shopping today at Safeway, I needed to purchase some OTC medicine. I am a person who is 50+ and have difficulty reading labels due to poor vision.While I was squatting down close to the OTC meds to read them from the self, I hear a woman’s voice say @are you in line, hey you !” It’s the cashier from the pharmacy. I said no, I am just looking at the Tylenol.After making my selections of pain relievers, I get in line at the pharmacy to pay because I have an HSA account and need to make the purchase separately from my grocery.I walk up and placed my 3 bottles of OTC meds on the counter for the cashier to ring me out. As I was pulling my HSA card out of my wallet, the same cashier wearing a name tag (Melanie) very rudely in a abrupt tone of voice asked” Do you want to pay for this here?” I said , yes. She then went on to say,” I have no idea what you want.” she used the very same tone of voice, like I was bothering her. I felt like correcting her myself but I just reported it to store management.Honestly, where did the appropriate way to treat a customer and person go trying to get their medication?Sorry Melanie, I am not impressed by how you treated me as a paying customer, also I suggest Safeway needs to train skills on the very basics with this employee. I bet most people would know if they were the cashier and the customer puts the merchandise on the counter in font of them at a cash register, they want to purchase the merchandise, the customer should not have to explain themselves. Melanie needs to be trained on what is the appropriate tone of voice and the way a customer should be treated, because she did a horrible job .

I grew up in Enterprise and their recent updates to the store are awesome! It no longer feels like small town grocery store but a clean and up to date market. They once again have a deli, but far superior than what they had years ago. Can even make sandwiches similar to Subway. Pharmacy available with a private room that I assume is for vaccines and such. Large variety of alcohol in bulk and small quantity. Checkers were kind and friendly.

A lot of tired produce. Prices have become frightening. They are out of stuff much of the time. Most of the problems are likely beyond the control of the employees, who are a good bunch of folks.

I love Safeway, was one of my first jobs as a young adult growing up in Alaska (produce, floral, salad bar). The people that work in Enterprise,OR are great but clearly wages are not keeping up with a what is needed to survive as a worker. Safeway (67.9 BILLION annual revenue 2020), please pay the best part of your company, your people, enough to live their lives!!! C'mon!

I was really hungry and got some fried chicken. A meal I usually enjoy. This chicken was terrible. Texture and flavor. Turns out y’all sold it to me 5 hours after that chicken was good to be sold until (7/4/2020 14:38).The Jojos were good though.

This isn't a large Safeway, but I was very impressed by the customer service here. Tom went out of his way to help us find products, as well as fry up some jalapenos for us on the fly. Quality over quantity reigns here!

The nicest staff I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. They go above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. I wanted some Krab salad and they didn't have any left so they went and made a batch specially for me. Now that is customer service!

Somehow this recorded me as having only rated this one star. Actually this deserves 5 stars. I thought this store was well laid out and they had a better selection of foods than other groceries. The staff was cordial and the service excellent. I'll go there again when I'm in the vicinity.

Prices are high. Sales items rarely on shelves. Constantly over charges on specials. You have to check receipts for errors. Lack of fresh vegetables, limp and soft items should be removed. Not impressed with this store.

I hate shopping there. They have discontinued some of the things I cook with. They keep rearranging the store so a 15 minute shopping trip turned into a hour trying to find things. Everyone complains. I get overcharged alot of times and they put their pricing so when you pick something up "on sale" you end up paying full price. I try to shop out of town, 65 miles away, but it's worth the trip. I save a lot of money and I can buy the items I want. The little mom and pop store here in town carries the items I need that Safeways doesn't. It's more expensive, but at least I can get what I need when I need it.

I am very disappointed at the customer service that this store doesn't offer any more. They never offer carry outs even when it is an elderly person. I watched last week when a older gentleman had to take his own groceries out, then when loading them into his car one of the bags broke and cans of food went all over. One can landed on his sore foot. What happened to helping the customers?

Doesint keep wipes and hand sanitizer stocked in the front. Does not check their produce enough for mold. They should have people checking everyday throughly. Otherwise customers like myself won't scoof as much to the site of longer then a day old mold on produce.

They NEVER order MORE of something that goes FAST. Example Haagen Das Mint Chip...always gone yet every other flavor is packed. You can ask them when it's coming and get a different answer from 5 people. My Grandsons birthday today. Supposed to be in...now they 'say' Thursday. ORDER MORE. The ONLY Safeway we have in Enterprise Oregon. Otherwise drive 75 miles. Staff is friendly, hours are great, many items on 'back order' too often.

The air conditioner is way to cold, it makes it hard to shop. There are curtin employees that need a lot more training in customer service and appearance. I don't enjoy going to Safeway.

Small Town Safeway. You well find many people visiting in the isles with smiles.Good selection of produce and meats. Small issues work keeping some produce in stock at this time.Gets super busy at times. Be prepared to wait a little

I give them 5 stars because even though you can't get EVERYTHING you might want they try hard to accommodate and suggest alternatives. This is a Safeway in a small community where farming, logging and small business are the main source of income and family first still matters.

I do not like particular employee's in the pharmacy and in office management in this store! I NO LONGER SHOP AT THIS STORE LOCATION! Due to un acceptable vialation of my privacy and Vialation of "HIPPA" laws! "DESCRIMINATION" "PUBLIC HUMILIATED" And was not Handle appropriately by no means threw management !!!! I FEEL 2 PEOPLE FOR SURE SHOULD HAVE LOST THEIR JOBS OVER THIS HORRIBLE BEHAVIOR! AND BREAKING HIPPA LAWS!! I shop else were or Drive 1 hour to LaGrande Safeway! I feel sorry for the elderly that are treated poorly by this Pharmacy and in general! I was only recently here in the parking lot ! I WILL NOT STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE!
