Beautiful little campground with nice sites next to the river. The people here a wonderful, they help you park and show you everything you need to know. The small town got everything (diner, winery, park, food truck, gasstaion with propane) in a walkable distance and its just overall a nice place to relax. They have free wifi, washer and dryer, one shower/restroom for 25ct/30 seconds.Definitely worth a trip if you're in the area! :)

We arrived late - all facilities locked up. We needed to be on the road early. No one around. The AHole of an attendant was a real jerk and threatened the sheriff if we didn’t pay for a full service hookup etc.we offered to pay partial amount for the partial service we got.Don’t bother with this lame park in this town… keep driving to another community that welcomes its out of town visitors with respect

We’ve been going here for 6 + years. We have 10 sites on the river, for friends and family to join us and we all love the location! Great fishing for small mouth bass. Kids can catch over 50 fish a day! Great swimming areas late summer when river level lowers. A small shallow area for small kids with a sandy beach for them to play in. It can get murky if the river is too low. We usually go end of July beginning of August. But have been mid September with lots of river to play in. Lounge in the water in floaties in river pools while kids jump off rocks into the deep river pools. Or take tubes up the river walking along the rocks and float about a mile through gentle but fun rapids! Make sure to paddle to the right after the last rapids or you’ll get in the edie to the left and is harder to cross river to walk back to the rv park! Wear your river shoes, the rocks can be super hot to walk on!Walk to town for pizza, local wineries & shops, restock food/drinks, or worms! The taco truck is highly recommended and we usually plan that for a dinner! The resort is family owned and they are amazing with all the things and helping you back in and get set up! Sites are a bit cozy, but when you have a group there is plenty of space to hang and group together. We always book a year in advance, for the river spots. We have a 40 ft motorhome and get in with ease. Also people on our ground have 41” fifthweels that navigate fine! It’s all gravel so scooters don’t work well, but bikes do.Walkability: Walk to town for wineries and food!

We have been so fortunate to have stayed in yet another wonderful RV park! We arrived here at the end of November for work and didn't think we would need to stay past 3 months but delays with work and weather had us at Elkton RV for 5 months. Pam and Erik are great owners and so very nice! We also made friends with those that are long term and everyone was so very nice. One bad thing about traveling with work, when you make friends at RV parks, you hate to say goodbye. The park is situated on the Umpqua river and it's a beautiful setting and very quiet. There is a small laundry room and a bathroom in one building and by spring the other 2 bathrooms at the back of the park are open. All are very clean too. Bird lovers (like me) will enjoy the many different birds. Even the turkeys like walking around Elkton and through the RV park. I really enjoyed that I could walk to town since it's so close by. We will definitely return for work and or pleasure. Thanks Pam and Erik!

Interesting place. It was 18:30 hrs and when i pulled up to the office, which was closed. There were no updates posted and possibly no open sites, although several were empty. They could have power or water issues, I was unsure. I knocked on the host site, which was clearly marked with a sign, but no one answered. Although there were people everywhere not one person offered any advice on renting a spot. After repeated attempts with the host I gave up and pulled backout onto the highway. Maybe some updated phone numbers posted would help as I called the listed phone numbers on the door. Or a host who answers the doorbell. Maybe clear postings of secondary hosts? Idk

My wife and I have camped here a number of times in the last several years, and have loved the experience! We are part of a twenty to thirty member RV club. Our group has camped here in Sept. for the last three years. Pam was extremely accommodating to our large group, all while being very friendly. The facilities really work for groups. We had everything from forty foot rigs to 21 foot TT’s. We were kept together, even with the diversity of rigs. The pavilion is perfect for groups, whether dining, or playing games, etc. We have already booked next year!,

Elkton RV Park is fabulous. The Park is quiet and the owners are so nice and friendly. It's located a hour from the coast, and to Eugene and Cottage Grove. If you like to explore like we do but then come back to a quiet, safe campground this is the place. It sits high on the Umpqua River. We came when the river was low so we explored all the rocks as far out as the main opening in the river, good fishing. The sites are level with ease of hook up. The spaces and parking for tow vehicle are tight but if you don't mind that it's a great place to chill for awhile. The town of Elkton is nice. 2 wineries right in town and a few not far of a drive away. The Mercantile shop for home or rv decor, Tomaselli's pastry mill & cafe have the best pastries and pizza. Thanks for a great stay. We will definitely be back.

This was our first time staying here. Stayed 3 nights here before heading to the coast. The sounds of the river were amazing. The owners and the staff were so very nice and helpful. Plan on making this an annual camping trip.

The park is beautiful with the trees and the river. The sites that back up to the river get the best view of course, but are tighter. Really not much room side to side but the grass in the back and the view make up for it. WIFI is strong which I really needed because there is no T-Mobile. Laundry has 3 washers and 2 dryers (2.00) but the room is tiny. We are thinking about coming back for a longer stay.

Warmly greeted on arrival. Stayed 3 days in Sp#20 on the riverfront👌 Small, rustic (yet full hook ups), family run RV Park situated along the beautiful Umpqua River. Unique & gorgeous location🏞️🌲 Riverfront spots are tight, but angled so that there is some privacy. Many improvements in progress, like renovations of laundry facility & bathrooms.Clean, quiet & peaceful park. We'll be back!

Elkton RV Park is a quirky place: it's located on a gorgeous stretch of the Umpqua river and is in walking distance of a few fantastic wineries as well as just about everything else in town.Tent and RV spots are pretty close together. Bathrooms are decent, but bring your own TP so ya don't get cut up. There are also a lot of small mouth bass to be caught, and if you're going to swim - and you should - don't forget to pack a snorkeling mask and tube.Overall, Elkton RV park is a friendly, comfortable spot to chill out at for a few days.

nice looking park , stopped and talked to a man for about 20 min. he said that he was a owner , i believe he said that they ? were new owners from out of state , calif ?Park looked very clean , but kind of tight spaces , likely built around the 80s when slide outs were rare to see.He pointed out kind of a section where several Veteran's were housed

Most congested RV park I've been to. No privacy or space whatsoever. If you are trying to get away from people and city life you might want to check other places. The sites are right next to each other and if you enjoy people partying right next to your window then this is your spot. Awnings are real tight when opened. Fishing isn't the greatest because the water is shallow and mostly for swimming. I won't be back.

Fantastic rv park. Stayed the weekend in a tent site. The sites are cozy, but the campground is super clean and the owners are very nice and accommodating. Quick access to water and town accessories. Already booked a weekend next summer.

Stopped by to check out this RV Park for future reference, and it is definitely a park we would like to visit on our next trip to Oregon. Great access to the Umpqua River for fishing, and nice RV spaces facing the river. Located in the quaint little town of Elkton OR.

3.5 stars. Clean and affordable RV park with WiFi along the river. It is easy to pull in and out of the spots...even at dark thanks to the solar-triggered pylons providing ample light for full hook-ups. RV pads are a mixture of grass and gravel which can create enough mud to be bothersome. Lots of wine tasting and outdoor activities to do. Although the town is small, there are a few food/eats options within a short walking distance--all up a hill however. The laundry and gender neutral bathroom is warm and clean. The lack of shower facilities (coming soon I'm told) and hot water at the bathroom sink, prevent me from giving a solid four star rating.
