I’ve been dealing with skin issues with my dog, AND I FINALLY found a brand that would work aaaand the manufacturer started having problems getting orders out so now it’s really hard to get the food I needed. I went into Red Dog and talked with Matt. After listening to what I needed, he found a newer brand that has what I need in it, and GAVE me a bag of it to try.So far my dog loves it, but we are in transition, so we will see how her skin does!GREAT customer service here 👏👏 thank you!

They have alot of pet supplys and although they don't have fresh raw bones they have hundreds of other items your pet will love

So glad I found this little gem. We moved to White City and I stumbled across Red Dog Pet Supply going to the bank. Great service, good prices and they totaly welcome my dog Lexi in to pick her own treats and even let her put her paws on the counter to watch me pay for them. They always have a kitty or two for adoption and raise $ for animal charities. No more Wal-Mart shopping for our pup.

Red Dog Pet Supply was convenient for me as it’s near my home and I needed a special kind of dog food. It’s a small store but appeared to have the special brands normally found in larger pet stores. Plus I like supporting local businesses.

I've been shopping for quality dog and cat food at Red Dog for several months now. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and happy to see my little dogs when they go in the store with me. The food prices are also what can be expected as fair market value. I realize I can shop online and pay less for the food, but I'd rather support a small local business that is close to my home. If you haven’t been to Red Dog Pet Supply yet, I strongly encourage you to stop in to check it out!!

From the first time I walked into this store I have found that the customer service is not only amazing but they actually care about people and our animals , I don't have a lot of money so I have been struggling to provide my dogs with good food that won't hurt them and the knowledge and information I received was life saving to my charcoal lab (purdy) the food was recommended has been on point her issues went away and I have not been to another store in in 3 years now I'm so happy to be able to trust that some one cares as much as I do about my dogs well being. Thank you so so much .and not only that but I can any time I want go and bath my dogs for only ten dollars they even provide shampoo for u to try and it's very clean and convenient u are amazing

Wow! Never been to this establishment before. I was running low on food so I stopped in desperately to see if they carried my dogs food. I was so kindly greeted by Mat! He first started off by letting me know WHY they didn’t carry my dogs food and never once shamed me for buying a bigger box brand. Instead, he took a good amount of time to educate me on other brands that are very similar if not better and even sent me home with some samples to try. I’m blown away about how fantastic that experience was. I will definitely be back! The prices are very competitive and Mat is so kind plus a no pressure atmosphere.. what more could you ask for!? 5 stars is not enough! Go check them out!

It was my first time ever going into that store and i immediately felt like family. She greeted me at the door and asked if i needed help. By the end of my visit I got the dog food i came for but also had a conversation about what would be best for my dog for the age she is. I really enjoy the fact that they give you food samples for your pets to try and i even came out with a free bag of treats because of the food i bought. I think this store and the ambiance was amazing.

This is one of the best places I've been to in a long time. Evertime I stop in to get dog food I'm greeted with a smile and hands down the best and friendliest service. Always offer to carry the bag of dog food to my car. That and my fur baby loves coming here. She is always greeted with a smile and treat. Its worth the few extra dollars...

Amazing!! They had what I was looking for (KMR milk replacer); the other local stores didn't have it. I didn't even have to go into town for it!!I was also impressed that they had some rescue kittens up for adoption --as opposed to some stores that rely on breeders...Go, Red D❤️g!!!

Knowledgeable gentleman who was able to not only answer my questions but make great suggestions for my dog who often suffers from gastrointestinal issues. They had a surprisingly large selection too given that it's a smaller store. Especially for freeze dried raw or frozen.

Great service and great prices for my dog's food. I used to have to drive all the way to medford for her food to pay $20 more for a food that wasn't meeting her dietary needs. I was able to find a nice food thanks to their knowledge and service. My dog has gained back some much needed weight that she loss due to not fully digesting her old brand.

I love this store so much, great service any other day than Sunday, the girl that works there on Sundays is not very kind... I asked her how the dog wash works because I have never done it before at this location she says “you got to pay first” okay, well I pay before even getting explained how things work.We get back to the dog wash and she does not explain how it works.I am sure if it was any other day when she is not working the guys would have been super helpful and friendly.She is not very friendly and seems like she hates her job.

Red Dog is an awesome choice for pet supplies and food. They will not carry items with bad ingredients, which requires ethics not usually found in companies, especially pet supply companies.
