We got a little boy from Umpqua Valley Kennels Llc, and I couldn’t be happier. He is good tempered and healthy! The whole experience with Vic and his employees was extremely enjoyable! They allowed us to visit multiple times ! I highly recommend this breeder for Frenchies!! His place is extremely clean, and he takes pride in it, and will allow you to tour his whole operation and he takes excellent care of his pups!

We brought our precious baby boy home 3 days ago and he is already running to the door and letting us know he has to go out for potty’s at 10 weeks of age! I can’t say enough about Vic and his team. They truly have a passion and love for what they do. This is our 2nd time getting a beautiful and well adjusted Frenchie through Umpqua Valley Kennels. We did our research before choosing Umpqua Valley Kennel for our puppy. Mary and Vic were so helpful and caring,there was never any problems during the process,unless you want to count getting addicted to the puppy cams. We initially picked out our beautiful puppy the very day she was born and as I said, I or shall I say we got addicted to watching the puppies on the puppy cams and fell in love with the other female in the litter and purchased her also. We can not imagine not having the both of them. We get hours of fun and entertainment. So if you are looking for a quality breeder of French Bulldogs, Umpqua Valley Kennel is the place. They have the best quality breeding dogs, and you can take it from me, Mary and Vic know each and every dog at their facility intimately and love each and every one of them. We simply could not be happier with our decision to get our puppies from them.

We deliberated for years over when would be a good time to get another French Bulldog and so we signed up for their newsletter and researched their website - so much great information there. Our decision to work with Umpqua Valley Kennels has been wonderful. We love our Mabel and our experience with Vic and Mary! It was exciting to watch her grow up on the puppy cams and watch the puppy video. Our in-person visit was amazing too, such a great facility and great attention to cleanliness and care for all their beautiful French Bulldogs. You can tell they are loved and well cared for. Our puppy was already so well socialized and happy and confident - she's been a joy! I certainly recommend Umpqua Valley Kennels if you are looking for a healthy French Bulldog.

Wow just wow I can't say it enough about these people. We recently got a new French bulldog puppy to add to our family and to be a companion to our other French Bulldog we got from another place. Throughout the whole process Victor and Mary were Beyond thorough and it was instantly obvious once we got there how much they care and prepare their animals.The facility is not much to look at from the outside but once you get inside you will find a finely-tuned machine of pens and kennels and supplements and treats and really anything you could imagine a dog needing. They have dog runs and doors that lead out to them and lots of room on their property.I guess that is the only negative thing is that they are very far out in the middle of nowhere but it seems that's how they prefer it and really for such an expensive an important purchase it's definitely worth it to make the drive.that is certainly not enough to ding any stars though and I would happily send any and all people here that I could who are interested in the puppies they offer or the adults they are trying to rehome.we are very much enjoying our new Stella and could not be happier with anything. Thank you so much.

I can't say enough good things about Umpqua Valley Kennels. Over the course of the last 3 years we have purchased two dogs from UVK. We have been so happy with our dogs. Vic & the staff at UVK are top-notch. The amount of dedication, attention, and communication are incredible. We took a tour the first time around and we amazed by the cleanliness & order of everything. Not only that, but Vic is 100% transparent about the DNA and lineage of all his dogs. I have never met another breeder with such integrity and honesty, which is so important when buying a Frenchie. I would 100% reccomend them to anyone looking for a French Bulldog.

We bought our Frenchy 4 years ago. A beautiful pure black baby. He struggled from the first day with severe anxiety and always seemed traumatized. He developed seizures early and suffered so much. We lost him a few months ago at such a young age. Not the same since Mary left. Always could rely on her. Current owner can be a little rough on the puppies. Approach with caution

We just picked up our little boy after watching him grow/mature over the 24/7 cameras for the 10 week waiting period. We received a tour of the whole facility (after thorough sterilization of shoes and hands). Our little boy is exactly what we expected. I would highly recommend UVK to anyone wanting a healthy, loved, quality French Bulldog. They are an “open book” regarding DNA of parents all the way down to actually touring the facility. Thank you UVK family/staff for providing our family with such a beautiful fur baby.

Vic and his employees are wonderful - every email was responded promptly and they are organized, knowledgeable and professional. We did not visit due to the pandemic but were glued to the 24/7 camera and the kennel is kept clean and pups well taken care of. The parents are genetically tested and our puppy is doing wonderful; no allergies, no feeding problems, just happy and healthy and we are grateful to Vic and his crew for our fur baby!

Just got my sweet Frenchie a couple of days ago. Vic and his crew are absolutely top notch- their facility is spotless and the entire team is SO welcoming. They really do respond to emails within the same day and as this is my first Frenchie, I felt completely prepared thanks to their guidance and excellent website. Also- they said the pups would be litter box trained when I got mine at 10 weeks and it was true! So far, potty training has been a breeze! Can't say enough great things about this place. Highly recommend.

I have always wanted a Frenchie and Vic was kind enough to let our family explore their Kennels. I instantly fell in love with all their dogs, oh my gosh are they sweet. We wanted a retired breeder female and we found sweet Louise, we can't wait for her to come home :) The dogs are very well loved and cared for, they are all so kind and love people! I felt extremely welcome, Vic even invited us to come back to bond with Louise and take her on walks while we wait for her to be ready to come home with us! I feel bad for poor Vic because every day I overload him with new questions but he always is prompt and kind with responses. I have a feeling this won't be the last pup we get from this wonderful place!

Umpqua Valley Kennels is the most impressive place I have ever seen. The care they give there dogs is awesome. The grounds are beautiful and sharply maintained. The people there are just wonderful and very caring. There dogs and puppies are very well cared for. Definitely a top notch business. The puppies are so beautiful like there parents. From start to finish (waiting for our puppies 10 week mark) Vic and Mary at umpqua valley kennels provided us with the most comfortable,informative puppy buying experience our family has ever been threw. Communication was top notch and there home/kennel was extremely impressive. We came all the way from Alaska to get our frenchie from them and it was worth every penny and more to travel that far for our new pup.. we highly recommend serious french bulldog searchers to check out there awesome website and give Mary a call you won't be disappointed. Our puppy came socialized,trained and healthy as an OX at pickup and couldn't be anymore pleased.

I purchased two Chihuahua puppies from this kennel back in 2010. At that time Umpqua Valley kennels was breeding Chihuahuas but I see they are not breeding them anymore. Now that both dogs are over 11, they have many issues that my vet says are congenital. Luxating patellas, weak ACLs, tracheal collapse, and cardiomyopathy just to name a few. I wish I had done more research before purchasing dogs from this kennel.

If you are considering a French Bulldog or Boston Terrier-French Bulldog mix I highly recommend Umpqua Kennels. The quality of environment, breeding and caring for the dogs in residence cannot be beat. The dogs are as healthy and happy as you would want for a dog and the forthright honest attitude of the owners Vic and Mary Kasser is evident in the operation and relationship to their dogs and you as a potential owner. Bottom line their focus is where it counts on the dog you are taking home and your comfort taking that puppy home.

Anyone interested in French Bulldogs MUST go to UVK to meet Mary & Vic and their exceptionally high quality breeding program. They demonstrate exceptional ethics, skill, and love of the breed. We have had our "Beau" for 2 weeks and he is awesome. We have had 5 English & 1 French Bulldog in last 23 yrs and the experience with UVK was simply phenomenal. Not only did we get to visit as our boy grew, but the puppy cam is fantastic! You can see how your baby is growing and the care they receive. They do what they say and their staff does as well. Their standards are extremely high and the result is a happy, socialized, and most of HEALTHY puppy. That has not always been our experience with other breeders. All of the adult Frenchies are playful, happy, and well adjusted. This is not a puppy mill or backyard breeder; this is the real thing and a blessing to the breed. UVK website is the most educational site I have seen. Mary & VIc are always willing to answer questions and educate. The support they give is outstanding!Our "Beau" came home doggie door trained at 10wks old!! That shows the time they invest in the pups. He sleeps most of the night and wakes me when he needs to potty. He has his "apartment"(exercise pen) during the day and plays with his big sisters thru it and when we supervise. The adjustment for him was easy because of UVK standards. He is the easiest pup we have ever had.Please go visit UVK & tour their kennels. You will never need to go elsewhere.

As part of our due diligence to our unborn baby frenchie, my husband and I are researching potential legitimate, serious breeders. Yesterday, we found them! Remarkable people with hearts of gold!We are empty nesters that have been planning an addition to our family for many years. This is a very, very big deal to us and not an impulse decision by any means. Vic and Mary are remarkable people that obviously love what they do. The kennels were in pristine condition and the frenchies sleeping areas were clean & comfy. The frenchie mommies, daddies, and the little babies all had abundant kibble, (w/rich supplements) and fresh clear water. The rooms were toasty warm and all the littles had chewy toys. The nursery area was very impressive!We had to wash our hands with sterilizer and the bottoms of our feet were sprayed with disinfectant. They care about their babies! They showed me the cupboards full of medicines, supplements, and first aid supples. I could also see they kept thorough data analysis for each puppy tracking their vaccines, and their exact ages and parentages. We are going to go back! These are our kind of people and they can be yours too!! Wonderful home for frenchies!!

When my husband and I first inquired this breeder, I was very happy with the information I received by Mary. My husband had a few additional questions and called later that day. He got a VERY rude call back from Vic. He was very short and made my husband feel uncomfortable and uneasy about buying from him. The dog we had picked out was 4,000.00 you would think if someone is willing to pay that much for a puppy you would be willing to answer any and all questions about the puppy. We decided at that point to go with another breeder. We not only was able to purchase our puppy for 2,500.00 which is 1,500.00 less than this breeder. Same coat color, everything. Long story short, if you want to over pay for a puppy then this is your place. Charging 3,500-6,000 for a puppy is ridiculous. We were able to get ours with everything that this breeder does at a cheaper price. Do your homework before you buy.

Umqua Valley Kennels French Bulldogs is absolutely an amazing business. When looking for my first Frenchie I wanted to make sure it came from a good place that truly cared about their animals. This place was it. I went out for a tour and fell in love with not just there adorable puppies and dogs but their process. Vic, the man that runs the show is amazing along with the rest of the staff.I now have 9month old pup who is absolutely adorable, smart, trainable and strong. I will not ever go through another Frenchie place.Eventually I will be getting another and it will for sure be through this place.Don’t waist your money on another place.
