Parking lot is really dirty. There is pieces of trash and small bits of plastic everywhere near the dumpsters and can return area.Food quality is terrible. Don’t trust meat from this store.This store lacks cleanliness and overall focus on food safety and quality.I’d rather drive 20+ miles for lower priced, and quality groceries.

Easy location to pull in and get some traveling goodies. Helpful cashier and a friendly welcome sends you straight to the item you want. Cozy store that appeared clean. Shelves were well stocked and aisles free of clutter. Once in the store, the atmosphere held onto you and made you want to slow down and not rush through.

Trash surrounding the place of business, not inviting. Floor room is cramped near the cashiers where u have to go around or pardon oneself to get through. Needs renovations.

Rolled through this place on the way to a baseball game. A whole bunch of people as a group walked into the store all at once. Two of my buddies grabbed two hot sauces we were going to get and decided to put one back. The clerk saw us grab both of them and only saw us trying to pay for one of them so she assumed we were trying to steal the other hot sauce. Nasty lady. Fire the nasty lady unless she gets some better customer service

Best fried chicken in town!!! The product selection is impressive for such a small store.Always a friendly smile when I'm checking out, love them!!, The deli workers are awesome, even when they are swamped!! They are always happy to do special orders on the fly.I love my local Rays, small town, BIG love!!

Restroom are very clean, the people are very friendly. The coffee was great and you can buy hot food to go. Oh yes and if your camping you can buy groceries and drink here to. I was very impressed.

For the little place that it is... Rays in drain has the best fryer food I have ever had. I got the same thing I always get at a quick pit stop, jalapeño and cheese corndog and a chicken and cheese crispeto. Went back and got 2 more crispetos.

I am not from Reedsport, nor do I plan to return soon (not anything wrong, I just don't have travel plans). I have only shopped at this store once, stopped for snacks on our way home from a camping trip. Produce, snacks, drinks, hot foods, this place has it. This is a small grocery store, with lots packed in. The young man at the register laughed at my ridiculous puns and he lifted my spirits with his wit. If I pass through Reedsport again, I know that Ray's Food Place will have a dependable stock of foods.

Half of the produce and vegetables here looks bad and out of date, it makes it really hard to pick the right thing for whatever you're making.Note 2; a later date: I went to go pick up cumin and it was $10.50, went to DG and it was $1.02... yikes.

Upon entrance to the store, an employee was blocking the only entrance to the store. Within a few moments we were able to get around her. When we got into the checkout line she was the checker. She took her sweet time finishing her newspaper article before she checked us out. My husband was trying to make small talk and be personable, but she did not speak a word. Awful rude, I don't live in Drain so I don't have to shop this store, so I will go elsewhere.

You purchase the sandwiches inside, and pick them up outside, this is the second time the sandwiches we really in desirable. One time they were put on hot dog buns and so soggy that they were inedible, this time they had no flavor, and half the sandwich was nothing but bread and fat.

Absolutely disgusting public bathrooms with zero toilet paper, soap or paper towels on multiple occasions we have stopped. Was told after I mentioned to the deli cIerk "go somewhere else then" I guess you want people to use your filthy bathrooms then go touch all your food items with unwashed hands? I'm certain that if you provide a public restroom its required that you also provide soap, paper towels and toilet paper. Will never stop again... the entire store is full of feces and bacteria.

Nice to have a grocery store, but it's expensive. People get what they can at Dollar General, then come here for other necessities then wait for Cottage Grove or Roseburg.
