We contacted her with a special request and she. Bred to make it happen. We were invited to meet are puppy the day she was born and visiting once a week until she was ready to come home . We had no problems purchasing our first pom but nothing but issues with the second. I would never recommend this place to anyone I know because I would never want this to happen to anyone. Barbara won’t even respond. Don’t let the nice old lady con you! I had to go all the way to the AKC to report this place.

My puppy came with Giardia and Coccidia he’s been sick and quarantined. Before purchasing make sure a vet health check with stool results are done. I trusted this breeder as my mom had bought a dog from her 15 years ago and didn’t get the health check as the breeder claimed it would “take weeks” for an appointment with her vet. Once my puppy arrived I brought him to my vet with a stool sample and he tested positive for parasites. Buyer beware! She only cares about “the money” not her pets.

Barbara is the sweetest lady! My mother just purchased her second Pom from her a month ago and he came with AKC papers and everything was ready for her on the day of bringing her Pom home. We will definitely recommend buying from Showin Poms. It’s so heart warming to meet a puppy before purchasing.

My husband and I were beyond excited to support local Pom breeder instead of using puppy mills or getting a puppy online. we were told that he will come with all the health checks and guarantees, AkC papers with DNA testing etc. 1600$ seemed steep for a puppy, but we wanted to make sure we are getting a healthy puppy from a responsible breeder. They sold us our dog very quickly, with not a single paper provided at the time of sale. Barbara assured that the papers are “coming in the mail”. That was 4 months ago. Still no papers. They also “lost” the bill of sale and never issued a new one. By the way they insisted on cash only payment but thankfully we paid with money transfer and have a receipt. After we called them repeatedly we found out that they do not take the puppies to the vet before they sell them and administer shots at home. So there would be no way for them to know if they are selling healthy dogs. We would not have spent this much money for a dog if we knew it will come with no health warranties and from questionable breeding practices. Extremely disappointed with our experience.

I got my Pomeranian 'Louie' from Show in Poms over 4 years ago. Barbara was great, and her dogs are adorable. I didn't want to buy online from a breeder, due to puppy mills etc, and wanted to be able to go to someone's home to know where my dog came from. We even got to meet Louie's mom and dad.

Our Pom died 2 weeks if not less after got her and she did not hold true to the health guarantee. Most heart breaking experience for us and our children not to mention she made money off our loss and pain.
