The Jungle is an awesome pet store. I love being able to support local and I appreciate so much that they listen to their customers and stock what we buy. Their groomer is amazing as well. She treats both of my boys so well and they always come out looking amazing!!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The groomer, Candy, does an outstanding job on my dood; she listens & remembers all my boys individual needs. Quick, convenient & expert care @ a great price!!! So glad we have this shop here in town :-)

I didn't have a great experience with their old groomer but the new one did a great job with our dog. It's really convenient to have a place close by that offers walk in nail trims. Decent pricing as well, will be coming back!

Visited this amazing Pet store a few days ago. Was passing through on my way to the Beach and needed a Dog leash. The staff “owner” was so since and such a pleasure working with, And gave my doggy a treat. The environment is very welcoming.

Today was Lila first time at the Jungle Pet Supplies grooming with Amelia..It was a wonderful experience and Lila looked gorgeous.. Great Place!!

I’ll give 2 stars because they had what I needed. So they get a star for that. And that only. I miss our other pet store so very much. At least you didn’t have to take a shower and do laundry after you left there to get the rodent smell off of you and your clothes. I immediately had to put the food into a separate container once I got home because the smell was even lingering on the bag. I understand fully that gerbils, mice and Guinea pig etc have an odor. But lord it there was egregious. Have a door open. Crack a window.. SOMETHING. But I won’t know either way next time cause I’ll bite the bullet and definitely go to mud bay. 13 miles or not. At least deodorizing wont be necessary

The ladies at the jungle are so helpful and so passionate about the care of the animals. The crickets are so freaking healthy and all of the feeders they have are so healthy. 10000000% recommend this store for at least your reptile feeders. Amazing place. They’re always eager to help!

I enjoyed their services a couple times for my dog's nail trim but then the last several times every time I go in nobody's available but they advertise walk-ins. I called this morning to set up an appointment and was told there are no appointments available today but walk-ins until 3:00 so I went as a walk-in and then was told nobody's available until 5:00 so I'm unsure why they didn't just schedule me an appointment at 5:00 when I initially called. I tried supporting this local business but unfortunately I'm going to go elsewhere from now on due to the inconsistency

The store and team have been exceeding my expectations of a pet store since they opened! I love that when I walk in I am greeted and offered a variety of deals and products that fit my needs. Very clean, ambiance is super cute, animals are well taken care of, and if you want to hold or interact with any of the pets they are so welcoming of it! I live in Salem and most definitely take the drive to The Jungle just because of that awesome experience I get from this establishment!! 5+ stars!!!

They do not take care of their animals. The cages were dirty and the rats were sick, sneezing constantly. The owner, Krystle Sanchez, was extremely rude when I confronted her. She blamed me holding them would get them sick, but they were already sick. As a long time rat owner, those poor rats need antibiotic treatment. Please take your money and go elsewhere! This place needs to be shut down.If you are looking for an awesome pet shop, go to Critter Cabana in Newburg! They have all kinds of animals! They ACTUALLY take care of their animals and the employees are AWESOME!

This is a small local pet store with a pretty big variety of items for dogs, cats, birds, beta fish, reptiles, and even some bunnies. They have a self service dog wash room which is nice for the bigger dogs. They have lots of cat toys and treats. Small section of specialty foods. Staff was friendly and seems eager to learn what the community is looking for when they need pet supplies.

I stopped in here when visiting from Idaho, this was the most friendliest pet shop I’ve been into for awhile! We love shopping local and my in-laws live in Dallas, so even supporting a small shop we don’t live in made us happy! The customer service was great!

I have been in this shop several times. Every time the two young women that own this shop are busy taking care of the animals. They are doing such a great job for our community without them we would not have a prt store at all. Keep up the good jobs ladys❤

Nice girls working and very helpful since was my first time there! And toys for my little 2 pound Yorkie !! Also picked up a kitten collar for her which goes down enough to fit her! Will definitely go back again!
