I am so grateful for Dr Furrer and Morgan! They were patient, compassionate and kind with my uncooperative and dramatic goat. They kept a sense of humor through our procedure while keeping everyone safe. Dr Furrer is very knowledgeable and informative. Something that is often hard to fine is a veterinarian staff that are well versed on rabbits and bunnies. I was very pleased with Creswell because of how well they took care of my rabbit when I have taken him in. They remember their patients and have such big hearts for pets. The staff and veterinarian team is wonderful and incredibly helpful to new pet owners. I have no worries leaving my pet in their hands. I hugely recommend!

We recently got a puppy, which needed all of her shots/whatnot. The staff asked us numerous questions about what type of activities she would be doing, and recommended vaccines based off of that. They were very knowledgable, and friendly. They even gave us a few tips for training, as well as providing a reference for some obedience classes. Really happy with our experience.

Dr. Sherri has been an excellent and trustworthy Vet for my rabbit for years, and for my dog now as well. I don't know what I'll do when she retires someday, because I don't trust anyone else with my beloved pets. I could not recommend her more highly. Thank you for your care and devotion to animals! ❤

All the folks at Creswell VH have been terrific and thorough and friendly and knowledgeable with our pup. They take plenty of time to explain everything that's happening and why they're doing it. We've learned so much about our dog here beyond just her medical needs. Both vets and their staff have be fantastic! We could not be happier with our pup's care here.

Absolutely the worst. They overcharge for everything. They don’t return calls promptly. If you leave a message with a person or machine, good luck getting a return back. You have to keep calling them. The hugest factor for me changing vets after years is they falsified my pets records saying he was sick after I called to let them know my healthy cat brought home something highly contagious to my other cats. He was given a clean bill of health when he left. The facility is filthy. If you love your pets, take them somewhere else

I have had great experiences bringing my dog here, the staff are incredibly patient, professional, friendly, and informative. The lobby and the rooms themselves are very clean.Creswell is a small town of course so please do be mindful it is best to set up an appointment ahead of time! (Call or go see in person: if you do it in person they will write it down on a card for you!)

Very nice staff and the Vet was very helpful as well. They made me feel very comfortable and even loaned me a carrier so I could go get my injured kitty. They explained the entire process to me as what tests they were running and why. They even gave me OPTIONS to treat him at home or to fight his infection more "aggressively" overnight there. The front lobby is extremely modern and huge so that was also comforting. I saw them Monday and I got a card from them In the mail by Thurs . showing that they care. 💜Price wasn't too bad (I mean its always expensive to see a vet) but they took care of my kitty and they even had an animal in the back that was crashing (vitals) and they were all hands on deck and even the receptionist got up to help save that animals life . they even called the owner of that poor pet ASAP while the dog was crashing instead of just waiting to make the call in the end if the animal didn't make it. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic. Very clean place and exceptional ppl. THANK YOU GUYS FOR SAVING MY FUR BABY

Update:My old guy couldn't make it through no matter how much we wanted and prayed for him to. We were treated with respect and compassion until a week or two after we had to say goodbye when we received a letter saying that we would need to seek veterinary services elsewhere in the future due to us being combative and rude to the staff.I was never anything but respectful and greatful to everyone there especially since they actually seem to cared about the patients and humans.Evidently asking if there were any other possible treatment other than euthanasia was combative and asking questions is rude. It wasn't ever a question of cost of treatment for us either, we spent thousands of $$$ trying everything and would have gladly given it all, hence asking about other treatments that possibly weren't discussed due to the cost involved. I will never recommend anyone go here after this, asking questions so you can make an informed medical decision is paramount to quality of care, they evidently care more about being viewed as infallible.

I have brought both my beagles for exams and evals to Dr. Fur at Creswell, Oregon's Veterinary Clinic. I am very happy with the service I received. The staff is kind and understanding as my girls are a little tramatized by the move from California to Oregon.

NEGATIVE 5Took my goat Bubba in to get a routine castration. He got tetanus and died 7days later.Dr. Furrer informed me they do these kinda surgery's all the time. Before goats are old enough to get a tetanus shot. Never mentioned he would have no passive immunity. Dr.Furrer is responsible for the death of my goat Bubba.Also come to find out after , they keep there garbage cans right next to the surgery table.Please don't take your animals there.

They fixed my baby right up! They had never done a hysterectomy on a hedgehog before but the vets experience was great enough that it wasn't a challenge for her to perform the surgery. I really appreciate the compassion of the people working there and I feel that they really care about the animals. I would recommend this place to anyone who is worried about the care their animal will receive because you will be in good hands at this vet :) I live in Eugene and it was well worth the drive to make sure that my hedgehog got the care she needed.

What a relief to find professional, caring staff and a superb DVM. We walked in first thing in the am and were able to get our pup all fixed up. We were passing through at the beginning of a 3 week vacation and everyone worked extra hard to get everything all squared away for our Sprout. If you are in the area and need a vet this is the one for you.

We have been bring our pets here for the last 20-25 years. They have always been very compassionate and warm. We have been though the ups and downs and they have been very kind. As I write this I am having to take a beloved senior kitty that is very sick to be put to sleep. I cannot recomend this place enough.

I would vote 10-stars if it were an option! Extremely knowledgeable and compassionate veterinarians like Dr. Schlorman are far and few between and she is one of the best - I have been driving 2-1/2 hours from Grants Pass to have Dr. Sheri care for my house rabbits and cats for 15 years now and don't trust anyone else with their care and welfare. The hospital is always clean; the staff are always friendly, helpful, and compassionate - I'm sure Dr. Sheri wouldn't allow anything less from her employees. Dr. Sheri, unlike most other veterinarians that I have been to, is not in this profession to "just make a buck". She really, truly cares about animals and wants to see them in good health. And she offers treatment options, unlike many other veterinarians so if you cannot afford "A", there is always option "B" (or "C"). It might seem that she is expensive but you get what you pay for. If you want cheap veterinary care, go find another vet but I'll promise you, another vet will try to sell you services/products that you really don't need, or worse, incorrectly evaluate your pets' lab results but you will have saved a few dollars on the office call/exam fee!!!! <3 Dr. Schlorman / Creswell Veterinary Hospital

My wife and I have a guinea pig that was closing his one eye. Figured one of his brothers stepped on him and it was irritated. The next day it was swollen, had crusties, and he seemed to be having trouble breathing. We live in Harrisburg and so we tried Eugene Animal Hospital. Unfortunatley, with covid they are not taking new patients, and if i could make an appointment i would not be allowed in with my pet. Called Creswell and got a call back from Rita to schedule an appointment. I was impressed right away. She was super friendly and knowledgeable. She set me up with an appointment with Dr Furrer, and informed me that one person would be allowed in with my pet as long as they were masked.Dr Furrer is also amazing! She was gentle yet firm with Gizmo (the Guinea Pig) to do a health check up. Afterwards Dr Furrer was straight forward with me and never talked down to me. She told me it sounded like Gizmo had a cold and would be fine in a few days. She set me up with ointment for his eye and antibiotics to fight anything "just in case." She didnt advise any unnecessary chest xrays or other procedures saying she felt they wouldnt tell us anything new. Most importantly, i feel like she listened. After being handled by the doc Gizmo was done and ready to go home. As we were finishing up i was giving Gizmo some back scratches and told him there would be a banana slice for him when we got home. When i was checking out, Dr Furrer came out with his antibiotics and told me she over heard me and added banana flavoring to his meds.I left feeling much better in regards to Gizmo's health. And a few days later Gizmo was feeling much better himself!If any of my other boys gets sick, i will gladly drive the extra distance to get the peace of mind that they will be well taken care of!Thank you to everyone at Cresswel Veterinary Hospital!

I cannot describe how amazing Dr Sheri is. Before I got another bun, I wanted to be sure there was a vet close that I could trust and that would take care of my bun like I would. I am so lucky to have Dr Sheri as Penelope's doctor, she is so professional, knowledgeable and passionate about her work and it shows. My bun wasnt even scared when she got her exam, and that says A LOT! Thank you to the team, I wouldnt go anywhere else!

The vet is amazing, the office manager is the reason for my low rating. I had an emergency and was making payments. On my dogs last visit, I told them I was unable to pay the rest of the full balance all at once. The office manager got snippy with me, though I was making a payment that day and had been every week for a month. She told me she guessed she would let my dog go home with me without full payment. Are you kidding me?! Unless you have full payment, don't bother. It was an emergency island I had shown good faith by not missing a single payment until that point.
