Awesome store in the heart if Creswell that has just about everything you'll need for your home project. From Doorknobs to Drywall, lumber and trim, plumbing and electrical they can help you, and at an affordable price for home owners.Customer service here is friendly and fast. Sometimes it can take a while to get checked out if workers are stocking shelves, but the wait is never too long.Parking lot is small, but it's a small town so that's fine. But they should atleast have 2 areas designated for trailer parking.

Great local place for a quick item or two! Limited selection due to size but still a lot of choices. The people there are always super friendly, plus you earn rewards! I'm always getting $5-10 off coupons in the mail, which makes coming here extra worthwhile.

The employees here are always very helpful. They walk you to what you are looking for and help you price out your options. They genuinely want to help you. Their lumber selection is fantastic for a small town hardware store.

Friendly and helpful service staff. They have many things I couldn't find at other large retailers, without having to make the drive into Eugene or Springfield. Includes sections for general merchandise and a lumber yard. Happy to support a local business!

Location problems design problems all kinds of hypoallergenic stuff that makes my eyes really great community hardware store friendly people that give good service and they have what you need to get all your household repairs done. Check out their paint department they're fully stocked with the best paints And have everything you need to get the job done right.

Knowledgeable as well as friendly employees. Large selection of fasteners, as well as an abundance of other items! Their also extremely convenient if you don't have time to drive into Eugene!

Great place, they saved me $40 once by helping me with my lawnmower repair (I think they charged me 5 cents for the bolt I needed but also cleaned out my filter and everything else..) Another time they helped me re-bolt on my damaged license plate for the cost of the screws and materials. Knowledgeable, friendly, what you think of when you think small town hardware store. :)

I went there to buy over 10,000.00 worth of lumber u needed for my house. I asked if i could get some help with it and told them what I needed. The manager ignored me after saying he would be right there. I waited for 45minutes. And then he went and helped some guy and still ignored me. As i was walking out the young lady at the counter asked me if I got my lumber. I told her no i have been waiting for 45 minutes and you all decided helping a man who just came into the store was more important than helping ma women.

A nice home town hardware store with just about everything you need. Really nice people working there. Hardware, paint, medium size lumber yard indoors, electrical. Tools. I bought cedar for a deck one summer and it was slightly less expensive than driving all the way to Eugene.

Prices are a little high but very reasonable for not having to make a trip to Eugene. The staff are much more knowledgeable about home repair than the nearby Bi-Mart employees and have made recommendations that have saved me a LOT of time and money.

Great place to shop locally if you don't want to drive into Eugene. Their prices are fair and what they don't have in stock is made up for by the friendly faces.

Rude staff that was completely uninterested in helping me. The lady in line behind me had to step in and help me since the cashier was only being condescending and so unhelpful. The guy in the lumber yard watched me struggle to carry a large piece of plywood to have it cut and did nothing to help, other than tell me, “bring it here”. Will never go back there.

Just Unhappy that Store Was Closed but Hours did not reflect any confirmed changes... I think they shut down early to get ahead with Closing Duties, but that didnt help as I needed a repair part to shower. Is what it is, but didnt have to be like that really, I dont think...Googled Hours of operation so that I could arrive on time for a Small Plumbing Part I so needed.Hours were till 6pm and I Arrived at 5:54 ON TIME. The Sign CLOSED was Lit, Door was Locked and Someone yelled,Closed !¿So for this visit, I was a bit Upset that I had drove 20 miles to not get part needed by Allotted Time (stamped on door and in google maps.UPDATE NOTE ::: As I waited at my car writing this review, 2 employees had walked out at 6:09pm.... so yah, I could have been helped quickly , I'm Pretty Darn Sure of that :(
