They did not listen to me when I told them to not cut my Havanese’s coat and they practically shaved him. They didn’t do his paws and they look raggedy. I don’t think they clipped my Australian Shepherd at all except for her front legs which were clipped half way up and look really weird. They didn’t shape up her rear and it looks a real mess. They don’t kennel any of the dogs and it stressed my dogs a lot. Their prices were higher than the groomer I loved and lost suddenly. I wouldn’t recommend Blue Ribbon Grooming!

❤️ ❤️ ❤️ The knowledge and recommendations of staff are the best I have experienced in the area. I don't have a show dog; we have a rescue that we love and try to keep her looking and feeling like a pup. (She is over 13 yo.) We appreciate that they don't, or very minimally, kennel the dog. Our dog is social and plays well with strangers. The staff have a keen sense of when dogs are good or when they are over stimulated and need a break/reprieve.

I take both my dogs here. They do a really good job, my dogs smell clean, their fur and nails are trimmed well, and they also do anal gland expression.. my only combos their prices have went up, and I have to book appointments months in advance.

Great place to take pets. They're very good with our rather difficult lil dogs who are very problematic having their nails cut. Also they always manage to squeeze us in without any appointment. I trust taking all our beloved pets there I won't go anywhere else.

My girl just had her first groom here and she's beautiful. Lillie seemed very relaxed, curious and happy when I picked her up. They did a great job!

We had our two puppies nails clipped on a walk on basis and did not have to wait long to be helped and the groomer worked well with our dogs.

My German Shepard got groomed today and I can say I’ve never seen him so shiny and fluffy. He also got his teeth brushed and everything about him smells so good. He’s so pretty now! Will definitely go back again

Brenda is amazing with the animals. Takes great care of everyone's pets. Her helper Dylan does an awesome job also. Highly reccomend Blue Ribbon for all your pet needs!!! My animals actually enjoy going to Blue Ribbon to get pampered, washed and groomed. I won't recommend anywhere else..

I stopped by to get my dog's nails clipped. No appointment necessary! The groomer came out immediately, took time to make friends with my dog, and clipped her nails. There were several dogs milling around in the gated area where one was being groomed. All appeared relaxed. Some came to greet my dog and me at the gate. This was my first visit. I will definitely go back.

My dogs love this place and I love that my pet can be social with other dogs and not be locked in a kennel all day. Ashley is a sweetheart and works well with all the friends that visit there. Their prices are Definately modest and affordable with care and sevice beyond what you pay.

Beware of this place. If the owner for some reason does not like you or your dog she will over charge you & return your dog ungroomed. My dog was also returned to me covered in urine and she pees herself when she gets scared so I can only imagine what happened to her during the 8 hours she was kept at this place for whatever reason. She was also extremely rude and uncooperative. Would not recommend this place to an enemy. My poor dog has been so scared to go to groomers now after bringing her to blue ribbon.

Brenda and her staff have been amazing with my anxious "rescue" Maltipoo. Highly recommend! And it's totally worth the drive because there are great places to stop for coffee or a treat leaving Eugene like Sequential Gas Station or Creswell Bakery!

My dog looks beautiful. She gives the dogs a "show dog" quality grooming from top to bottom. She doesn't just know all about grooming, she knows all about animal behavior, too, which helps put the dogs and their owners at ease. Pricing isn't over the top either.

Yet another groomer that has never cut a SWD when she says she has. Left his face hairy, tail wasn't touched. Made me feel bad about his matts. But him being a Spanish Water Dog puppy this is a natural thing that tends to happen. He spent 4 hours here after being the first dog in and still was never finished. They tried to tell me that they were closed for a dog show, even though i had booked a week in advance. Was yelled at to stay in my vehichle when i arrived. All in all $65 for a unfinished dog.

For five years now Blue Ribbon always does the best for our two furry friends (one border collie and one chihuahua)! Our dogs get the full hair cut, bath, nails clipped, etc at a good price and with a smile.

It amazes me that they are so good with dogs. I have a large dog who doesn't like nail trimmings. All the other grommers were not able to handle my dog but these people made her comfortable and calm.It's a great place. Thanks.

I take my dogs here to get their nails trimmed/dremel and they are always nice and do it quickly. All the dogs that come out of this place are beautiful and happy.
